The moment Naruto flashed back into Konoha, he was grabbed by his forearms and shushined away. Recognizing Sakura and Sasuke by their chakra signatures, he didn't struggle as he was sat down in Training Ground 7, where three places had been left open in the circle constructed by the Leaf Legion.

"Um, okay," Naruto looked around, "reason why we're all gathered here?"

Everyone looked at each other before looking back at him.

"What?" he was slightly unnerved.

"Naruto," Sakura began, "something happened when you were away. Something very shocking. We're not really sure how you're going to take it, though. . ."

"Okay, go on," Naruto said warily.

"It's actually two things," Sasuke interjected. "The first well, it's better we show you. But it can wait until later. The second thing is. . . Danzoescapedfromprisonjustyesterdayandnowwecan'tfindhim," he mumbled.

Naruto's eyes widened as he felt his blood boiling. "Did you just say. . . that Danzo escaped yesterday?" he seethed.

Gulping, the Leaf Legion nodded their heads.

"Shady dirtbag," Naruto growled, "didn't you guys remove all the Sharingan?"

"Yeah, all those we could find," Kiba frowned. "Every single Sharingan in his arm was plucked out and returned to Fugaku Uchiha."

Naruto's eyes widened. "In his arm? Didn't he have one hidden underneath his bandages in his eye?!"

"SH*T!" they all yelled, eyes wide with terror, realization and shock.

"Wait, where did he get one?" Sasuke looked confused. "In the original timeline, he had Shisui's eye, and then Shisui committed suicide. Whose eye does he have?"

"If I had to guess," Naruto said darkly, "Madara Uchiha probably aided him in his schemes."

"Damn Uchihas," Kiba growled. "No offense, Sasuke."

"None taken. Originally the Uchihas were a bunch of arrogant, stuck-up, stubborn old farts. Those that weren't were either prodigies like Shisui and Itachi, or just anti-social people," Sasuke shrugged.

"Like you?" Ino giggled.

"Like me," Sasuke confirmed, smirking slightly.

"Hm, I feel like I'm forgetting something. . ." Naruto frowned, placing his chin in his palm. "Oh yeah!" he smacked his fist into his left palm.

"What is it?" Tenten asked.

"What was the first thing you guys wanted to show me?"

At that, everyone immediately gained a weird glint in their eyes that made Naruto feel uneasy. It was either devilish or sympathetic. 

"Hey brats, what are you doin'?" a rough voice made Naruto's blue eyes widen as tears swelled in his eyes.

He shifted his gaze to his teammates, his mouth slightly open in shock. The two only smiled at him in response. Or in Sasuke's case, smirked.

Naruto slowly turned around and saw him. 

"P-Pervy Sage?" he whispered shakily. "Y-You're alive. . . you're really alive." His hands were shaking from where they were hanging by his side.

Jiraiya gave him a grin as he ruffled his blonde spikes. "You know brat, you look so much like your father I almost thought I was sent back in time!" 

Naruto simply stared as the man let out a hearty laugh.

He was jerked back to reality his ribs were subjected to a sharp nudge from none other than Sasuke Uchiha. Naruto raised a slight eyebrow at him, and Sasuke rolled his eyes.

"Go on, Ruto. I know you missed him."

"I-Is he really. . .? "

"Of course, idiot."

"H-How. . . why. . . when. . ."

"We travelled back in time. With news about the Akatsuki, nothing we don't know though. Also because he heard two of students were here. And around the time when Danzo escaped."

Naruto gulped before taking one step forward. . . before Sasuke's push made him stumble into Jiraiya. Said man blinked when he saw that the blonde's arms were wrapped as far as they could go around his waist. The Sannin was still somewhat stunned at the resemblance between him and his deceased student. 

"Pervy Sage," Naruto muttered.

Jiraiya let out a soft smile as he looked at the blonde.

"Where were you. . . the time when I needed you most? When I was growing up?"

