Chapter Thirty-Three

When they finally got back to campus, the dorms were different. It wasn't like their rooms changed, they were still the same size, but they got more stuff in the common and kitchen area.

They had cooler balconies and less windows on the main floor. Honestly, Bakugo thought it looked pretty bad ass.

Everyone returned on the same day which made it chaotic when coming back. They all looked different, too.

Bakugo has a scar on his eyebrow, so now he only has half of his left one.

It's not obvious to Bakugo because they were in the same agency, but Halfie was noticeably bigger. So was Bakugo, but he didn't get as big as Todoroki.

Honestly, it's not even a huge difference, but Bakugo likes it.

"Yo! Bakugo!"

Kirishima and Kaminari run up to him, their other friends walking quietly behind them.

Mina is nowhere near them, instead she's talking to Hagakure in one of the corners of the common area, but Sero walks up to them quietly. He still hasn't said anything to Bakugo, and he's glad about that.

He doesn't need some other pity apology.

Even before they went to their internship, neither one of them came up to say anything to him. Sero was at least trying to pretend everything was fine and stuck to the group, but Mina avoided them like the plague.

"Kacchan?"

The voice behind him made him jump and he spun around, hating the feeling he had in knowing that Deku is behind him.

When he turns, he sees the nerd, Aizawa standing next to him.

Thank fuck.

Todoroki turns, too, and his face hardens when he sees who it is.

"Deku."

Everyone is watching, so Bakugo sighs and turns away, fighting against every nerve in his body that tells him not to lose sight of Deku. Don't let him catch you off guard.

"Alright, I'm sure most of you noticed the changes," Aizawa announces, voice loud and steady, "We listened to some complaints and decided to renovate while you all were gone. If you'd like to see some more changes, please feel free to talk to me or send an email. Keep in mind, if you want bigger dorm rooms, you will need to pack up your stuff."

The students all nod and take in the new information, a couple of quiet conversations starting at the news.

"Okay, you're all free to go. We're giving you a week off from physical training, so this week will be half days only. Great work everyone, just don't start slacking, got it?"

In unison, the class agreed with a loud, "Yes, Sensei."

They disburse after that and Bakugo tries to avoid everyone by heading for the stairs. That is before Iida calls him back and tries to get everyone's attention.

Ugh, he does not want to deal with this right now.

"Since it is our first day back, I think we should all watch a movie together after dinner. Is everyone up for that?"

Everyone throws in their agreements, but Bakugo sighs and raises his hand.

"Yes, Bakugo?" He shouts through the commotion.

"I'm not making dinner tonight."

As much as he loves cooking, he just wanted to get some rest tonight. There's also no way in hell that he's coming down here to watch movies with the class and have a joint sleepover.

This will be the first time since they started their internships that he'll be getting his eight hours of sleep, and no one is going to get in the way of that.

Iida nods in understanding, "My idea was not to have you cook. With Aizawa's permission, we have decided to order pizza."

Oh god, so Iida really isn't an asshole.

"Okay," he says and finally makes his escape.

Todoroki stayed behind to catch up with their classmates, so he's annoyed when he gets a knock on his door.

His body is sore. More than before because Endeavor thought it would be a 'good learning experience' if they took a twenty-four hour shift on their last day so that they 'knew what it was like'.

That motherfucker never has a shift that's even remotely close to an entire day.

Halfie told him as much, so really, it was just a punishment for Bakugo's behavior the whole internship. It also didn't help that it was cold as shit outside.

After some more knocks, he huffs, throwing his bag on the bed before stomping over to the door. Halfway there, he froze. Was it Deku? He doesn't want to be alone with Deku. A month wasn't enough time to forgive and forget.

Okay, he reasoned with himself, he'll just wait for them to call his name to decide whether or not he's going to answer.

Another set of knocks and it's still quiet on the other side.

Why aren't they calling him? It's definitely Deku. He doesn't want him to know it's him. Fucking hell. This shit-

"Um, Bakugo?"

