𝘐 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘢𝘴 𝘴𝘩𝘦 𝘨𝘪𝘨𝘨𝘭𝘦𝘥. 𝘚𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘧𝘪𝘥𝘥𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘮𝘺 𝘣𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘵. 𝘐 𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘥 𝘪𝘵 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘮𝘺 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘱𝘶𝘵 𝘪𝘵 𝘰𝘯 𝘩𝘦𝘳. 𝘐𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘣𝘪𝘨 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘺 𝘸𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘵. 𝘕𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴, 𝘴𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘵 𝘸𝘪𝘨𝘨𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘴 𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘪𝘭𝘺. 𝘚𝘦𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘴𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘥𝘦 𝘮𝘦 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘢𝘵 𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘦, 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘐 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳, 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘧.

My face was all wet. I know her. My mind was repeatedly telling me that I know her. I tried hard to remember. I couldn't. I felt pain on my chest. I've never felt pain before. But now I do. And it hurts.

I didn't think of anything I knocked on the bathroom door. ''Kook, you done?''

''No.'' He replied.

I couldn't wait any longer, ''I'm coming in.'' I didn't care, all I was thinking about was her. I heard the shower curtains shut real quick.

''Dude, what the heck. I'm showering.'' He kept on mumbling something.

''I remembered something.'' I told him staring at the floor. He went silent, all his playfulness disappeared.

''I was checking your camera and out of those one picture, I saw a kid. I've seen her somewhere. I've carried her around. I was happy when I was with her. I have made her wear my bracelet. In that photo she had this on. I could see in her eyes she loved me. And I her. But I can't remember. I don't even know who she is. I'm pathetic.'' I buried my head in my hands. I was trying hard not to cry in front of him.

I felt a pair of hands pulling me into a hug. He patted my back and tried to comfort me. I rested my head on his shoulder. After a few seconds of comforting silence. I composed myself and pulled back.

His face held a serious expression. His eyes showed he cared for me. I thanked him in my mind for being always there for me.

My cheeks felt hot after it hit me. He was wearing only a towel wrapped around his waist. His naked toned torso exposed with beads of water dripping to settle on the hem of his towel. I tried hard not to look down. To change the mood, I playfully pushed him back.

''Dude, wear something.'' Saying that I rushed back to the basement, still thinking of what just happened. His wet body pressed onto mine with no gap left between. If my heart could beat, it would have already bursted out by now.

Finally after countless tossing around on my couch, my eyes felt heavy and I crossed to the world of nothingness.

Like every time, I was walking down on the endless path. Staying here makes me feel insane. As if I'm a monster which I really am. But I don't want to be like that. I want to feel, I want to hold onto my emotions. The more I stay, the more numb I feels.

I was tired. I wanted to stop myself, but my feet couldn't stop. It kept going. The eerie feeling was making me shiver. Each step I took were with fear not knowing what lies ahead. Not knowing if there's going to be a pit on the next step.

As I went on, the atmosphere changed. It's still dark, but the silence is replaced with a monotonous sound. Next I heard the sound of leaves crackling and crunching under someone's feet.

I heard a creak right behind me, making me turn in a flick. Random muffled voices could be heard. I took a few steps back.

The clattering grew louder and louder, I retreated backwards till my back hit the cold hard wall. I shut my eyes not withstanding the power to see what's going to happen to me.

A sonorous voice made me open my eyes. The place which was utter darkness once, now shone with sunlight. It was spread vastly with flowers and grass and birds.

I blinked my eyes a few times to make sure I wasn't dreaming at the sudden change in the atmosphere. I squinted my eyes against the bright sunlight to see clearly the owner of that voice.

It wasn't one but two. There were two people standing infront of me. I took a few steps forward. As I drew closer, I could see a couple. They were standing, their hands glued to one another's. It looked like they were waiting for someone for a long time. Tears welled up on both of their eyes as they gleamed with happiness and love. My eyes went wide as I realised who they were.