Jiraiya was taken aback by the questions, his smile fading as he answered his godson. "I had a spy network to take care of. It would've been too dangerous to take you with me. I planned to come back here when you were old enough to defend yourself. And you have a family, don't you?"

"For everything you gain. . . you could lose something else." Naruto's eyes were shadowed by his bangs, a lump in his throat making it hard to speak.

Jiraiya frowned slightly. "I'm here now, Naruto. I haven't completely missed you growing up."

Sakura then stepped in. "Jiraiya-sama, you already be aware that Naruto is the jinchuuriki of the Kyuubi. And the jinchuuriki life forces you to grow up faster than normal, it never gives you a chance to experience childhood, even with the comfort of a family the Uchiha's provided him with."

"Naruto's one of the lucky ones," Sasuke added. "A majority of the jinchuuriki don't get a family that willingly looks after them. But even with that. . . he's still forced to grow up in order to be able to deal with the villagers' hate. My father took care of most of it, which slowed his mental growth somewhat, but right now? He's another Itachi, thinking like a Kage at the age of five."

"I'm six, Sasuke."

"Five, six, whatever. You started thinking like that when you were five."

"Says you." Naruto let the top of his left lip curl slightly. 

"Is it just me," Jiraiya scratched his head, "or do all of you kids seem to have the mentality of adults? You don't act your age at all. You know things you shouldn't. You can do things you shouldn't be able to achieve until you are at least fourteen."

Naruto raised his eyebrows at Sasuke, who shot him the same look.

"You know, I thought you would've restored his memory," Naruto chided mentally.

"In case you forgot, I had to restore Konan's memory a week or so ago. Sakura is still watching me carefully, just in case the side effects come on. I think I can use it today or tomorrow."

"Tomorrow, Sasuke. Not a day, hour, minute or second earlier," Sakura's dangerous voice clarified, making both boys pale at her voice.

"Anyway," Jiraiya was saying, "since when did you nickname me Pervy Sage? I get that you've researched on me and all, according to Tsunade, but how did you even know I'm a Super Pervert?"

'Nup, hasn't changed a bit,' Naruto deadpanned to himself. 

"Well, when you walk past the hot springs and hear perverted giggling, isn't it only natural for you to want to alert the ladies?" Neji asked with a twinkle of mischief in his eyes that not many, if anyone, had ever seen.

Jiraiya stared at him before yelling, "Y-You're the brat that got me beaten up twice!"

"No," Kiba chipped in, "the first time was Neji. The second time was me."

"YOU BRATS! I WAS DOING RESEARCH!" 

Jiraiya's voice could be heard screaming across the entire village. 

Tsunade let her head fall on her desk once more, thoroughly annoyed at her old teammate.

Neji's eyes darted around.

Tenten busied herself polishing a kunai.

Lee fiddled with his bandages.

Ino shifted closer to Sai.

Shikamaru sighed as he cloud-gazed.

Choji chomped on his chips.

Hinata turned her eyes to the sky.

Kiba rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly.

Sai and Shino simply sat there.

Sasuke blinked.

Sakura averted her eyes.

Naruto glared.

His glare was even scarier than Sasuke's because he had been taught, after all, by the Kyuubi himself. 

"When," Naruto ground out through gritted teeth, "were you going to tell me that Pervy Sage was back?"

"When you came back?" Sakura offered quietly. Naruto's glare was like he was looking straight through you, unblinking until you gave up, and it was very unnerving and made you want to break down and tell him everything you know.

"You could've told me through the telepathic link."

"We didn't want to distract you when you were battling," Sasuke tried but curled away when the blue orbs of flaming anger were turned on him. The Uchiha shivered internally when he remembered the times that he saw Fugaku himself averting his eyes away from his brother's piercing glare. Now that Sasuke thought about it, it would be a very handy tool in the T & I Department, since Naruto could glare without blinking for a very long time.

"Excuses, excuses," Naruto growled. "What were you doing when I was away?"