He never thought he'd see the day he was happy that it was Uraraka at his door.

The only issue now, is not knowing what she's here about. If it's what she said before the internships started, it's fine, he'll get over it, if not, then she probably knows about his mom.

If she talked to Deku, he definitely told her about it, and now half the class will know and he'll never know peace.

Does he want to open the door for her, though?

Fuck no.

"Don't make me bring Iida."

The door swings open and he glares at her.

"You wanna fucking threaten me? Sure, okay now I really wanna know what you're here for," he spits out, sarcasm thick in his tone.

Before he can slam the door shut in her face, she reaches out quickly and touches his hand, making him immediately start to float. She takes that as her chance to enter his room, closing the door behind her.

What. The. Fuck.

His stomach swoops in a familiar nasty way as he remembers how it felt to be helpless when it was Deku who refused to listen.

"Let me fucking be. God damn. You're just like Deku."

By the way her face falls, he can guess that she knows why he got Deku suspended.

She jumps up to grab his foot and brings him back down to the ground, letting her quirk go, so he's pulled back down by gravity and lands heavily on his feet.

That shit is real hard to get used to.

"None of you freaks know when to leave me alone, do you? I'll kick your ass into next week. I learned my lesson with Deku, so I'm not afraid to use my quirk on you now," he threatens, getting into a defensive stance.

He's so sick of being pushed around and not being heard.

Why can they just do what they want and expect him to listen to them when all they do is ignore his wishes? All he wanted was to be left alone.

Uraraka's face only looks more devastated and she frowns.

"I'm sorry. I'll leave now," she says, heading out the door. Before she closes the door and makes her way down the hall, she turns to him, "I want to talk, soon. I'm sorry I did this knowing what happened. I'll text you so we can talk."

She bows in apology, which is insane to Bakugo, but he tries not to react or let it overrun his thoughts as he locks the door after Uraraka leaves.

Before his mind gets to start racing at a million miles a second, he shuts it down, shaking his head and exhaling heavily.

"No. No thinking. Just unpacking. I gotta unpack, shower, and get ready for bed."

Every time his mind wants to wander, he starts thinking about tomorrow. The internship set him back on school work, so he doesn't have any of the upcoming assignments done and will do them the same time as everyone else.

He knows what the upcoming lectures are going to be about and has even studied up on them, but he didn't have time for much else in that month.

Other than the raging asshole that was Endeavor, the internship was really fucking cool.

Halfie's birthday passed, and Bakugo was able to get him some presents and ordered takeout for them to eat after patrol. They ate together and watched movies after he sung happy birthday to the idiot.

He got a small cake and some candles delivered to the agency, too.

Todoroki got to open his presents before they went on patrol, and then the cake and all that was after. He really hopes that Todoroki liked it. They didn't have permission to leave the agency at all.

Stupid fucking asshole bitch. He hates Endeavor.

Even after getting out of the shower, he's still cursing Endeavor.

As he gets ready to lie in bed, uniform ready for tomorrow, he gets a call, Halfie's contact popping up. All other thoughts falling away, he answers it immediately and finds himself smiling.

"Hey, dork."

"Bakugo?"

That is not Halfie. What the fuck?

"Holy shit, it's Bakugo," he hears Kaminari call out then other people's voices come in, shocked and asking questions.

"Where the fuck is Halfie, why do you have his phone, and why are you so shocked it's me?"

Anger is rising in his chest.

"Dude," Kaminari laughs, "My man Todoroki has you as a heart on his phone."

Although that has him blushing because he didn't know, he still wants to know where his damn boyfriend is and why these idiots have his phone.

"Answer my fucking questions," he says, seething at this whole interaction.

"I don't know man, he went to the restroom I think. It's not our fault he doesn't have a password on this thing."

Of course he doesn't.

"Fucking idiot," he mutters.

"Hey, rude. Why are you a heart on his phone, anyway? Did you know about this?"

"No I didn't and-"

"Holy shit, maybe he has a crush on you," the idiot 'whispers'. That has the crowd of people in the background exploding with more noise and excited screeches.

