Sam's POV

"Now it's time to eattttt!!!!"

Diamond screamed in my ears. We were walking back into the mall since Diamond recommended that we put the bags in the car.

Now it's official, we're spending the whole day at the mall.

Out of nowhere Diamond jumped on my back causing my to step back a little bit. I quickly recovered and made sure she was secured on my back.

She wrapped her arms around my neck and leaned over to kiss my cheek. I reached behind me and slapped her butt.

She squeaked and jumped up. I laughed and continued walking to where ever she was directing me to.

When we walked back into the mall people where looking at us like they never seen anyone give their girl a piggy back ride.

I saw a girl screaming at her boyfriend because she apparently asked for a piggy back ride and he said no.

I don't think I'll ever say no to Diamond if she asked me for something as simple as a piggy back ride. It's my duty as a boyfriend to make my girl happy.

Mintues later we walked into a place called Uncle Russell's sea food grill.

On the outside I was smiling but on the inside I was dying. What if this is one of Diamond's huge uncles?

I'm not ready to be harassed again. It's too soon. I almost got my throat slit by uncle Ben not too long ago.

When we walked into the restaurant I was a little bit skeptical. I was also paranoid. I didn't know from which side uncle Russel was gonna come from.

Once we got Inside Diamond hopped off of me and fixed her skirt. I watched her booty jiggle as she pulled up the skirt.

All I could think about was the things I would do to her if we weren't in public.

We went over to a empty table and sat down.

"Ohhh I love this song"

Diamond said as she snapped her fingers and moved her head from side to side.

"Imma call up Bryan. Imma FaceTime Ryan. Imma text Lorenzo and Imma leave you crying"

She said with such emotion in her voice. She made it sound like she knew Bryan, Ryan, and Lorenzo.

Shit, should I be scared?

"Imma shot up Bryan. Imma fuck up Ryan. Imma kill Lorenzo and watch them as they're dying"

I said in the same melody as Diamond. She looked at me and started laughing. She thinks I'm playing but I'm foreal.

No one is taking her away from me.

Mintues later a waiter walked up to our table with a pen and notepad in hand.

"Hello welcome to blah blah blah how may I take your order"

The girl said with bordem laced in her voice. I could tell she doesn't want to be here. Just by the way her head hung low and how her hair covered up 80% of her face.

"I'll your special with some iced tea please"

I said and handed her back the menu. She snatched it away from me and faced Diamond.

Well damn. Now I know who's not getting a tip.

"Surprise me"

Diamond said as she handed her back the menu. The girl rolled her eyes and snatched the menu away from Diamond.

I was going to put her in her place but then I remembered I'm at a restaurant. I don't want her to spit in my food.

"Great because everyone loves surprises"

Without saying another word she walked away from us. We waited for her to be at a safe distance when we started laughing.

What crawled up her ass and died?

"Sam will you tell me why you didn't talk to me for a month after our first  date?"

Diamond said as she crossed her arms on her chest. I watched as her boobs was put on display even more.

Damn it.

I thought she forgot about that. I sighed and started playing with the salt packets that was on the table.

"It was because I stole $5,000 worth of weed from the black Panthers"

Her nose scrunched up in disgust. She looked confused and also disappointed at the same time.

"So you stopped talking to me because your weed was more important. I didn't even know you smoked weed"

"I don't smoke. My mission was to steal it from them so I could distract them while Noah hacked into their computer system. They saw me with you so you became their target. My dad said it was better for me to wait awhile before I paid them back"

"Wait Noah is apart of your gang?"

I nodded my head. I wasn't supposed to tell her. Noah was supposed to tell her.

"Does Ruby know?"

I shook my head no. Noah is too pussy to tell Ruby the truth. He thinks that she's going to leave him. I tried to convince him that she's not but, he's still worried about her reaction to his news.

"Well I know Ruby. It's better for him to tell her rather than her finding out herself"

After seconds of silence Diamond said
"If your waiting for the waiter does that make you the waiter?"

I looked at her and busted out laughing. The weirdest things be coming out of her mouth.

I was about to answer but someone cleared their throat. We followed the voice only to find a guy with our food in his hand. His name tag read Justin.

"Here's your order"

He placed a takeout plate in front of me. I opened it and my mouth feel open. My plate had shrimp and crab legs littering every inch of the plate. The sauce on top made everything look even more delicious.

"Here you are madame"

Diamond opened up her plate, her mouth hung low. She had barbeque chicken with loader fries and shredded pieces of steak and shrimp. He set her sprite next to her plate.

"Enjoy your meal"

He said and walked away. You see, he's a good waiter. He didn't give us attitude or said any snarky remarks.

I was about to dig in but Diamond slapped my hand away from the plate. I rubbed my hand and looked up at her in shock.

"We have to pray first"

I bowed my head and closed my eyes. Diamond grabbed my hand and prayed over the food for us.

After she was done I didn't waste any time digging into my plate. I picked up a shrimp and crushed it between my teeth. This shrimp is almost as good as mama's.

I watched Diamond as she picked up a wing and started to devour it. She had barbeque sauce all around her mouth.

The girls that I used to date only ate salad and drunk water. That got on my nerves. I took them to expense restaurants just so they can eat leaves  and drink air.

So after I noticed that I started taking them to McDonald's and ordered them a cup of water and a hamburger with no meat, tomato, onions, pickles, cheese, and buns. Just lettuce.

But with Diamond she doesn't care about how she eats around me. She would eat a whole buffet right in front of me. I love that she's comfortable around me.

Mintues into our eating session Diamond's phone rung. She wiped her hands and mouth on the napkin that was in front of her and answered the phone.

All she was saying was yeah and ok. She didn't say anything other than those two words.

Once her phone call was over she excused herself and walked out of the restaurant.

While she was gone I picked up a chicken wing and some fries from her plate. Her food tasted better than mine. Shit I should've got the same thing as her then.

"I'm back"

I was about to talk to her but I saw Miracle in her arms. She was wearing some shorts and a white tee shirt with brown sandals. Her wild curls were pulled into a high puff on top of her head.

She sat down and placed Miracle on her lap. Once Miracle saw the food in front of her she immediately picked up a French fry and started nibbling on it.

Like mother like daughter.

"When did she get here?"

"My grandparents just called me and told me that they were at the mall with Miracle. Then they asked did I want to spend some time with her and I said yes"

"Yayy"

If Diamond hadn't noticed Miracle doesn't like me. But I made it my goal for her to like me so I'll have to work twice as hard.

While me and Diamond were talking Miracle managed to eat all of Diamond's fries. She rubbed her stomach and let out a little burp.

Diamond looked down at her and smiled. I took my phone out and took a picture of them as they smiled at each other.

"Can I post this picture?"

I asked Diamond as I turned my phone around to show her the picture I took.

She nodded her head and went back to Miracle. She gave her a little bit of sprite. She let out small giggles as she bounced up and down on Diamond's lap.

I guess both Diamond and Maricle has a soft spot for food.

Diamond called for the check mintues later. She paid for our meal and stood up with Miracle on her hip.

"Time for ice cream"

Diamond said with enthusiasm. She's been talking about this new icecream place that opened in the mall for a while now.

"Has Miracle tried ice cream?"

"No, it's her first time today"

I can't wait to see Miracles face when she tries ice cream for the first time.

While we were walking Miracle reached over to me. I looked at Diamond and she smiledat me.

She handed Miracle to me. Miracle rested her head on my shoulder and rubbed the back of my hair.

Maybe today's the day Miracle warms up to me.
