Diamond's POV

I watched Sam and Miracle as they walked besides me. Miracle was whispering stuff in Sam's ears as he cradled her on his chest.

My heart warmed at the view. Just days ago Miracle was crying when she was in his arms, now she's laying on him without any compliments.

"The ice cream store is down there"

I said but I don't think Sam heard me. He too busy laughing at Miracle's baby gibberish.

I yanked on his jacket causing him to look down at me. I pointed to the shop and he nodded his head.

Once we went inside I got hit with the smell of diabetes. And boy do I love that smell.

We took a seat at a deserted table and asked for a high chair for Miracle.

Miracle saw a guy pass by with ice cream in his hand and her eyes immediately followed him. I think I saw a little drool come out her mouth as she watched him add sprinkles to his ice cream.

Damn this girl loves food. I don't know where she gets it from. Probably from my mom. Yeah that's it, it's my mom fault. I'll just blame it on her.

"Welcome to Janes's Dairy Bar, what can I get you today?"

"I'll have the chocolate fever and for her a plain small vanilla ice cream"

"And you sir?"

"I'll also have a vani..."

"He'll have the most biggest and sweetest ice cream dessert you have"

"Are you sure ma'ma? It costs $30"

I looked over at Sam who had a horrified look on his face. His eyes were telling me no but my mind was telling me yes.

"I'll take it"

"I'll be right back with your orders"

Once she left I looked at Sam with a small spreaded across my face. Maybe if I smile he'll forget I just spent $30 on ice cream.

"Diamond I wanted a vanilla ice cream. Why did you order me a heart attack?"

"Because I don't want you to get a vanilla ice cream. I'm your sugar daddy today and whatever I say goes"

"How come Miracle gets a vanilla ice cream?"

Sam whined. He's acting younger than Miracle right now. It's kind of funny. I looked at Miracle who was waving at an old couple that was a couple of tables away from us. She blew them a kiss and started giggling afterwards.

"She's adorable, that's why. And it's her first time trying ice cream, she had to eat plain ice cream then work her way up the diabetes chart"

He rolled his eyes and started playing with the napkins that were on the table.

I couldn't help but laugh at how ridiculous he was being. He's pouting like a little baby just because I didn't order him a vanilla ice cream.

Sam was about to talk but, our waitress can with our ice cream. She placed the chocolate fever ever so delicately in front of me.

The chocolate fever had a funnel cake base with whipped cream, choclolate fudge, chocolate ice cream, and chocolate syrup on top.

I'm thinkikng that chocolate fever was just chocolate ice cream with some syrup and possibly a few toppling on it but I was wrong.

I wasn't disappointed. This shop came through with the diabetes. In front of Miracle that was in the high chair she sat a small vanilla ice cream.

Sam's eyes winded as his order was placed in front of him. His ice cream had cotton candy, gummies , lollipops, a cookie sandwich, and ring pops. I mean the list goes on and on.

"I don't even see the ice cream?"

"You have to eat the candy first, the ice cream is at the bottom"

Miracle immediately took a piece of Sam's cotton candy and place it on top of her ice cream. She smiled in satisfaction as she looked at the pink and purple cloud that sat on top of her ice cream.

Sam just smiled at her and leaned over to kiss her forehead.

All his happiness went away once he looked back at his ice cream. His face paled and his hands were shaking.

"This is so worth my $30"

I said once the waitress walked away. Sam looked up at me and gave me the most stank look I ever seen.

After we prayed with Miracle I was about ready to eat but, I stopped in my tracks.

I took out my phone once I saw Miracle started to pick up her spoon. I giggled as she missed her mouth a few times.

When she finally got her mouth her eyes widened and she dropped the spoon back on the table.

Seconds later she blinked and started wiggiling and giggling in her seat. She picked up the spoon again and took an ever bigger scoop than last time.

"Can you say ice cream?"

I cooed. Just in case she needs some at home, she could just ask me.

"Cweam cweam"

She said with her mouth full of ice cream. That's another word to add to her vocabulary. After Mama of course.

I looked over at Sam who was also recording her. His smile never left his face. Even when he stopped recording he was still smiling at her.

Once I was done with Miracle I took my spoon and cut straight down the ice cream with no hesitation. Chocolate came sliding down the ice cream as I took my first bite.

The funnel cake was crispy and soft at the same time. The chocolate syrup was just amazing and the whipped cream was so light and fluffy. This is the best ice cream I've ever tasted hands down.

I looked over at Sam who was devouring his candy two by two. He put the ring pop and lollipop in front of Miracle and continued eating.

I thought he wanted vanilla? He seems to be enjoying this ice cream at the moment. Shit he almost bit his finger when he got to donut.

After about 20 mintues all of us were done. Miracle had a ice cream beard and mustache. Sam had a slight stomach ache and I was just fine. I was on cloud 9.

It's around 10 right now. I was shocked at how much time we spent at the mall.

After I paid for the bill I just decided to go home. Tomorrow my mom is going to start on the Christmas decorations and Sam and I are going to help her.

I took Miracle out of the high chair and carried her out of the shop. It was way much harder for us to walk due to the extreme amount of ice cream we ate.

Once we finally did reach the car I sighed in relief and opened the back door so I can put Miracle in her chair.

After that task was done I sat in the passengers seat and let Sam take the  driver's seat.

Today was a long, fun filled day.

UNKNOWN POV

"Boss, they just left the mall. They're heading home now. Miracle is in the back seat too"

"Good"

I said as a evil smile spread across my face. Today is the day I make those bitches pay. They deserve everything that's coming to them.

I was already at their house waiting for them. Even though they won't be able to see me, I could still see them.

I waited only mintues until they pulled into the driveway. As the car passed me I placed a little mic on the side of the car so I could everything that's going on.

"She's sleeping already"

Diamond said with a giggle. Oh trust me. That giggle is going to disappear in a hot minute.

"Sam you go open the door and I'll wait here with MIracle"

Seconds later Sam got out of the car and walked towards the front door. The good thing is that her driveway is like 30 feet away from her front door. It's quite the journey.

I watched as Sam struggled with the door. I may it may not have jammed the lock before they came home. Oops.

"The door won't open"

Sam shouted. Diamond got out of the car and walked towards the front door. That was my cue to case damage.

I took out my gasoline and threw it on the car. I lit a match and threw it on the car. I quickly ran back to where I was before and waited for them to notice.

Seconds later Diamond and Sam turned around and gasped. They skipped almost all the steps and ran towards the car.

"MY BABY"

I heard Diamond scream from my mic piece. I watched as she frantically took out her phone and called the paramedics.

I smiled as I saw Sam trying to put out the flame with the near by water hose. No matter how much water he threw nothing happened. The flames only seem to get bigger.

Diamond and Sam started crying as they saw that everything they were doing wasn't helping.

"Mama" MIracle said for the last time.