Bakugo rolls his eyes so hard it hurts.

"I'd hope so, turd, he's my fucking boyfriend."

Chaos ensues on the other end, and Bakugo feels both smug and annoyed at it all. He was expecting his boyfriend to come to his room and at least say goodnight or something.

They had agreed on that earlier, so sue him for being excited about it.

Instead, he's got a room full of idiotic teenagers giggling over him and Halfie.

Both he and Todoroki were okay with people knowing. They decided they weren't going to hide their relationship from their classmates because they all live together and that would be a pain in the ass.

So he knew this would be fine, but the fact that these fuckers decided it would be okay to go through his Halfie's phone was ticking him off.

Through the screaming and confusion, he hears his boyfriend. Finally.

"Is that my phone? Oh, did Bakugo call? Excuse me," the room quiets completely and there's some shuffling on the other end, "Hello?"

"Hey, dumbass. Why the fuck don't you have a password on your phone?"

Bakugo can already see him pouting on the other end. It's also dead silent, meaning the nosy losers are listening in.

"I took it off for our internships for quicker access to my contacts. I tried to make it better by taking off contact names and just putting emoticons."

Emoticons.

"Just come up here. I'm fucking tired and you said you'd come say goodnight."

After some squealing, Bakugo finally puts together the fact that he's on speaker.

Fucking. Fantastic. The class just heard him speak nicely to him. He's never living that down. They won't let him. Actually, you know what? Fuck them. Hell yeah he's a nice ass boyfriend. He's the best.

"Okay, I'll be right up. I love you."

How did they get louder?

What the actual fuck?

He can hear Halfie staying quiet on the other line, waiting. Expecting.

Then he's hit with another realization. This asshole is doing this shit on purpose. What a little- he knows he can't deny Todoroki whatever he wants. It's like breaking the damn law.

So he swallows his anger at their classmates, and into the phone, says, "I love you, too, Shoto."

He hears a small noise on the other end before more chaos and then the line goes dead.

Ha, if that asshole wanted to play dirty, Bakugo was, too. They hadn't used first names yet. He hopes that it got to the jerk and made him flustered in front of everyone.

Stupid idiot just trying to tease him.

No way in hell was Bakugo going to sit back and take it. No, he was going to retaliate and he'd win. If you ask him, that was a win in his books.

It's not even a whole minute before Todoroki is knocking on his door.

Excitedly, Bakugo walks over to the door and opens it, a grin forming on his face when he sees Halfie's red cheeks. Oh, he totally got caught off guard when he used his first name.

"Please tell me I can call you Katsuki," he starts before the door is even closed.

Does he really want to?

It makes Bakugo happy, so if Todoroki really wants to call him by his first name, then who is Bakugo to hold him back?

"Yeah, dummy, you can."

His face lights up.

"Really?" He's smiling so wide, it has Bakugo melting.

He could ask for a couple of his organs, and Bakugo would say yes.

"Of course, come here," he says, pulling him to give him a hug, face resting on his shoulder. His very large shoulder, he might add, "You don't mind that I just told everyone we were together, right?"

Todoroki hugs him back tighter.

"No. I just wish I could have seen that pretty blush on your face when you did."

With a grumble and a smack, Bakugo expresses his distaste for the teasing, hating that it gets to him because he's blushing again at the idea that everyone knows that Halfie is his.

Fuck anyone who tries to take him.

"Asshole," he mutters, sleep creeping up on him, "okay, I'm falling asleep. You go enjoy being bombarded by those idiots. I'll see you tomorrow."

His eyes feel so heavy, but when Todoroki cups his face and starts pressing light kisses all over, soft enough to feel ticklish, he breaks into a smile, waking up at the sensation.

The idiot pulls away right when Bakugo is going to push him away, laughing.

"Sweet dreams, Katsuki. I'll see you tomorrow," Halfie whispers and presses a kiss to Bakugo's cheek, the another one closer to his chin, making Bakugo lift his head to give him more access.