Everyone in the Leaf Legion exchanged guilty glances.

{Flashback no jutsu!}

"So, with Naruto gone, what do you guys wanna do?" Shikamaru asked lazily as he was sprawled on the grass, cloud-gazing. Choji chomped on his chips beside him.

 "What do you mean, Shika-kun?" Hinata asked softly.

"Well, since he's obviously absent for a few hours, don't you think we should do something Naruto would like?" SHikamaru suggesed.

Tenten frowned. "I don't quite understand what you're getting at there, Shikamaru. . ."

"Naruto's got a family now, and all of us are together again. Essentially, you could say that everyone we knew from the former future is here, and our lifestyles have altered for the better in nearly all cases. But something's missing, wouldn't you say?"

"Oh!" Ino clapped her hands. "You mean, we should surprise Naruto when he comes back?"

"Yeah, something like that," Shikamaru drawled as he dipped his hand into the offered bag of chips.

Sakura and Sasuke looked at each other, a glint in their eyes. "Pervy Sage."

"Pervy Sage?" Everyone chorused, some confused and some delighted.

Sakura nodded. "While I trained with Lady Tsunade, and Sasuke trained with Orochimaru, you remember Naruto went off with Lord Jiraiya for three years. Naruto's nickname for the Sannin is "Pervy Sage" because he is a self-proclaimed Super Pervert. And believe me, he lives up to that title."

"So, what do you wanna do about him? Bring him to the village?" Kiba asked, flopping himself onto Hinata's lap as Akamaru jumped onto his stomach.

"Or," Sasuke's eyes gleamed, "he could come to the village."

Everyone raised their eyebrows until Shino spoke up.

"We spread a rumour, and Jiraiya will come with some very disturbing news on an organization out to take the jinchuuriki. Why? Because his godson is a jinchuuriki. Am I correct in guessing your plan, Sasuke?"

Sasuke nodded in confirmation.

Lee flashed them a shiny grin. "Your thinking is full of youth as always, my youthful rival! So, how do we youthfully spread to rumour?"

"What rumour?" a lazy voice drawled from behind them, making them all jump in shock.

"S-Sensei!" Sakura exclaimed in surprise.

"Yo," Kakashi gave them his infamous eye-smile, holding up a hand in greeting. "You need help with something?"

"Yeah, think you could help make news reach Jiraiya about the Akatsuki?" Neji spoke for them all, a mischievous gleam in his pale eyes.

Kakashi tipped his head, thinking before he shrugged. "Sure thing." As he hopped away, he sighed, muttering under his breath, "Oh the things I do for those brats."

{Flashback no jutsu - KAI!}

"And that, my fellow friend of youth, is what happened in those youthful hours were gone!" Lee declared.

Naruto's eye twitched. "So the mastermind. . . WAS YOU SASUKE!" he yelled, leaping onto his startled brother and tackling him to the ground.

"Ack! Naruto, calm down!" Sasuke yelled, crossing his arms in an X to block a punch to his face. "I did it with the best intentions, I swear!"

"What the hell were you thinking, bring Pervy Sage into this without being able to restore his memory, huh?!" Naruto shouted, crashing through Sasuke's defenses and striking his nose, making it bleed.

"Ouch, that hurt!" Sasuke yelped.

Naruto glared slightly as he got off Sasuke and roughly pulled him up into a brief hug. "Thanks you bastard," he muttered somewhat reluctantly as he let go.

Sasuke chuckled as he held a hand over his bleeding nose. "No problem, Ruto. And next time, I'd like my thanks without a bloody nose, okay?"

Naruto snorted. "Depends what I'm thanking you for."

"Why the hell did you attack me before thanking him anyway?" Sakura asked, stifling her giggles as she pulled Sasuke's hand away so she could heal his nose.

Naruot looked away, slightly blushing as he scratched his cheek with one finger. "Y-You know the feeling when you wanna punch someone's lights out but hug them at the same time? Well that's kind of what I was going through. . ."

