The Battle of Geonosis
Padme's ship soon came to enter the atmosphere of Geonosis.
Padme spotted something she knew was essential to finding Obi-Wan.
"See those columns of steam straight ahead?" Padme said. "They're exhaust vents of some type."
"That'll do," said Anakin.
"You think Uncle Obi-Wan is okay?" Gabby asked worriedly.
"All we can do right now, Sweetie, is hope we're not too late." Kara said.
"If I know Obi-Wan, and I do, it takes a lot to knock him down," said Anakin. "He's survived this long raising me, after all."
"To be fair, he had help." Kara said, amid her brother rolling his eyes.
Anakin steered the ship into one of the exhaust vents.
"Look, whatever happens out there, follow my lead." Padme said. "I'm not interested in getting into a war here."
Padme started to put on her outer tunic.
"As a member of the senate, maybe I can find a diplomatic solution to this mess."
"Don't worry," said Anakin. "I've given up trying to argue with you."
"Droids, watch Gabriella." Kara instructed R2 and C-3PO.
"But I can help too. I'm a princess!" Gabby said.
"You're also a little kid. This is a grownup issue, Princess."
"Stay here." Anakin said firmly. "We don't want you getting hurt."
And so, Gabby's parents and her aunt left.
R2 beeped something.
"My obtuse little friend," said Threepio. "if they had needed our help, they would have asked for it, hmm? You obviously have a great deal left to learn about human behavior."
Anakin and Padme soon came to a door, which they opened, not knowing what was ahead.
_________________________
Back on the ship, R2 beeped as he did some thinking
"For a mechanic, you seem to do an excessive amount of thinking," said Threepio. R2 beeped at him again. Threepio responded, "Have you forgotten I am programmed to understand humans!"
R2 beeped, "What does that mean?"
"What does that mean?" Threepio repeated in Basic. "That means I am in charge here, and right now our priority is to do as commanded and watch over-!" However, Threepio suddenly noticed Gabby was nowhere in sight. "Princess Gabriella? Princess? Oh dear! Where has she gone?!"
R2 started to roll towards the exit.
"Where are you going now? You don't know what's out there." Threepio objected "Have you no sense at all? Oh! Idiot!"
"The princess may have escaped the ship, dummy!" R2 beeped right back. "You wanna find her, don't you?"
"For once, I must reluctantly agree with you. Please wait."
Both droids exited the ship and looked around at all the steam that was all around them.
"Do you know where you're going?" asked Threepio. He then started calling for Gabby. "Princess Gabriella. Where are you?"

Anakin, Kara, and Padme walked through a dark hall. It was dark, scary, and the walls were full of giant bugs.
"Wait." Anakin.
That was when a bunch of bugs flew out after the Jedi and senator. Anakin and Kara brought out their lightsabers and swung them at the giant pests. Threepio and R2 barely managed to dodge them as well, but then they also heard the sound of a little girl shrieking.
The two Jedi and Padme wanted to turn back to find their daughter, but the door closed and led them into what appeared to be the droid factory. Padme fell onto the conveyor belt.
"Padme!" Anakin exclaimed.
Quickly, Anakin jumped down and used his lightsaber in defense of the machinery, and more bugs that came along. Kara covered her brother by fighting off more of the bugs.
That was when the senator heard her daughter screaming again, and she was stuck up in a high space that was barely big enough to hold her.
"Mommy, help me!" Gabby cried, terrified.
Padme saw a bunch of machines that were crushing stuff hard in the path that would get her to her daughter quickest. How she got in front of her and Anakin so quickly was beyond what she could think of at the moment. But quickly, she jumped in, dodging all the deadly machinery while Anakin held off as many bugs as he could.
Even Threepio and R2 got in on the action with Threepio falling onto another droid, and R2 flying in to save the day.
Another Geonosian came at Padme, and pushed her into a big pot of some sort.
"MOMMY!" Gabby screamed, and then she slipped. Fortunately, something swooped in and caught her. Unfortunately, that something turned out to be a Geonosian, which only made Gabby scream more.
Anakin saw his daughter in danger, and began Force throwing machine parts at the bugs while trying to get to Gabby, only to get his arm stuck under another piece of machinery, meanwhile Padme was in danger of being boiled alive in melted steel.
Anakin shouted for Kara to go after Gabby, so she did, but more bugs got in her way, prompting her to bring out her lightsaber.