His breathing gets slightly faster as Todoroki kisses under his jaw, then slides his slips to his neck, making Bakugo squirm.

Then he presses one more kiss to his collarbone, and then he pulls away, pressing a firm kiss to his lips with a smile on his face.

The blond feels like he's been put in a trance. Holy shit that was hot.

His face feels like it's on fire and his breathing has definitely picked up, so he tries to calm himself down. This jerk always makes Bakugo feel like he's got butterflies.

As Shoto, makes his way to leave, Bakugo grabs his hand and pulls him back, pressing a firm kiss to his lips just like the taller teen had just done. He doesn't know what compelled him to do such a thing, but man it felt good.

"Goodnight, Shoto."

A shy smile forms on Todoroki's lips and when he leaves, they're both smiling messes, excited about seeing each other tomorrow and being able to spend more time together.

~~~~~
"Can we talk?"
He almost escaped in time, but Mina had other plans.
Why does everyone want to talk to him? Isn't he the asshole who no one likes? God fucking dammit he's so sick of this. He can't go a single day without having to talk about feelings. He does enough of that shit in therapy.
"Mina-" he stops himself from shooing her away. Maybe if he listens to her, she'll finally leave him alone and that's one person down.
One less person he has to deal with or worry about.
"What do you want?" He finishes, anger laced in his voice.
She looks nervous. Like she thinks something is wrong and she doesn't know how it's going to end up. Honestly, Bakugo doesn't know how this is going to end up, either. He's kind of just waiting to hear the first thing she has to say.
If it's any stupid shit, it's not going well.
"I'm sorry. Like really sorry. I-" she sighs, "I didn't understand what was going on. I still don't, but I know I overreacted and hurt you. I meant to hurt you, too, and I thought I had a good reason. I thought I was being a good person by excluding you and making you feel bad for making our friends feel bad, but I was selfish."
Bakugo just listens, not reacting or trying to interrupt because he actually wants to hear this. He knows what he did was wrong, too, but he never meant to hurt anyone in the beginning.
That still doesn't make it right, but he'd be a hypocrite if he ignored her and continued hating her.
"I was also hurt by your actions. You- you just started pulling away and it made us- me feel like I wasn't important. It wasn't even like you did anything bad or wrong, it just hurt. I thought we were all close and then all of a sudden you just bailed. Whatever it was that made you do that, I hope you got through it and that it's better now."
He just nods at her words, not really agreeing t anything she said, but just acknowledging.
Her face is pulled into a frown. This is obviously hard for her. She has a lot of pride, too, and doing this is probably a really big deal for her. She's obviously trying really hard.
"And then during break-"
He scoffs, rolling his eyes. That was embarrassing. He didn't expect anyone to see him.
"No, I'm sorry. I'm not saying this to shame you. I'm just trying to say that I was wrong to rope in other people. You wanted me to back off, and I didn't. I'm so so sorry. I've been an idiot, and even though you did hurt me, I know you didn't mean to and it was childish of me to act out."
They're literally in the middle of the hall. It hasn't even been that long since they were let go. He had stayed back to talk to Aizawa about studying methods.
Yeah, that sounds really dorky, but he's at the top of his class for a reason. Sure he's not number one, but after the next round of exams, trust he will be.
The point is, Mina apologized out in the open with no expectation for him to accept her apology. It might seem like the bare minimum, but this is a big deal for her.
He's not going to let her get away with this shit, though, even if he does accept her apology. He can forgive but he won't forget.
"Thanks. Took real balls to do that, and even though it was shitty of me to pull back, I had a right to. I forgive you, Mina, but that doesn't mean we're friends again. You were an asshole and all I needed was space. Your actions didn't exactly make me want to come back."
A frown is still stuck on her face as she nods.
"Thank you, Bakugo. I'm-" she starts tearing up, pausing to wipe away the tears aggressively, "I hope we can be friends again soon. I'll make it up to you."
It's not like Bakugo wasn't in the wrong here. He did hurt people by pulling away, but he didn't owe anyone an explanation. He just needed privacy and support from his friend by letting him be. The constant shit talking for needing space was uncalled for.
"That all?"
She nods and then walks away, small sniffles following after her as he stands there, sighing and shaking his head. What the fuck?
Okay. That wasn't too bad. Sure, it had him pissed beyond belief, but he was expecting her to fight him or something. Either way, that conversation felt like it took hours and he was ready for bed.
It was barely noon, so that was fucking great.
Since he's got time, he's getting ahead of everyone again. He liked knowing things when their teachers were teaching them. He felt like he was doing something. Like he wasn't letting his mom down.
Speaking of which, he hadn't thought about her in days and it brought up more guilt.
He was so busy the entire month with the internship, Endeavor, and Halfie, that he had actually gone a few days without thinking about her. At all.
Bakugo literally forgot about his dead mom, and it made him feel horrible. Even today, he hadn't thought about her until Mina had said she was hurt by him pulling away. What kind of son is he?
So he plans for Friday to be spent with her all day after class.
He'll get really ahead these next few days with school work and also training with his classmates after class. That way he doesn't feel bad for spending the whole day talking to his mom on Friday. She'd be proud that he was doing so well.
It kind of hurts, though. Knowing he's doing okay without her. How would she feel?
Sure, all parents want their children to be independent one day, but this was too soon. He felt like he was betraying her or something.
He wants to feel better, but feeling better means forgetting his mom.
Sighing again, he realizes he's going to have to bring that up in therapy.
Fan-fucking-tastic.
~~~~~

