Your POV

My eyes opened slowly. No sunlight blinded me. It must be night time already. I rubbed my eyes and sat up. Damn my back hurts. I shouldn't have fallen asleep in that position... Damn

I looked up to face Obi, he looked different. Like a good different. Another thing that was different is his position, he was sleeping on his back when I fell asleep but now he was on his side facing me, with his hand in mine.

"Oh my god" he woke up. He woke up while I was sleeping. "Obi?"

No answer

"Obi are you awake?" My face got closer to his but not too close. I placed my hand over top of his and tightened my grip.

His hand moved, which made me look at it. I let go but his hand caught mine before pulling it back to me.

"Hey-" his voice rang like a melody in my ears.

"Obi" our eyes met. His were filled with pain but happiness.

A tear escaped my eye. I smiled like a idiot but I couldn't be happier. He lifted his hand and wiped it away.

"Come here" he pulled on my hand. I got off the seat and lied down beside him. We hugged for what felt like we we hadn't hugged in forever. "No more crying, I'm okay"

"I thought I lost you" I cried. My grip tighten on him. I never wanted to let go.

"Hey not to tight, I did get stabbed" he flinched. He rubbed his stomach and cringed.

"How do you feel? Are you in pain?" I got off the bed so he could adjust his position. He moved onto his back and made a painful face.

"Yeah I'm actually really sore"

"Okay I'll go get Shirayuki" I walked towards the door, slowly since I was still injured.

"Wait, how are you? Your limping" he sat up slowly but flopped back down.

"Just a little cut" I lifted my shirt showing off the lightly red bandage. "Hang tight I'll be right back"

I walked toward my brothers office and walked in. They all stood in there, worried.

Zen got up and ran to me as soon as I walked in. "Are you okay? Why are you crying? Is -" his face went blank.

"Obi.... He's awake" I smiled. A breath of relief came from each of them. "But he's really sore and probably needs some tending too"

Shirayuki nodded and walked out of the room. It was improper for others to be in the same room as someone getting treated so we all stayed in the office.

"Are you okay?" Kiki asked "come sit down"

I walked over to the chair and sat down. As much as my back hurts from sleeping funny, sitting on this chair felt like heaven. Walking around with a inch cut on my hip hurt.

"So what were you guys up to?" I asked.

"We're just trying to figure something out" Mitsuhide said standing by the book shelf.

Zen through a book at him, hitting him on the head. "Shut up" he mouthed.

"What's going on?" I asked suspiciously.

"It's - it's ugh- nothing" Zen blurred out.

"Brother I am not stupid, what's going on. What are you hiding?"

He let out a breath. "It's about your suitor"