Fortunately, R2 managed to get into the system and made the claw drop Padme just in time! But, Anakin had to keep dodging axes until he got his arm free. Fortunately, one actually helped him get free, but his lightsaber was damaged in the process.
"Not again!" Anakin whined. "Obi-Wan's going to kill me!"
Padme and Kara weren't in a much better position; they were soon surrounded by Geonosians while Anakin was cornered by Jango Fett.
"Don't move, Jedi." Jango said, pointing his blaster. "Take him away."
And several droids surrounded him.
"HELP ME!" Gabby screamed as the Geonosian that caught her took her away. A second one soon joined them, and each held the princess by her arms and legs.
_________________________
Gabby squirmed and struggled in the Geonosians' grasp and kept screaming for them to let her go as they brought her to a new location after putting a cloth bag over her head.
"Put me down! Put me down!" She shouted over and over again.
By now, the Geonosians were having a hard time holding onto her; they weren't sure how much longer they could hold her. Already, she shook the bag off, and she was not looking like she would be out of her tantrum any time soon.
"Alright, you two... drop her." said a voice that was new to Gabby.
"Oof!" Gabby grunted as she landed on her stomach.
"Princess Gabriella Amidala." said the voice.
Gabby looked up and saw a tall old man she'd never seen before. If there was one thing Gabby's parents taught her, it was never to talk to or anywhere with strangers. She tried to back off and run away, but she felt herself being pulled from behind, as the man had used the Force to grab her.
"Now, now. It is very rude to run away from your master." said Dooku.
"You're not my master! Let me go!" Gabby screamed. "I want Mommy!"
"Your mother cannot be with you anymore, little one." Dooku said. "I shall be your caretaker now."
Dooku put Gabby in a prison like the one Obi-Wan had been trapped in, the little girl wiggling and squirming as she tried to get out.
"Who are you? Why are you doing this?"
"I am Count Dooku. Now that you are under my care, I shall make you my student. I can teach you how to be more powerful than ever when you grow up. I shall raise you to become more powerful than any Jedi."
"I don't believe you. You just wanna hurt people!"
"I am not the villain here, Princess."
"You took away a princess and now you're holding me even though I don't wanna be here!"
That was when Lady Morpha entered the room. She pinched Gabby's cheek with a chuckle.
"You're more adorable than I imagined, aren't you?" said the gypsy.
Gabby bit Morpha's thumb in retaliation.
"Ow!" Morpha hissed, holding her thumb. "And a biter, apparently."
"Where are my mommy and our Jedi guardians?!" Gabby demanded. "What have you done with them?!"
"That is not your concern anymore, Princess. Come, Dooku. Mariverde is expecting us to meet the other prisoners to prepare for executions."
Gabby didn't like the sound of that! Seeing as she couldn't escape from this prison, Gabby started to cry and wail really loudly. At first, Dooku could ignore it, but then he started needing to cover his ears.
Gabby was trapped for hours. She had no idea what to do.

Meanwhile, in a kingdom far away...
Queen Reigna was sitting on her throne, going over some royal business with some of the royal guards, when suddenly, the purple heart jewels on her necklace and crown changed to pink. That could only mean one thing.
"The time for the next Ride of Love ceremony is near," said Reigna. "I must go consult the Equinary."
The Ride of Love Ceremony was a very special and important event in Equinaro. You see, the jewels Reigna held were called the Hearts of Beauty. They had the power to unlock the true beauty within anyone and anything, and spread that beauty wherever their wearer brought them. But, the most beautiful thing they did was bring young equines and people in need together. Most often, the ones who were given a pony were children, but occasionally it was an adult, and each time someone was in need, the hearts changed color.
If the hearts changed pink, it meant a girl was in need. But if it was a boy, blue. And whenever Queen Reigna's necklace changed color, she would consult a magical book called the Equinary, which held the names of every pony available for adoption in Equinaro and helped select just the right one for their person.
The Equinary was a beautiful book. It was purple with gold protectors on the corners, and it had little lines of gold and a letter E symbol made of two horseshoes on the cover.
Reigna closed her eyes and spoke to the Equinary, "Equinary, Equinary, show me the chosen girl. Find the right equine for her so the beauty of love may unfurl."