The week passes in a blur of overworking himself and collapsing in bed every night only to be awoken by hellish nightmares a few hours later.

Sleep has not been satisfying since returning to UA.

He wasn't constantly busy if he wasn't making himself busy, so he had so much time to think. And when he has time to think, it's like Russian roulette and he has to hope he won't want to die.

Uraraka also texted him after his therapy session, letting him know she still wanted to talk but that it was up to him to tell her if he did, too, and when.

And after his conversation with Mina and a good therapy session, he agreed to talk to her that day.

Thankfully, she didn't know about his mom. She said she went to Iida since Deku was AWOL and didn't know what else to do. She told Bakugo that Iida was adamant about giving him space and that whatever happened with Deku was up for the blond or the nerd to disclose and not to interfere in other people's business.

Then she waited for Deku to stop hiding and talked to him.

Apparently, Deku knows what he did was wrong and got upset at Uraraka for what she said to the blond. He also didn't tell her about his mom's death.

Bakugo doesn't know why he didn't tell her, but if he grew to understand what he did was wrong, he probably learned that he shouldn't tell other people about that.

It made him a little less nervous to be around Deku, but it was still nerve wracking to know that Deku was capable to hurting him bad.

Other than that shit, no one else approached him. Not even Deku.

Sero was still awkward during lunch, and hadn't bothered to look at him all week and after Mina apologized, she began integrating herself back into the group, getting questioning looks from their friends.

She had bought him a caramel apple on Thursday and a strawberry milk on Friday.

It was a little funny, but Bakugo could kind of appreciate it. She was trying, and even if it seemed like she was just trying things out to see what worked, there was no doubt she was actually sorry and trying to fix things.

The next time someone approached him was the following week on the first day back to training. Aizawa had talked to him about Deku's progress, telling him that he's not suspended anymore and that he'd be back in training. It was kind of just a heads up so that Bakugo wasn't caught off guard.

He appreciated it, especially when it was Deku who approached him on Monday.

"Hey, Kacchan," he muttered nervously as he walked up.

Bakugo turned to him, already not wanting to hear it, but giving him a chance. It's fine. Apparently he's better and he knows what he did was wrong.

"Deku."

The nerd walks even closer, and Bakugo takes a step back. Not too obvious, but enough for the other teen to know that he needs to stay back.

Out of the corner of his eye, he can see Halfie watching them as he stands with Iida. The class president is telling him something, but he's staring straight at them, instead, obviously not paying attention.

