It had been a week since Yui first found the girls room... (name)...Yui wondered what kind of woman she was...

One day she snuck out feeling it would be the best time to see her while everyone was asleep.

"Excuse me?" Yui asked gently knocking on the door as she opened it

"Mmm?" The girls shadow sat up slowly and rubbed her eye yawning "who is it?"

"Yui Komori" Yui answered quietly closing the door "I'm sorry to bother you...I was told to stay away from here. However I wanted to speak with you"

The woman chuckled and waved her over

"Come on in Yui, those boys don't own me" she said amused "although they seem to think they do"

Not long later, Yui sat on a chair beside (names) bed. It was placed there, she was told, by Reiji when Kanato wanted to be read a story by (Name) but refused to sit on the floor.

The woman was extremely kind, although everything she did seemed a bit forced.

"May I ask what you are sick with (name)?" Yui asked carefully

"You may, but nobody knows what it is really..." she frowned "I got sick a few short weeks after I came here...at first I'd just faint at random...then if I was bitten too many times I'd have a fever spike and be bed ridden. After a while it just took a turn for the worst...one day it was being odd as normal...then I had a fever spike...and I suddenly got really sick. I know I'm a burden...I'm not of any use anymore." She smiled a bit bitter..."that's why Reiji won't visit me...he sees me as a hindrance for the most part. And Ayato and I tend to but heads..." she giggled

"But they won't let you go home?" Yui asked saddened

The young woman sighed softly and looked out the big windowed doors that lead to a small balcony

"I don't have a home anymore Yui, all I have left is here now. I'm okay with that...for the most part. But I do wish that if I am dying...that it would just get it over and done with"

"You can't mean that!"

"Yui...I'm sick...I've been sick for a very long time. 5 years now..."

"but don't you have people to live for? At least one person you can't leave behind?" She asked feeling desperate to know that you wouldn't give up and die

"Well..."

"Live for that person (name)" Yui smiled holding your hands

"Should I live for Shu?" (name) asked blinking and with a slight blush. She looked up to Yui's eyes before looking off to the side.

"So you can't leave behind him?" Yui smiled softly at the girl.

Although she was sick and older than her, Yui thought that (name) looked really cute blushing and acting shy.

"does he come to visit you?"

"...sometimes...not as much as he used to. He used to come and play music for me..." (name) sighed her (e/c) eyes a little far away in a dreamy state. "I absolutely love it when he'll play something from the Phantom of the Opera or Lacie from Pandora Hearts. Took me forever to convince him to learn it too. Stubborn thing..." she giggled softly before going into a small fit of coughs.

"are you alright?" Yui asked worried standing and putting a hand to her back.

(name) held out her hand then nodded. A sign that she was alright.

"it happens sometimes...I'll be fine"

After a few hours of Yui being missing the brothers started to look for her. Just where would their new food supply go? Its not like she would leave unannounced or at all honestly.

Shu walked towards (name's) room. He remembered Yui asking quite a bit about her before. Walking up to the painted door he halted with his hand on the knob. His ears pricked at the sound of laughter.

Just who would be laughing?

(name)? no...

She stopped laughing and smiling long ago...when she had given up on getting better and she just gave up and laid in bed sick.

He put his ear to the door and listened in...

"Yui, thank you..." (name) smiled brightly "this time we've sat talking...it's been a great joy. It's been...a very long time since I have laughed this hard!" she giggled "now, please...help me out of bed?"

Yui grinned and rushed to her side. She gently pulled the blue sheets away and helped (name) swing her legs out. The long nightgown flowing about as she stood. Her (h/c) hair water-falling into place now off of the pillows. (name) wobbled a bit before smiling.

"it's nice to stand..." she sighed "it's been a few months since I've left the bed" she admitted shyly

"Yui N-!"

The door suddenly barged open and bewildered blue eyes met pink and (e/c) ones.

"Shu?" Yui Blinked

"what are you yelling for?" (name) huffed at him crossing her arms in an attempt to cover her chest

"what are you, doing out of bed?" he asked having crossed the room to the girls in a few strides

"Yui was going to walk with me"

"e-eh?!" Yui squeaked in surprise "i-I d-didn't...!"

"no, go back to bed"

"no, go away"

"(name)" Shu said in a lazy but warning tone

"Shu..." she mirrored but put her hands on her hips "none of you boys own me. You've been taking care of me and I'm very grateful...but you can't all ignore me and expect me to sit here like some damsel in distress!"

"damsel? You're far too perverted to be some blushing maiden" Shu shot back suddenly very close to the sick girl

"if I am perverted...then you must be the king of lewd and hentai" she huffed bright red

Yui shrank away from the two and out the door. She wasn't going to stay for this....

"king of lewd and hentai? But you're much, much more perverted than me" he said quietly their bodies very close

"oh you'd just love that wouldn't you?" she growled annoyed glaring up at him "but if I was more perverted you'd never have your way"

"my way?"

"oh of course" she grinned before her tough façade shattered as she fell to her knees coughing.

Shu was next to her in a flash picking her up in his arms.

"I told you to go back to bed" he grumbled as she lazily walked to her bed

"I don't want to go back to bed." She groaned leaning her forehead against his jaw. (name) closed her eyes as she swallowed hard. The pain was almost unbearable.

"you need t-"

"I don't want to exist and not be useful. I want a purpose. Shu..."

He only hummed in response as he bent over to set the (h/c) girl into her bed. To which he suddenly was having difficulty doing...as she was holding onto him for dear life

"(name), let go"

"Shu, I don't want to waste away laying here. You don't even come visit me anymore...please. You might as well drink me dry. At least then I could be filling your hunger. Or at least staying it for a while"

"(name)"

"Shu please" she pleaded again and again tears falling "let me at least be able to help you"

Shu sighed and sat on her bed laying her down and pulling back. He looked down at her. His blue eyes drinking up her weak body racked with sobs

"please don't abandon me...I ha-had so much fun talking with Yui...and she made me realize...I can't stand not being without you...ya know?" she sobbed her flushed face contorted in a small choke of a laugh while her brows continued to crease and her eyes shed water like a dam bursting.

"...(name)..." he sighed brushing her hair out of her face

(name) continued to sob but was slowing while Shu gazed down at her softly

"w-what?"

"do you want me to bite you so bad, you lewd woman?" Shu asked barely above a whisper as his thumb rubbed a tear stain away. Although the words were harsh as always, his tone was soft and gentle.

(name) looked up at him with her tear stricken eye lashes

"I want you to be happy...I want to be around you, I want to see you. I want to be with you as much as I can and as close as I can...I'm sorry I'm so selfish."

Shu wordlessly climbed above her and brought his face to the crook of her neck

"Shu...?" (name) asked her heart starting to race as her crying blush turned into a flush across her body

"you asked for this (name)..." he kissed her neck then poked her with his fangs

"ahn...!" (name) closed her eyes as her weak frame clung to his. Her arms wrapped around his shoulders and her legs loosely around his hips

"you'll be mine now (name)...every bit of you"