The Equinary opened up and flipped its pages until it showed a picture of a certain Jedi Princess. Queen Reigna was a little surprised, though at the same time not so surprised. Gabby had always said she wanted a pony of her own.
According to the book, Gabby was in need of a very special friend who was kind, gentle, and would play with her, but also to protect her. And when it flipped its page again it showed she was in danger and needed help now, which was why she also needed a friend who could protect her when she was in trouble.
"Equinary, search quickly. This is an emergency situation!" Queen Reigna ordered the Equinary to work faster, and it flipped its pages again.
The Equinary stopped at a picture of a young royal purple alicorn with a magenta mane streaked with golden yellow, sapphire blue eyes a big pink bow on top of her head, and what looked like a music note in the center of a pattern of pink lines and gold stars that looked almost like a firework along her flank. Her name was Carousella Mareheart. This young alicorn mare was the daughter of General Armorous Mareheart of the Equinaro royal guard, as well as Princess Fantasia's best friend.
Carousella was only eight, but just a few days ago, she graduated top of her class in royal guard training, even passing her older brother Crescent, the new lieutenant of the guard. She was the best in the business, and at this point, there was a princess who needed that. Carousella might not have been as big as most of the royal guards, but she was a strong mare with a strong, kind heart.
"Fantasia, find General Mareheart and have him fetch Carousella immediately!" Queen Reigna told her oldest daughter. "This is an emergency Ride of Love."

Anakin and Padme were put into a carriage of some sort, both of them cuffed. But it wasn't what was going to happen to them now that worried either of them so much as the fact that they had no idea where their daughter was or if she was okay.
"Don't be afraid," said Anakin.
"I'm not afraid to die." Padme said. "I've been dying a little bit each day since you came back into my life, especially since our baby came."
"What are you talking about?"
"I love you." Padme said.
Anakin was filled with disbelief. Each kiss he and Padme shared, he felt something neither of them could explain, but each time they did, their love began to grow and blossom, just like their shared love of their daughter did each day they got to watch her grow.
"You love me?" Anakin said in surprise. "I thought that we had decided not to fall in love, that we would be forced to live a lie, and that it would destroy our lives."
"I think our lives are about to be destroyed anyway. All I fear is what's become of our baby girl. I truly, deeply love you, and before we die, I want you to know."
And with that, Anakin leaned in, and he and Padme shared their most passionate kiss yet before the carriage was pulled out into the stadium, a separate one carrying Kara close behind them. In the stadium, there must have been hundreds of thousands of Geonosians cheering. They came across Obi-Wan, who was chained to a pole near a few more.
As Padme was brought to one of the poles, she appeared to be getting something out from her mouth. Anakin was brought to a pole closer to Obi-Wan's, and Kara was placed on a fourth.
"I was beginning to wonder if you'd got my message." Obi-Wan said.
"I re-transmitted it just as you had requested, Master." Anakin replied. "Then we decided to come and rescue you."
"Good job." said Obi-Wan sarcastically. "Gabriella is okay, though."
"Where is she?"
"I'm afraid the ones who orchestrated this have her now."
Sure enough, Count Dooku came in, holding Gabby in the crook of his arm, the little girl squirming and struggling.
Geonosian Lord Poggle spoke in Geonosian to get everyone to settle down.
"Let the executions begin." Poggle declared.
"NO, LEAVE THEM ALONE!" Gabby screamed.
Gabby took handfuls of Morpha's hair, as she was standing next to Dooku, and then both of them were struggling to hold onto the girl and maintain their own balances.
Some humongous, hideous beasts were released into the stadium, letting out mighty roars and screeches as the Geonosians poked them with sticks to provoke them.
"I've got a bad feeling about this," said Anakin.
"You and me both," said Kara.
_________________________
Gabby just kept crying and screaming, throwing a huge tantrum as Dooku kept holding her, amid the child yanking his wife's hair.
"Ow, ow, ow!" Morpha cried. "This is why I never had kids!"
The others started needing to cover their ears as Gabby only continued to get louder.
"Dooku! Can't you make that thing be quiet?!" Viceroy Gunray shouted, which only made Gabby shriek again. And this time, Gabby used magic, soaking Morpha with water, Boba immediately backing away at the sight of water, hoping he wouldn't get splashed too.
"You little brat! Do you have any idea how long these take to dry?!" Morpha growled.
That outburst just made the girl's crying worse.