"I wanted to say that I'm sorry. I don't know what came over me that day."

The blond really doesn't want to talk about this now. They're supposed to be pairing up and sparring. They had their partners chosen by pulling ballots, and he can see Sato walking over to him.

He doesn't want anyone in class to know his business, so he stops the nerd.

"I don't want to talk about this here."

It looks like he wants to protest, but instead he keeps his mouth shut and nods.

"Maybe after class in-" not in his room, "your room. I'll go to you."

When Sato reaches him, he turns, and notices that Uraraka and Kirishima were also staring at them, so he glares, wanting them to get off his back. He's not weak. He could take Deku in a fair fight.

They don't know shit.

Except, they kind of do, he realizes.

God dammit.

"Come on, let's go spar over there," he grumbles at Sato, walking away.

He's so tired of being tired. Hopefully, Deku doesn't pull some weird shit again and Bakugo can go back to feeling normal when he's around. It feels bad to feel scared around him.

When he feels far away enough from other people, he stops and turns to see his sparring partner just a few feet away, stretching and doing some breathing techniques that he probably learned at his internship.

This dude was also bigger than before. Like significantly bigger.

Holy shit. Why hadn't Bakugo noticed?

Either way, he's going to kick his ass. All he has to do is try to keep him from eating more sweets and it'll be fine. He also learned a lot from his internship, even if it wasn't breathing exercises.

He stretches, too, getting his muscles loose and ready for his explosions. He wasn't allowed to use his gauntlets for sparring, so he left them off to the side.

"Alright, ready, you extra?" Bakugo yells, getting into a defensive stance and glaring at the other.

The other pops a few sugar cubes into his mouth and nods, as soon as he's in a defensive stance, himself, Bakugo lunges forward and sets off an explosion near his face, to which Sato narrowly dodges and throws a punch.

The punch doesn't land, and Bakugo turns sharply, and pushes him forward before following and setting off an explosion that actually hits, sending Sato back a bit.

