I am extremely sorry for not updating my stories. I guess it writer's block probably. I tried quite a few times to write something but nothing came to my mind that time😪
Anyways I am superglad to let you all know that I would be finishing this story first within 10chapters or less. And I promise to update once in a week atleast. Now if you ask me why? Its that I have got the full story fixed in my mind.💃
I just have to develop the remainjng plot to detailed chapters. This chapter might be quite rushing and ill say the reason at the end. So enough of my blabbering.....
Here goes the next chap 😃

"It was such a beautiful phase of our life. With the most important people in my life together. Vaidhu was on cloud nine as Ashutosh sir was spoiling her as his own daughter already. And we had about more than six more months to our wedding. One Interesting fact was that Vaidhu was even ready to postpone the wedding untill the case finishes."

Arjun's face reflected pure happiness thinking about his happy phase of life.

The team was working at their best to get evidences against AJ group, basically the proofs against Marko. Unless and untill someone has a primary contact with him, it was nearly impossible to gather those information.

Zoya came up with a plan. She, along with Mahesh travelled to Dubai disguising their identity. After about two months Mahesh who is now Rashid, joined AJ group as their employee. He purposefully made encounters with Marko by chanelling his PA and finally befriended him after getting into the goodbook.

Marco was a friendly person to the outside world though he is a rich, arrogant, spoiled brat. He was the bad guy in certain things. May be the money, power and bringing up made him so. Yet Mahesh could see a soft side of him while he got to meet him. And he came to realise the deep bonding between Marko and his elder brother Anthony.

The duo seems to share a cool relationship as they had no other family. And sensing that as a weak point, he casually made remarks around the tangled relationship with his sister Rabya (who is Zoya).

During their meetings, he brought up his family matters and praised Marko's relationship with AJ. He cooked up a story so that he gains Marko's sympathy.

He explained that Rabya is his half sister and they share same father, who married Rabya's mother after Rashid's mother passed away. Rashid and Rabya were in good terms though her mother didnt like it. She always used to portray Rashid as a bad person. And even sent Rabya away from the family. Rashid tried many ways to mend his relationship with Rabya's mother but she simply ignored him.

Things took an ugly turn when their parents got killed in an accident, and Rabya started distancing from him due to misunderstandings. Thinking that Rashid was the reason for their demise. She dint want him in her life and she flew to Dubai and got a job in one of the companies owbed by AH group. Rashid convinced that his solo motive is to win her trust back and for that he joined Aj group. He only wanted Rabiya to live happily having her own family life.

Marco was convinced tactfully and had no doubts around his life story. Infact, he felt bad for Rashid. Marko only had his elder brother to consider as his family and he felt Rashi'd pain. So he promised to help him whatever he could from his side.

The team was happy with the progress. Their plan was to trap Marko using Zoya. To get them in a relationship, gain his trust and extract the crucil details and evidences. Things were a bit easy for them as Anthony Joshua stayed in Europe looking after the business there.

After about a month, Marko arranged a team get together so that Rashid and Rabya could meet. At the day of the function, Rabya and Rashid met. But she got pissed off seeing Rashid there. She got into a heated arguement accusing him for following her. Marko witnessed how Rabya blames him and humiliates for their parents death.

In real, their intention was to let Marco involve in this and make her understand about Rashid's intention. That way, he gets to spend more time with her. And then she could establish an affair with him.

As expected, Marko interrupted them. Since he was her Boss, Rabya had to listen to him after a couple of discussions and finally had to come his way. It took a couple of days for her to accept Rashid in her life as her brother. All this while they became close like they planned. But the plan went all wrong accidently.

That was when Rabya had to show her friends pictures to Marko during a casual conversation. And his eyes got stuck at Vaidehi's image. He went on digging details about her ruining their plan and Rabiya somehow managed to make a new identity for Vaidehi.

"It was the day our happy love story got a villain." Arjun closed his eyes taking a deep breath.

Rabya tried her best to divert Marko's attention from Vaidhehi yet failed miserably. He wasnt ready to let it go but somehow wanted to meet Vaidehi for which neither Rashid nor Rabya could say No. They immediately conveyed the matter to the team.

Arjun was furious to know that another person has dared to set his eyes on his girl. Ashutosh too for obvious reasons. But they were shocked with Vaidhu's reaction upon it. She was damn cool and immediately said Yes to make things easier for them.

It was the first time Ashutosh saw the courage of his daughter. She knew she was playing with fire, yet chose the very same path. She was the blood of him and his courageous wife Padma. No wonder why!!

"Vaidhu, its not easy as you think. Marko is a dangerous person. Moreover, this drama could put you in high risk. We will think of another solution. Listen to me." Arjun tried to convince her.

"Aju, Relax! I completely understand your plight. Look at your face! If you get to see Marko right now, you will kill him with your bare hands for sure." She giggled and Arjun kept a grim face.

"Bad Joke!" She muttered.

Vaidhu stood infront of Arjun and made him wrap his hands around her.

"Ok jokes apart, I also know how risky is this. But I am seeing this as an oppurtunity to help you. I very well know how important this mission is for you guys. I have been seeing how hard you all were working behind it. If at all I can support you, I'll be more than happy. And tomorrow I can proudly say to our kids that I was also a part of my husband's prestigious mission."

"Imagine our happiness that day. How wonderful it would be. Our babies will be superproud of their parents." She pulled his cheeks and tried to ease his tensed forehead wrinkles.