And then, Gabby pulled Morpha's hair again, this time causing her and Dook to bop heads.
"Ouch!"
Gabby almost got away, but Dooku retained his grip, only for the former to start shrieking again.
"Quiet down, child." Dooku said, bouncing Gabby up and down, only for the child to yank his hair, as if his head didn't hurt enough already. "Ouch!"
Morpha was really getting impatient now; clearly, Dooku had no experience with little kids. But, Jango Fett was a parent. So, maybe he could figure something out. She took the screaming child from her parents, albeit disgusted.
"Jango Fett, given your experience in childcare," said Morpha, looking at Jango and Boba , perhaps you can handle this little one."
Morpha handed the girl over to Jango and started squeezing the water from her hair. But Jango struggled to hold onto Gabby too as she started squirming again.
"Hey, hey. Calm down, little one." Jango tried bouncing her too. He even tried tossing her up and down like he would do to get Boba to stop crying sometimes when he was a baby.
But Gabby only cried louder again.
"Geez. Tough crowd." said Jango.
Gabby just squirmed again, and Jango's arms were starting to get tired. Then he looked at Boba and said, "Son, it's about time you learned a thing or two about babies."
"What?!" Boba said in shock. He'd learned a lot about bounty hunting, but he knew nothing about babies, much less how to even hold one.
"Here, Boba. Hold your arms out."
Jango guided Boba on how to hold the little one, and he passed her into his son's arms. At first, Boba freaked out, getting scared he might drop her and get in big trouble, like most kids when they hold a baby for the first time. But, Gabby stopped screaming for a moment the second she got a closer look at Boba.
Boba was confused at first by how the toddler seemed to calm down when she looked at him. It was as though she'd never seen another kid before. And that was very much so; Gabby had not seen a lot of other kids before because she was usually with the grownups all the time. She put her little hands on Boba's face and smiled at him, shining her bright green eyes at him. If Boba was trying to keep a tough image, looking at that toddler's eyes was a big mistake, as he felt the corners of his mouth turn upward as he saw how cute the little one was.
"Aww, you're so cute."
The grownups were just relieved the ear-splitting part of the toddler had ceased while Boba was cooing over the little one. Boba even shared his lion plushie, which he normally never did, not that he really had other kids to share with.

The green-hooded woman, who was called Mariverde, meanwhile, stood in a dark room and watched via magic mirror as all of this was going on. Despite being part moth, Mariverde was not a fan of light. She preferred to stay in the dark for reasons unknown.
"Good, they have the little brat. Now, onto the other part of my plans."
Mariverde looked into her mirror and saw a vision of what looked like a very secure prison facility with lights shining everywhere, criss-cross bars on all the windows, and guards every two feet. She held a green and black butterfly in her hand and gave it a command.
"Set them free, my little mariclava."
_________________________
But while that was going on the giant beasts began to approach the three Jedi and senator. Unbeknownst to anyone else, Padme was able to pick the lock and start climbing the pole.
Meanwhile, Anakin was worried about what was going on. He'd heard his daughter screaming, when she suddenly stopped, which wasn't necessarily a good thing.
"Just relax. Concentrate." Obi-Wan told his Padawan.
"What about Padme?" Anakin said.
"She seems to be on top of things."
And sure enough, Padme reached the top of the pole, while one of the beasts reached Obi-Wan. This one looked like a giant mutant praying mantis of some kind. Obi-Wan moved so its giant stinger hit his chains and got him loose. Anakin did a similar trick by flipping over a big dinosaur-like monster and wrapping his chain around its horn, breaking it from the pole. And Kara... she wrapped hers
A bigger beast tried to attack Padme by climbing her pole, but she snapped her chain at it like a whip, and it managed to scratch her back with its claws, leaving three nasty marks on her back. Padme screamed in pain.
At one point, Anakin fell off the creature he was riding and was dragged across the ground, whereas Padme was still trapped on top of the pole with that big furry monster trying to get her. But then, Padme cleverly swung down and kicked the monster in his guts, throwing it down to the ground.
"She can't do that!" Gunray said. "Shoot her or- or something!"
Obi-Wan managed to swipe one of the Geonosians' sticks to fight the mantis, whereas Anakin jumped back on the dinosaur's back and rode it like a bull at the rodeo, steering it to hit the monster that was after Padme.
"Jump!" Anakin called.