Dammit, this is going to be an annoying match.

~~~~~
He goes to Deku's room right after classes are over, wanting to get this shit over with. He didn't even waste time showering, because he knew he was going to want to shower after he met with the nerd, anyway.
Plus, the shower wouldn't have been great. He would have been thinking about the talk they were going to have.
He knows the nerd is already there, so he knocks, way more nervous than he should be because this is Deku of all people. How dare this loser make Bakugo scared of him.
Immediately, the door opens and Deku is there with an awkward smile.
"Kacchan! Come in," he says, and opens the door for the blond to walk in. He reluctantly does so, trying not to stare at the posters on the wall. All of them are of All Might. Fucking loser.
When he turns back to Deku, the idiot is in the process of closing the door behind them, before he pauses and looks at Bakugo.
"Do you want the door open?"
Yes.
And no.
He doesn't want to be trapped with Deku in the room, but he doesn't want other people listening in on what they're talking about, so he shakes his head.
"Just close the damn door."
The other teen follows instructions, and then walks over to his desk, letting Bakugo stay in the center of the room where he's closer to the door than Deku is. It makes Bakugo feel a little bit better knowing he can leave without having to go around him.
"I'm sorry for harassing you," he blurts out, head down and hands up, clasped together in apology.
Bakugo just stares for a few seconds.
Is that all?
Because if it is, he's not even going to acknowledge it. What the fuck?
"I talked to a therapist and also did a few classes and now I get why you're always so angry at me. It took a while, but, Kacchan, I'm so sorry. I can't believe I hurt you, but I'm gonna keep doing therapy so that I don't anymore," he says, pausing to get more of his thoughts together, "I've never paid attention to how I've treated you just because you hurt me physically."
Yeah, no shit.
"But I learned that not listening to you hurt you a lot. I don't blame you for blowing up at me all those times because I deserved it, really. I never once thought about how you felt and just prioritized getting what I wanted. It was selfish, and it will probably take me a lot more to work on the every day things, but what I did to you in your dorm was too far."
Bakugo cringes at the memory and has to force himself not to reach up and mess with the side of his neck again.
Not in front of him.
At his silence, the nerd continues.
"I didn't see it at the time because I was being stubborn," he says as if he had just learned that fact, "but I did harass you. I'm not proud of it, and I know you're still mad about it and I hurt you, so I'm fixing it. I promise."
Suddenly, Bakugo is angry.
This idiot made him feel weak in one of tbe worst ways possible, and it scares him. He hates being scared and even more that it's Deku he's scared of. The stupid weak kid from his childhood.
God, he can't believe it.
He's absolutely enraged, fists clenching at his sides and mind racing.
Deku doesn't deserve a second chance. Not from Bakugo. Hell no.
So he shakes his head at the freckled boy, and scoffs, "Great apology, Deku, but I'm not just gonna forgive and forget after that shit. Fuck you and your apology. Go eat a dick."
His face falls, but he doesn't push.
For once, Bakugo doesn't think he's going to fight back.
"Okay, Kacchan," he nods and stays where he is, obviously wanting to argue, but taught that it was bad in this case.
The blond is still pissed.
Why is it that he's always afraid?
"Leave me alone, Deku. If you learned absolutely fucking anything, you'll finally listen to me and stop bothering me."
Bakugo is glaring at Deku, so when the nerd finally answers a timid, "Okay, Kacchan," he flips him off and walks out, slamming the door behind him and almost bumping into someone.
Before he can even start cursing them out, he realizes that it's Halfie.
"Candy Cane?"
He realizes then, that he was probably waiting out here just in case.
Something in his heart melts at that and suddenly he isn't angry anymore. Now he's kind of reeling at how amazing his boyfriend is. How did he get so lucky?
Todoroki is smiling at him all of a sudden and then notices that he's smiling. Guess he can't help it if his boyfriend is so great that he can't stop himself from smiling.
Okay now he sounds like a damn loser.
"Hi, Katsuki," his heart is going to explode, "everything okay?"
The blond nods, feeling so fucking weak in the knees at his damn smile. What the fuck? Who let this guy be so damn perfect in every way?
Then Todoroki reaches out his hand so they can head to one of their rooms, and Bakugo blushes when their fingers intertwine.
He really is down horrendously bad for this idiot.
Before he can even think about immediately spending time together just watching tv or some shit, he tells the other, "I gotta shower, dummy."
He still feels all gross and sweaty and he really wants to relax for a bit before he starts dinner.
"Okay, we'll go to your room. You do have better blankets, anyway."
Up in his room, showering, he hopes he gets a break from all these damn apologies and shit. It's exhausting being so on edge all the time and wondering when they're going to approach.
He really only has Sero left. Honestly, if it were up to him, he wouldn't have talked to any of these losers and just let things stay awkward. He doesn't give a fuck if they apologize. They're really only doing that to make themselves feel better.
Bakugo isn't going to suddenly like them and think they're all friends now.
Hell no.
Fuck them all if they think they can do that shit and make themselves feel better by apologizing like that.
Okay, maybe that's a little much, but it's going to take a hell of a lot more than some measly fucking words to make up for their shit.
This sucks.
Chat I got a job😭 today is my third day and holy shit it's annoying to work at a wing place on a game day near a college that goes crazy over football. On my SECOKD DAY i came in to a FULLLL LOBBY packed with angry door dashers and pissed off college kids like chat pls im just a cashier, we're only taking online orders, and this is my second day please chill out. Today (my third day) it wasn't as bad but those damn door dashers act like them being mad is gonna make the order come out faster. i work Sundays now so I can't update on Sunday anymore so I will now be posting on Thursdays 🙂‍↕️ I do have finals + projects + work now so I will not be posting this week unfortunately. Really sorry about that but I will post next Thursday the 19th at 11:30 pm central time. Just pray for me this week cause 😃 I'm so behind on stuff👁️👁️ anyway I love you all and tysm for reading <3
