Ram was working at his office when his phone suddenly rang he grasp that and picked up the call

R : Yes ?

Sir you need to recive the your order our delivery partner is waiting outside of your office

R : Oh okay the guy has reached already fine I will be at downstairs in few minutes

After took the parcel from the guy ram's face brighten up

R : I hope she will like it ofcourse she will do priya

Then he chuckled and thought

I never thought there would be someone so important to me after mom in my life but how can I turn a blind eye to her During this short period of time, she has given so much love and care to my mother she deserves this

Then ram went back to his office

Krishna ji was watching a show on TV when she heard someone rang the doorbell

She stood up and went to open the door and got so surprised right away priya was standing there

Krishna ji imidiately became so joyful

K : What a pleasant surprise Priya

P : I just wanted to see you maa today I got some time so thought of visiting you

K : Thank god you did I was just getting bore come inside

P : But are you alone today ?

K : Yes

P : Maa then why didn't you informed me that ? You shouldn't stay alone

K : You you guys always pretend that I am not capable of anything ? I am doing fine by my own beta just relax

P : Okay I know you are much stronger than we think

And they both smiled

While having the coffee together priya grabbed the box of pastry she bought for krishna ji from her favorite shop

P : This is for you

K : Oh you remember this that's so sweet of you

And she carresed her cheek

P : Yes you mentioned this to me That day actually Maa this shop is near to my new office so

K : Are haan I forgot to ask you how's your new work life going so far

P : Its pretty hectic lately but somehow manageable

K : You both are sounds so workaholic well how's my stupid sone doing ?

Priya scoffed

P : He is doing good I guess

Then priya hold for a seccond and she remembered about ram's sudden change

Looking her lost in thoughts krishna ji asked her

K : Priya hey what are you thinking ?

Priya jolted at her voice and looked at her

Then chuckled

P : Nothing

K : Is everything okay between two of you ?

P : Why are you asking so Maa?

K : Actually something I still feel worried you both got married in a hurry
I understand that this may be so confusing for both of you, but I will say something

My son is a little brooder and can never tell his likes and dislikes clearly so you have to understand.sometimes it can be difficult for you to interpret his whereabouts but just remember one thing he is purely a person with a good heart he will never let you go or hurt you he just wants some love and care and I know you are the perfect companion for him

Priya was listening to her quietly but glanced up when krishna ji asked that

K : What is it ? Is there anything that worrying you

Priya was hesitated to say anything as she remembered about the contract marriage but she stayed quite

Priya interrupt

P : No maa I need some time to get along with everything I hope you understand that

K : Ofcourse I know you need time and I appreciate whatever is in your mind anyway let's talk about something else I made you a little uncomfortable didn't I

And she smiled

While talking, they did not understand how the evening had passed when priya reached back to home it was arround 9pm

As soon as she entered she saw ram sitting at his couch and doing something on the laptop

Hearing her foot steps he looked up

R : Where have you been priya ? I was worrying about you

P : Oh sorry I didn't informed you actually I went to see maa I mean your mom

Ram got so delighted when he heard that

R : You went there that's nice I couldn't get a chance to visit her lately my bad

P : She is doing fine actually i made her dinner that's why I got late she wanted ti eat something Indian today

R : Thats great we'll go get fresh then let's have the dinner

Priya cleared her throat

P : Well I already had my dinner

R : Is that so ? Okay Then just go and take rest

P : But let me served the food for you

And she went to the kitchen ram followed her there and sat down at the dining table

After served the dinner priya sat just across to him

R : Why are you sitting here I can manage you must be tired right

P : Its fine I can give you some company

Ram looked at her with corner of his eyes and started eating

And on the other side Priya was gazing at him and she was remembering all those words krishna ji has told to her she was looking so carefully at ram

And ram was feeling so uncomfortable as a pair of eyes was continuously noticing him

After finished eating when ram glanced up to her he saw priya was completely looking lost So he snapped his fingers so priya startled

R : Hey what was you thinking haan ?

Priya looked at him and got so shy she stood up

P : Nothing well you can go now I will settle the table and do the dishes

R : Would you mind if I help you I mean why would you do everything by your own let me help

Priya didn't replied anything but just grabbed the plates and went to the sink while doing the dishes suddenly something funny arouse in his mind he splashed some water towards priya so she suddenly surprised

P : What why are you doing this ?

Ram started laughing and splashed  again

P : Stop it Mr kapoor

Then she splashed some water back and ran away from there so ram ran after him they were running arround the room

And just then ram finally grabbed her hand and she was trying to released herself during that she stumbled and they both fell down on the couch

They both were panting and looking into each other it was such an intense moment for both of them ram wasn't close to a women like this before his heart beat picked a great speed and priya was felt an adrenaline rushed she got goosebumps just to looking at ram's firece eyes and his hot breath was fanning on her neck then ram averted his gaze from her and restrained himself from her so priya quickly got up and ran towards upstairs