Padme jumped down, landing right behind Anakin on the creature's back. She kissed his cheek, and together they rode to save Obi-Wan.
Kara paused for a moment and thought...
"I know I said I'd keep this secret, but here I go!"
Kara sped off before another creature could grab her... at the speed of a bullet. Another creature tried to hit her, but she sped off again, and again. She had an idea; she had to get through this stadium and somehow get a transmission out to get backup.
Meanwhile, Obi-Wan jumped behind Padme onto the creature as they rode away.
"This isn't how it's supposed to be!" Gunray said. "Jango! Finish her off!"
"Patience, Viceroy, patience." Dooku said. "She will die."
Gabby heard that and started to squirm in Boba's arms now.
"NO! NO! Mommy!" Gabby screamed.
"Uh... Dad! She's doing it again!" Boba shouted.
Gabby started to grab at Boba's hair this time, only she found something blue in his hair, which prompted Boba to move her hand away so he could fix his hair. Gabby was confused by his actions, and she sensed he was hiding something.
That was when several droids came in, ready to finish them off, but they didn't know that someone was coming to their rescue.
_________________________
Suddenly, Jango froze as a purple lightsaber blade was held to his throat.
"Uncle Mace!" Gabby exclaimed happily.
Dooku turned to see the human Jedi.
"Master Windu, how pleasant of you to join us." he said.
"This party's over." Mace said. "Boy, put the princess down. Now!"
Seeing his father being basically used as a hostage, Boba put the little girl down, and she ran behind her uncle.
But Mace wasn't alone though. Several Jedi came and ignited their lightsabers, ready for battle.
"Brave but, uh, foolish, my old Jedi friend You're impossibly outnumbered."
Mace scoffed and said, "I don't think so."
"We'll see."
Heavy footsteps approached as super droids came in and fired, prompting Gabby to get down and out of there. Jango tried to throw flames at Mace, but the Jedi got out of the way.
Many battle droids entered the arena, and so did the Jedi. It wasn't just Jedi who came along, though. To everyone's shock, many magical creatures came along. Flying horses, griffins, sorcerers, viventias of many mixes, warlocks, and... a huge fire breathing dragon.
There were several explosions caused by blaster fire, dragon fire, and magic spells.
Gabby tried to find a safe way out, but everywhere she went, there were soldiers fighting, and she had to duck, run, or roll out of the way. Luckily for her though, a certain purple alicorn in gold scale armor swooped in and took her onto her back.
"Hang on, Princess!" Carousella said, running and flying the princess out of line of fire.
But in the middle of this great battle, Jango Fett was faced by beasts, and then Mace Windu. Jango tried to blast the Jedi, but he was just too powerful, and the next thing they knew... Jango Fett lost his head. Literally. Mace was shocked for a moment when he saw what he'd done, and to make things worse, Jango's young son Boba was there to watch it happen!
Young Boba was in utter shock and terror when he saw his father get decapitated! He was flabbergasted, unable to move.
But the battle didn't even stop there. There were still many blasts fired and spells cast. Even with the magical creatures helping, there were too many droids.
"You call this a diplomatic solution?" said Anakin.
"No, I call it aggressive negotiations." Padme said.
_________________________
The magical creatures and the Jedi continued fighting side by side. Occasionally, some of the four-legged ones allowed the Jedi to hop onto their backs for a ride, and some genies gave them a ride on flying carpets. However, despite magic and great fighting skills, many did lose their lives or sustained severe injuries.
But then, as the droids had what remained of the Republic's army surrounded, they suddenly held their fire.
"Master Windu," called Dooku. "You have fought gallantly, worthy of recognition in the archives of the Jedi order. Now, it is finished. Surrender, and your lives will be spared."
"We will not be hostages to be bartered, Dooku!"
"Then I'm sorry, old friend."
The droids then got ready to fire again, but all magical creatures made their hands, wands, mirrors, and/or horns glow. Queen Griselda, the dragon, snorted smoke as a threat that she would breathe fire again. But then, all of a sudden, they were met by reinforcements.
"Look!" Padme exclaimed.
And down came several ships, all of them carrying human soldiers in white armor, and on one ship was Jedi Master Yoda. The soldiers began blasting fire at the droids.
"Around the survivors a perimeter, create."
