"Who are you?" I ask and raise a brow, but their face is emotionless.
"Maybe you should get in the car." He had a deep voice, demanding too just like–
"–Ah, Elijah!" The blonde haired murderer peaked through from the back seats and showed her smile, I rolled my eyes.
"What do you want?" I sigh and look at her, I try and gaze through the car but I can't see anything, but I hear the moaning of someone in the backseat.
I open the car door and there I'm faced with my sister who is tied up slightly.
"Are you insane? Let my sister go!" I demand and the car door slams as her blonde curls fall to her shoulders.
"You need to come with me then, like I asked, the next stop we'll find you is at your house. What's it going to be?" She raises her brow in demand and I'm terrified, I don't scare easily, but this is to do with my family, the only well one I have at the moment.
"Fine." I blurt quickly before I change my mind and get into the passanger seat of the car. I looked behind me and Olivia's hands were untied and she was now free, but her face is full of curiosity. The car began to move and travel down the roads as the sky turns grey.

Awhile passes and we pull up to large grey gates connected to a large white wall, my eyes gaze to the front of the gates which reveal the front of a mansion. I sigh and look at Olivia who seems to have fallen asleep.
We all get out off the car and Olivia awakens and stares right at the large building that is powering over us.
"Where are we?" Olivia asks as she walks closer and closer to me, backing away from miss murderer.
"My home." She says and walks up to the large double doors, opening them wide to allow us all inside.
The mansion was spacious, the furniture looked just as expensive as my mother's home alone. I look around and find a bright red rug on the centre of the floor, hiding under my feet.
"You're home!" A male voice cheers and stares in our direction, but suddenly tenses when he notices my presence. I turn and stare at his pitch-black hair and his pale blue eyes that stares deeply into mine.
"Don't worry Max, they won't be here long, well...So they think." The murderer huffs before walking away from my sister and I.
"Follow me Elijah, your sister stays with Max. He won't bite." She turns around and I nod at Liv to give her reassurance, she nods back and gives me a small smile before leaving with 'Max'.
I follow the woman before me into a office looking room, it's full of files, books, computers. All sorts. I take a seat opposite her and wait for her to talk.
"As I've said I need something from you." I roll my eyes and sit up straight, my left leg balances over my right leg which is shaped as a right-angel, I'm sat here wasting my time.
"Why am I here? I don't even know your name." I cross my arms and her eyes begin to roll, she stands up out of her chair and walks slowly around her office.
"Oh, Elijah..." I feel a sudden weight on my shoulders and the heat emerge from behind me, I could smell her minty breath from here mixing in with her musky fragrance.
Her arms drape down from my shoulders and wrap around my chest as she comes closer to my ear.
"I kill people." She whispered, the whisper was raspy, not at all soft.
"I gathered." I said and waited for her response, she came closer to my ear and draped her arms further, letting her shoulders relax as she rests on my shoulder.
"Jayden." She said and got up quickly from her relaxed position.
"So, you're the famous Jayden?" I sigh and begin to think as the name rolls off of my tongue. Jayden... Jayden... Oh, fuck.
"The mafia leader?" I raise my brow and she comes in front of me sitting on her desk as she smirks at me, dimples appear from either side of her cheeks.
"Bingo!" She shrieks and crosses one of her legs over the other, I begin to think where do I fit in with all of this? But her lips part and begin to move.
"I need you to keep the little secret, your sister does too, but I also need your doctor skills here-" I huff as an interruption.
"If you don't mind me finishing." She rolls her eyes once more and folds her arms.
"I'll give you money, something you need, I'll give you anything you want." She blurts out and my mind is instantly having second thoughts...my family mean everything to me.
"Jayden...-" I say softly and look to the ground.
"-Is that a deal or not?" She interrupts me and I sigh.

