One month later

Tomorrow was Prince Joseph's eighteenth birthday, but today was just as special, if not more.

Daniel stood at the alter of the Aedon Kingdom church. He waited there the love of his life to walk down the aisle.

He saw Jerold, his Mother, and his Father. All who had traveled from Romania for the special event. Jerold was even the marriage officiant. He also saw Joey's Mother and Sister. They were both a lot more accepting now that the King was gone. So was the rest of the Kingdom. Even Hope was there.

In the month since the monster was defeated, the kingdom of Aedon had became a lot happier. The kingdom was almost full rebuilt and they decided to entirely demolish the castle and make plans to rebuild it.

He thought back to when Joey made the official law change that allowed anyone to love whoever they wished.

FLASHBACK

"And from this day forward I decree that anyone is allowed to love and marry whoever they choose. No matter of social class, race, gender, anything. Love is love."

Prince Joseph spoke to the entire Kingdom with Daniel by his side.

FLASHBACK OVER

Daniel was brought out of his daydream by the sound of music filling his ears.

He turned to the aisle to see his stunning Prince walking down the aisle, looking as handsome as ever. Joey was dressed in navy and green to contrast the burgundy hue of Daniel's vest.

A tear leaked from his eye as he realized just how special this day was. He was to be joined with his love for the rest of his life. A day he never thought would come.

After what felt like an eternity to Daniel, Joey eventually made it up the the alter. As their hands connected their bracelets emitting a faint, continuous glow.

"I Prince Daniel Christopher Preda of Brașov take Prince Joseph Micheal Graceffa of Aedon, to have and to hold for the rest of my life. Every morning I hope to wake by your side and for our love to blossom more and more each and everyday. For your hands to guide the path that we walk as husbands. I promise that when you feel like you are drowning I will be there to keep you afloat. You've always hid your light but now you can let the past go. The darkness was such a lonely place on my own but you were my compass and I know that i'll never be alone."

"I Prince Joseph Micheal Graceffa of Aedon take Prince Daniel Christopher Preda of Brașov to have and to hold for the rest of my life. Daniel, you are the best thing that has ever happened to me and you have such a beautiful, strong heart. The day you arrived at the castle I had already fallen in love and you showed me there was so much more than what I knew behind the castle walls. I knew I just had to have you no matter how forbidden it was. There were monsters that tried to destroy us but we kept up the fight. So now there's just one more thing to say, Daniel, will you be mine forever and Don't Wait?"

"I do."

"I do."

Tears of joy ran down both of their cheeks as they both slid a crystal encrusted ring onto the other's finger. Blue crystals from the magic cave in Daniel's and green in Joey's.

"I Jerold Cojocaru of both Brașov and Aedon unite their souls as one for the rest of their lives, people of Aedon and those who have traveled, I present your Princes!"

"Not your Princes."

The gathered looked to who had spoke, there stood both of the boy's mothers. Together they walked up to the alter and took two plush velvet cushions, both adorned with a crown. Maria placed one on her sons head and Debbie placed on on her's. They spoke;

"Kingdom of Aedon, we present you, your Kings!"

"May they rule in prosperity and happiness for many years to come and generations to follow. You may now kiss the groom."

Joey grinned at his love as he held onto his waist.

"I love you servant boy."

"I love you too."

Their lips connected in a kiss that lingered with the taste of a long forbidden love.

Joey and Daniel walked hand in hand back to their chamber. They both knew it was best day of their lives and there was just one last thing that would make it even better.

"Wow Joey, so much has happened in such a short time."

"Yes it has, but there's one last thing that I've wanted to do for many, many years."

Joey said as he brought Daniel to lay on their shared bed.

"Oh is there now?"

"To consummate the marriage of course."

"Ah, of course."

I guess they found a way to be together because now they are no longer