And the clones did just that, the Jedi and Enchanteds resuming their attacks on the droids as well. All the Jedi and non magic folks jumped onto the clone cruisers and took off, while the magical creatures also took off.
R2 and Threepio were the last ones at the stadium once R2 placed the protocol droid's head back on his body.
As for Boba Fett, he picked up his father's helmet and pressed his head against it. Boba started to cry as he was left all alone. No one was there to hug him, to comfort him, or take care of him. He didn't know what he'd do now.
_________________________
Morpha was still struggling to get dry, only to be tackled by someone very quick she didn't see. And cuffs were placed on her by that same person, who turned out to be none other than Kara.
"You're going away for a long time." Kara said, and she sped off to place Morpha someplace to be held.
_________________________
The clone ships flew the others to safety as quickly as they could, but they still had some concerns.
"If Dooku escapes," said Yoda. "rally more systems to his cause he will."
Obi-Wan quickly spotted more trouble ahead.
"Hold on!" he exclaimed.
"Aim right above the fuel cells!" Anakin called.
The fuel cells were hit, and the whole thing fell down.
"Good call, my young Padawan." Obi-Wan praised.
_________________________
Meanwhile, the Separatists were not happy about the outcome of their previous battle.
"The Jedi have amassed a huge army." Viceroy Gunray said.
"That doesn't seem possible," said Dooku. "How could the Jedi come up with an army so quickly? Much less one of magical creatures?"
"We must send all available droids into battle."
"There are too many."
Poggle said something in Geonosian, likely not anything good.
_________________________
Meanwhile, the Jedi were still in battle, and ships were getting shot down/
"Pilot, land in that assembly area!" Mace called.
"Yes, Sir!" said the pilot.
The Jedi exited the ship and met with some clones in the assembly area.
"Sir, I have five special commando units awaiting your orders, sir." said a clone.
Jedi gave their orders to the clones, and the clones obeyed without question.
Their current mission: take down the Trade Federation starships.
Several ships, machines, and droids went into battle.
_________________________
Gunray decided they needed to order a retreat. Poggle, however, had other ideas.
Dooku said, "My master will never allow the Republic to get away with this treachery."
"I'm sending my warriors to hide in the catacombs," said Poggle in his native tongue. "The Jedi must not find our designs for the ultimate weapon. If they find out what we are planning to build, we're doomed."
Poggle gave a disk to Dooku.
"I will take the plans with me to Coruscant," promised Dooku. "They will be much safer there with my master."
_________________________
The battle continued on, there being one explosion after another, the enemy soon retreating just to stay alive. Even Dooku began to flee. Unfortunately, the Trade Federation ships were also starting to take off.
"Concentrate all your fire on the nearest starship." Yoda ordered
"Yes, sir." said another clone.
So dire the nearest starship, they did, and down it came with a great big crash!
Padme, Anakin, and Obi-Wan continued flying, and they spotted Dooku. And then Padme realized... "Where's Gabby?!"
"We must have left her back at the arena!" Obi-Wan said. "Send search parties back to find her!"
But at one point, Padme fell off the ship!"
"Padme!" Anakin exclaimed.
But before Anakin could jump after her, Obi-Wan stopped him.
"Don't let your personal feelings get in the way!"
"Lower the ship!" Anakin said.
"I can't take Dooku alone, I need you!" Obi-Wan said. "If we catch him, we can end this war right now! We have a job to do!"
"I don't care! Put the ship down!"
"You will be expelled from the Jedi order!"
"I can't leave her!"
"Come to your senses! What do you think Padme would do if she were in your position?"
This was such a hard decision. He didn't want to risk letting Gabby lose her mother the way Anakin lost his years ago, but he couldn't let a war start and put her in more danger either. Padme would rather die to give her daughter a fighting chance than live and leave more to die, and Anakin knew this. He had a duty not just as a Jedi, but as a father.
"She would do her duty," said Anakin reluctantly.
_________________________
As good fortune would have it for the others, the droid army was in full retreat, and so was Count Dooku.
Anakin and Obi-Wan caught Dooku as he was about to board his ship.
"You're gonna pay for all the Jedi and Enchanteds that you killed today, Dooku." Anakin said.
"We'll take him together," said Obi-Wan. "Go in slowly on the left."
"I'm taking him now!"
"No, Anakin! No! No!"
Dooku then hit Anakin with Sith lightning. It hurt even more than that time Gabby accidentally made a lightning storm and zapped him in the foot, and not just because Dooku threw Anakin into the wall.
