She stands there...alone...aloof as the wind rustles through the pine leaves.. she keeps looking at the setting sun... how beautifully the sun sets, how dramatic the sky colors are.... the sun sets.. with the promise to rise again with its brightest rays to light the world, unlike her world..which seems to have made friendship with darkness...

  The cold breeze sends chills down her spine.. wrapping the shawl tight around her, she stares at the last rays of the setting sun.... her eyes empty... her soul no less!

     This is the place which attracts her like anything... a place where she could be herself... A place which calms her nerves... where she can claim peace for ownself.. the space between two mountains, the unknown river flowing beneath the bridge, the gushing sound of the turbulent waters past the rocks, the tireless winds that touches her before getting lost amidst the hilly woods all seems more own than the palatial apartment she resides.. This is the place where she feels the music of silence.. Where her bruised soul finds reason to continue.

       It starts getting dark... the twinkling stars in the crystal clear sky never fails to bring a smile to her face... This is the place where she smiles for herself.. the genuine smile that her lips wear, the authentic smile that reaches her eyes..
Yeah... she smiles all the day for her family,  for her husband, at her workplace... smile is what she is being appreciated for... her lips curl up to a smile, but her soul? Does it smiles along too?? In a trial to make others happy, she has forgotten to smile for herself...
But this place, the atmosphere is sooo different and  pure that each time she visits, she learns to live for herself.. A little more...

      And thats the reason why she loves the place so much.. away from the hustle bustle and chaos, here she comes to live a few moments with herself..for herself.. The ambience around seems to cast a spell on her where she finds herself happy, which otherwise is a word she finds just in the dictionary... here she escapes reality, she let's her feelings flow free, she talks to herself.. A feeling of freedom she gets...and this potion that she feeds her soul with heals her and helps her live her reality till she visits again...

      Her chain of never ending thoughts break with the incoming call, screen reading "Abhimanyu calling".... and with this, she lands back to the world where she belongs to.... she gets encaged and entangled with her identities as a wife, a daughter,  a daughter in law, a sister and many more...her identity as her own being, as Naina gets faded!

        Pressing the green button,her words, Yes I'm on my way back, breaks the silence and she presses the red button on the screen immediately.. She could have ignored the call... but that would have caused panic.. unknowingly her lips curls a little as she remembers Abhimanyus terror striken face, because of her getting late for causes either.. She knows how much Abhimanyu loves her and she no less...

     But again, there's an emptiness her soul carries.... She indeed is happy with him, still her soul seeks something which she couldn't fathom yet..  A reliable friend, a loving husband, a perfect lover and most importantly a very good human Abhimanyu is... And she really feels fortunate to have him in his life..

Abhimanyu has all the qualities she could have asked for in a life partner..
Still theres something her soul longs for... Seems Abhimanyu has touched her soul, but, failed to reach its deepest layers...  She wants him to someday touch her soul the way she wants... And may be that day...... She will find a soulmate in her life mate.....

....and she moves to her obvious destiny giving a last glance to the place...