I look around the living room and find my sister sitting on their leather sofa which looks so uncomfortable to even sit on.
"Elijah!" She exclaims and comes up to me and hugs me, Liv isn't like any fifteen year old, she's still young at heart.
"What did you get up to?" I ask and raise a brow, she points to the TV where I find a similiar scene to what she has watched before on our TV.
"The Vampire Diaries?" I chuckle and Max chuckles next to me.
"Yes, she was narrating everything that was happening." Max said and I chuckled further.
I hold Liv's hand and bring her to the back door which leads out to the garden, the breeze instantly hits us and the sun has definitely gone now. I look around the garden and examine how large it actually is, the amount of parties they've probably had here.
"What's going on, Elijah?" Liv asks and I turn to face her, I sigh and hold the bridge of my nose.
"We have to stay here for awhile..." I Say softly, Liv's facial expression changes to confusion, her face is puzzled and full of questions.
"Why?" She asks and I honestly can't answer much.
"We just need to for a little while, we'll have a guest bedroom next to each other to stay here, I'll collect our stuff tonight." I explain to her but she still seems confused.
"Will I still be able to go to school? Will I be able to see mum still?" She throws questions at me and I'm almost too drained to answer them.
"Yes." I answer honestly and allow Liv to release her breath and let a smile appear on her face.

I get into the black range rover and allow the driver to drive me back to my home so I could gather our belongings ready for our stay. I'm not sure how long we're staying but I've made a deal... A deal with the devil.
I allow Liv to stay at the mansion, get herself sorted and have some dinner that their maid was preparing. I sigh as I enter the key into the lock, I turned it and opened the door, the house was just as I left it. Tidy and clean.
I went to Liv's bedroom and grabbed her suitcase and packed everything I thought she'd need, it varied from shoes, to her favourite teddy she owned. I zipped up her suitcase and put it close to my front door, I travelled to my room which still smelt of my aftershave. I rummaged around for my suitcase and managed to find it hiding under my wardrobe.
I gathered up my clothes and folded them up neatly into the suitcase and added all of my aftershaves to the suitcase.
Awhile passed and it was time to leave, our draws were pretty much empty and were all ready to travel to their temporary home. I locked up the door for the last time and travelled to the range rover, I slid in the suitcases and got back into the car that smelt of coffee. Too weak in my opinion.
The travel back to the mansion felt shorter than what it should've been, the driver and I headed to the large double doors which opened for our arrival, I ran the suitcases inside of the building and looked around for Liv as the smell of pasta filled my nostrils. I left the suitcase near the stairs and went hunting for the kitchen.
I found Liv sitting on the stool talking to the maid who was preparing macaroni cheese, the cheese sauce looked as if it was made by hand.
"This looks great." I say and smile at her, but she looks away as quick as she could. She dished up the plates onto the table and left the whole room.
We all sat at the large dining table and tucked into our meal, it was strange not to cook, I usually cook everyday, my meals varied to homemade soups to spaghetti bolognese. I looked over to the left hand side of me and saw Olivia tuck in and enjoy every mouthful of her meal, she put forkful after forkful until there was hardly anymore on her plate.
"Hungry?" Max chuckled and Liv nodded, the meal finished, I offered to wash up but apparently no one here does it but the maid, which infuriates me.
Time passed and Olivia is tucked up in bed, I look at the alarm clock that is sat next to her on top of the bedside table and realise how late it really is. Half past nine, the clock read. It was too early for me to sleep but for some reason I felt exhausted.
"Tired?" Max's voice appears behind me which startles me.
"Max right?" I asked and he nodded, we then found our way to the balcony where we continued our conversation, allowing the breeze to fly past us.
"You know, Jayden isn't all big and bad." He says and I feel like saying. 'Shut up' or even swear at him, but I don't want to be rude, I have a lot of patience.
"You don't believe me do you?" He asks and I let out a small chuckle.
"My sister and I witnessed her murder someone in front of us, brutally. Now she's forcing me to make a deal with her, to keep her dirty little secret." I huff and look out off of the balcony, the sun has gone and the sky is covered with its bright stars, revealing themselves and their secrets. But the biggest secret of all that is being revealed is the moon in itself.
The silence emerges and makes the atmosphere feel awkward.
I look down from the balcony and witness someone from below stand there in the pitch black. But their arm raises with an item in their hand.
"Get down!" Max shouts but it was already too late.