"As you see," said Dooku to Obi-Wan, who held up his lightsaber. "my Jedi powers are far beyond yours. Now... back down."
Dooku tried to hit Obi-Wan, but the latter shielded himself with his lightsaber.
"I don't think so."
Dooku ignited his red lightsaber, and he and Obi-Wan engaged in battle
"Master Kenobi, you disappoint me," said Dooku. "Yoda holds you in such high esteem."
Obi-Wan blocked another shot by Dooku, the latter mocking the younger man.
"Surely you can do better."
Anakin groaned as he slowly recovered from being hit.
_________________________
Meanwhile, Padme was finally coming to after her fall from the ship. Fortunately, one of the clones came to help her.
"Are you alright?" he asked.
"I think so," answered Padme.
"We'd better get back to the forward command center."
"No. No. Gather what troops you can. We've got to get to that hangar. Get a transport. Hurry!"
"Right away."
The senator began running with the trooper.
"Oh, and any word on my daughter's whereabouts?"
"Negative. The search parties haven't found any signs of a two-year-old girl in the arena."
"Oh, Gabby. Wherever you are, please be okay."
_________________________
Anakin started to come too, but Obi-Wan was not doing so well against Dooku alone, especially not when Dooku struck his arm and his leg, leaving some nasty scars.
Dooku raised his lightsaber, prepared to finish Obi-Wan for good, but before he could do so, Anakin jumped in and blocked the shot.
"Brave of you, boy." said Dooku. "But I would have thought you had learned your lesson."
While Dooku was distracted, Obi-Wan took the opportunity to summon his lightsaber with the Force.
"I am a slow learner," said Anakin.
"Anakin!" Obi-Wan exclaimed, throwing his lightsaber to Anakin.
Anakin caught the lightsaber, and used both his and the other one to fight Dooku. Obi-Wan could barely move with his injuries; it was up to Anakin now.
Unfortunately, Dooku managed to slice the green lightsaber, leaving Anakin with just the blue one.
Suddenly, the room got dark with only the lightsabers and occasional sparks for light. And in the battle, Dooku finished by going for Anakin's arm, only for another lightsaber to block the shot.
"Not today, Dooku." Kara said, Force-pushing the Sith Lord from her brother.
Kara quickly engaged Dooku in battle, and super sped around him, throwing him off balance slightly, but that didn't stop him from Force-pushing Kara into Anakin, knocking both of them to the ground.
But then, someone else came along.
"Master Yoda," said Dooku.
"Count Dooku." Yoda replied.
"You have interfered with our affairs for the last time."
Using the Force, Dooku attempted to drop a heavy metal object onto Yoda, but Yoda Force pushed it away. Dooku tried again, but Yoda Force pushed that one away too. And then, he tried to Force the ceiling down onto Yoda! But like magic, Yoda stopped it.
"Powerful you have become, Dooku." Yoda admitted. "The dark side I sense in you."
"I've become more powerful than any Jedi." Dooku said. "Even you."
Dooku tried to hit Yoda with Sith lightning, but Yoda caught it in his hand and backfired at Dooku each time.
"Much to learn, you still have." Yoda said.
"It is obvious this contest cannot be decided by our knowledge of the Force," Dooku ignited his lightsaber. "but by our skills with a lightsaber."
And so, the two engaged in battle with their lightsabers. Despite his old age and small size, Yoda still fought like a pro.
"Fought well, you have, my old Padawan." said Yoda.
"This is just the beginning." Dooku said.
As his final move, Dooke made a tower collapse towards Anakin, Kara, and Obi-Wan. Fortunately, Yoda managed to stop it with the Force just in time! but while Yoda was distracted, Dooku boarded his ship and got away.
Kara was first to stand up so she could help her brother and Obi-Wan up.
"Are you alright?" Kara asked.
"Could be better." Anakin said.
Padme and the clones tried to shoot Dooku down, but they were too late as well. But she was at least relieved seeing Anakin alive. Now the only question on both their minds was where their daughter was.

So, yeah, Anakin didn't lose his arm here, thanks to Kara. And as you can see, Morpha was captured, but she won't stay that way for long. How easy did you have it the last time you tried to catch a butterfly?
Anyway, this story is almost done, and I hope you're enjoying it. Please review