Sasuke snorted, "And you chose to pummel me first?"

"I got angry first," Naruto shrugged indifferently as Sasuke gained a tick mark.

"Why you -!"

"Alright boys, that's enough," Sakura said calmly as she got up and plopped between them. "The issue has been resolved, no more fighting."

"Alright my mini mini minions," Kakashi landed by them, Obito and Rin beside him. 

"Hinata, Neji, your father is looking for you," Rin informed them, smiling gently at the cousins. Hinata pouted slightly but allowed Neji to help her up.

"Same with you three, Mikoto's been looking for you for a while now," Obito said as he lifted Naruto up onto his shoulders, smiling at Sasuke and Sakura.

"Hey!" Naruto yelped indignantly. "I'm six! Stop treating me like I'm younger!"

Obito snorted. "You may be six, but you're body is as small as a five-year-old's."

"HEY! I'm mentally older and more mature than you!"

"What the hell is that supposed to mean?! Are you calling me childish?!"

"You are, deadlast. . ."

"Bakashi you're not helping!"

"Was I supposed to. . .?"

"BAKASHI! Rin, please defend me!"

"Sorry Obito, you're on your own. I've actually never lost a fight with Naruto before," Rin admitted as she laughed at Obito's face. 

"Face it Obi," Naruto grinned as he gripped Obito's charcoal black spikes, "I'm way more awesome than you in every way possible."

"LIKE HELL YOU ARE!" 

"You never stood a chance. I'm wiser, more mature and mentally older than you. Deal with it."

"I can vouch for that," Kakashi cut in. "And if you want proof, Naruto once said, "The most powerful is he who can control his own power."

"Sasuke!" Obito cried, turning to his little cousin. "Naruto's not wiser than me, right?!"

Sasuke smirked. "Oh, I don't know. You know, Naruto told me this once. "There's no way you can have everything in your hands alone. That's why you've got to treasure the things you do have. All I need are my friends. As long as I have them, I don't need anything else." That's my favourite quote from him."

Sakura smiled sweetly up at the Uchiha. "My favourite quote from Naruto is: "Keep wavering, doubting and questioning. Do it with everything you have. That's what it means to be human. It's proof that you're alive."

Hinata leaned down to ruffle Kiba's hair. "Naruto told me, "The best confidence builder is experience. You never know what you're capable of until you try. You may be wrong, but you can't give up." That encouraged me to evolve from the timid girl to the me I am today."

Neji smiled slightly. "Mine is somewhat shorter than everyone else's, but just as meaningful. "Hate has caused a lot of problems in this world, but it has yet to solve one."

Lee smiled brightly. "One of the reasons I train as hard as I do is because of something Naruto also told me! "Make the most of yourself by fanning the tiny, inner sparks of possibility into great flames of achievement." I will never forget what my youthful comrade said!"

"A long ago," Sai began, "I was told "Separation is nothing more than an illusion. We're all human, aren't we? We all feel love, pain, joy and sadness. We are one and the same." I will never forget that either."

Shino stated in a monotone, "One of the things I remember Naruto saying to me was, "Silence is the best sound. Nothing is said, but everything is understood." 

Obito's mouth was literally hanging. How the hell did the brat think up of so many things that sounded like it was literally made for them?!

"Told you," Naruto smirked slightly in victory.

"I. . . give up," Obito muttered, hanging his head in shame and complete utter depression.

"You never stood a chance," the Leaf Legion, Kakashi and Rin said simultaneously in either genuine or fake sympathy.

So people have commented back, requesting more SakuGaa moments, as well as Team 7 sibling moments. Also, a lot of you want Sasuke to marry a civilian, however I'm not big on OC's, so I'll see what I can do or I'm just going to have to decide from a already existing character.

Looks like peace is going to befall this story for at least a chapter or two, and then I'm thinking of Yahiko making his move. What do you think?
