This is what everybody says, and this is what you're experiencing right now.

Even if they tell you this, nobody ever told you how you should handle it. Should you slam the table, slap, and run, or should you just ignore this situation and slip away quietly?

This wasn't really surprising to you because you knew that he didn't really like you much, but it felt like something pierced your heart; like a needle.

You stared at them from the corner of your eyes, watching them laugh and smile while they were talking and eating, but turning your head to the other side when they looked somewhere else and you were still thinking about what you should do.

Maybe you should talk to him later at home? Yeah, you decided to do that.

You sneakily took a picture of both of them for evidence(?) and quietly left the cafe.

You went home with a scrambled brain, shaking your head once or twice an hour to get rid of the negative thoughts that disturbed your brain, but you just couldn't. I mean, what else could it be? It's not like, that Scarlet Johansson-looking woman could be Todoroki's sister or something...

You sat in your bedroom for another few more hours reading break-up books, getting ideas of how to handle the situation you're in right now, but you know that it most probably won't end up the way you want it to.

Finally, the door opened, but it wasn't just one person, there were two. One was your husband that didn't love you, and another was the woman that your husband liked.

Her eyes met with yours, and for a moment, she fell into the beautiful darkness of yours, and you felt that you could be addicted to the richness of the emerald in her eyes while Todoroki looked shocked at you being home because you told him that you might be back home late. However, he just decided to ignore the fact that you were home since he wanted to show you that he never did and never will love you.

"Who's that lady over there?", the very pretty woman asked Todoroki, and she was most probably referring to you.

He stopped for a moment while looking at the floor that was reflected by the dim lights and said in a quiet voice, "She's my... wife."

You looked away and to the ground since you didn't want to make any eye contact, but you realized something at that moment.

You fell in love with Todoroki not because of his personality or because of how he interested you, you fell in love with his looks. You knew that it wasn't a good thing to do, but how can you stop yourself when he's so charismatic?

Suddenly, the woman who looked shocked slapped Todoroki with her muscular palm, and you were pretty sure that you saw his lips bleeding. That was an unexpected reaction.

"You were married?! You are a horrible man to cheat on your wife like this! Hah, I was stupid to think that you were a kind person.", the woman shouted right at his face and ran towards you to sit next to you, leaving Todoroki slumping to the ground.

She looked at you and started talking to you gently, "Um, hello there, my name is Rosaline. Um... you must gone through pain, um, I-I understand if you hate me but I just wanted you to know, that I was unaware of this situation."

You replayed her words in your brain again and again, and came to a decision that it wasn't her fault— it was Todoroki's. He didn't tell her these things, and you were actually grateful for this woman for understanding your feelings.

"No, it's totally fine! I mean, I already knew... But thank you, for understanding my feelings, and I think I would like to be friends with you...", you said while looking at the fucking depressed Todoroki on the floor.