Arjun could feel her state of mind. He knew, she is stubborn. Once she sets her mind on something, she will not turn back. That was the reason for his nervousness too. She is going to literally walk through fire. Either she would burn into ashes or will rise from it. He was seriously stuck!

"I promise, nothing will happen to me. I would come back to you, no matter what." She assured him as if reading his thoughts and as usual he had to budge.

Vaidehi nudged Arjun who kept a straight face and he sighed. The whole team along with Vaidehi was discussing the plans on how to handle Marko. They all were extremely careful on each point as it involved Vaidhehi.

On two points mainly. First, She is someone outside from their team who had no experiance in handling a dreadful person like Marko. And second she is so precious to them. So she had to be protected at every step.

Ashutosh was equally tensed but couldnt show it out. His heart and mind were conflicting with each other. All this while, he had kept her far from him so that she can be away from all the risks and dangers that surrounded him. But fate had brought him to this stage where he could do nothing but only agree to let her go towards the very same things. Somehow, he calmed by assuring himself that she will be guarded at each and every steps.

And as per their plan, Marko was brought to India by Rashid n Rabya.

Saying Vaidehi (Faking identity as Saira, who is a pre-kg teacher) stays in Mumbai. Vaidehi got the job in a daycare through the team contacts and it was quite easy for her in handling kids with the experiance from orphanage.

By this time, Marko had become close to the brother-sister duo and he wanted to impress Saira, know more about her. As per his request, Rabya convinced Saira to stay with them so that Marko could come and visit her.

Arjun, David took and apartment opposite to where the trio stayed while Ashok and Ashutosh stayed back in hyderabad to cordinate things.

Vaidehi had to pose as a naive teacher and she did the same. Marko casually came to their home while the duo introduced him to Saira as their boss. Their initial meeting went smooth with Marko being impressed with Saira's sweetness.

Till then, Marko had only met girls who just wanted to lure his money or those who have his same stature. But, Saira was different.

She didnt value people for their stature but character. Marko was awestruck with Saira's simplicity, kindness and attitude towards everyone. He loved the way she looked at life. Each and every encounter with her made him fall for her more. His visits to their home became more frequent. And he even went to meet at her workplace. Therby establishing a good friendship with her.

Arjun and David watched his each and every move though they couldnt meet Vaidehi face to face. All this burned Arjun but he was forced to remain silent. He couldnt talk to Vaidehi evn theough phone as it could be risky.

Four months passed by.
Arjun was holding back all the while convincing himself that this phase will end soon. And that they will get all the proof against Marko aka Mr. X. Same was the case with Vaidehi too. She was cool about her new identity. Untill Marko took her to a dinner date.

It was one of the posh restaurants in Mumbai. Dinner for two was set along with candle lights, roses and soothing music. Marko didnt want to take any chance and ruin his plan. He was all set to open his heart before her. Vaidehi's heart clutched in unknown agony seeing the lavish arrangements. She could feel a sense of irritation, anger, grief and fear.

"Saira, I have never met any girl like you in my life. I am a rich spoiled brat, and a playboy all this while. But only till the moment I saw your picture. It was a different feeling altogether. I suddenly wanted to meet you, know about you more. For the same reason, I came to India too. After meeting you I realised that I cant go back to my past life. I want you to be with me in my present and future. If only you give me a chance, I would make you the queen of my life. I promise Ill never go back to that wreckless life. I only have my brother to ask for. And I am sure he will like you too. And I will convince your family also. But before presenting this matter before them, I would like to get your Yes. I dont wanna make it long."

He knelt before her and forwarded the ring box which contained a big solitaire.

"Saira, will you marry me?"

Vaidehi was beyond shocked. She cursed herself for taking up this mission. Marko's words touched her heart. She somehow felt Marko isnt someone she expected to be. She was confused whether they were wrong or he was faking it.

And this was a betrayal. She knew it from the start. But the depth of it, she could feel it now. It pained her heart. But she wasnt in a position to think about the person standing infront of her.

All she knew that "her man" would be watching this from far. And it will definitely pierce his heart when she has no other choice but to say Yes to the person infront of her.

She couldnt think of anyone other than Arjun in her life as her better half. Even if she have to fake. From the time she remembers it was always Him who was with her. In every school dramas, prom dates or whatever thing it was.

Today, she is helpless. She cant say No! Even when she badly wanted to. Her eyes searched for him and found an equally shocked, angry, helpless Arjun who dressed as the hotel staff staring at her. Her eyes filled with hot tears and quickly averted her face and looked at Marko.

She took a deep breath and said a feeble Yes.

That was enough for Marko. He thanked his stars, put the ring in her finger and hugged her.

Saira had to reciprocate the happiness by hugging him back while Vaidehi was totally broken.

The teardrops that fell from her eyes pierced his heart as he knew it was her silent aplogies to him. He didnt want to hurt her more, though the scene infront if him ripped his heart. And he quickly turned back thinking it would ease her up atleast a bit. And mumbled, "You are Mine!"

Arjun-Vaidehi fans, spare meee... I rushed this chapter and deliberately didnt went too deep with Marko.
If you ask me why, its simply because I dont like him🙄 Such a lame excuse, I know hahah😂
Well, he isnt the hero right?! 😝 So, this is enough for Villain.

Or is there any Marko fans here?? Do you wanna see more of him? Ill think about it seeing the votes for him. I guess I have gone a bit crazy.😝
