Diamond's POV

The next day

I woke up at around 2 pm today. Noah, Rose and Ruby came over my house yesterday night.

I told them about Miracle and everything. Ruby asked a whole bunch of questions about Miracle while Noah and Rose stayed silent.

Noah told me he knows everything he needs to know about her already which I must admit is kind of weird.

In the middle of our conversation Noah got a phone call which he went to go take in private. When he was gone I just continued talking to Ruby.

Sam had left literally a few minutes after they showed up.

Today I woke up with a smile on my face. I'm relieved I don't have to keep my baby a secret any more.

The people I care about the most knows about Miracle and I couldn't be any happier.

Today is a very special day for Sam. He just doesn't know it. After I finished taking a shower I called Sam and told him to come over.

After I hung up the phone I walked into my closet and picked up my outfit for the day. I went with my beige crop top, my plain black skirt and my camoflauge puma platforms.

Even though it's winter it's not cold today. It's like 80°. California weather is very bipolar.

While I waited for Sam I just decided to go on my Snapchat. I haven't been on it in weeks.

I went on Sam's story since he posted something 5 mintues ago. When I pressed on it it was just a black background that said 3 days away.

What's 3 days away?

I thought really hard. Then I remembered. It's Christmas aka my birthday.

I told Sam that he doesn't have to give me anything for my birthday.

Just staying home and watching a movie with him is good for me. As long as I'm with him it's the best birthday gift ever.

All I want is his attention, love, and time. Those things are for free.

I heard the door bell ring throughout the house mintues later. Don't Sam have the key to my house?Why is he ringing the bell?

I ran downstairs and opened the door with a smile on my face. That smile immediately dropped once I saw Chris standing at the door.

"What do you want?"

I said with venom in my voice. He has the nerve to show up to my house after what he did to me.

I looked closely at him. His eyes had dark purple rings around it and his cheek had a cut on it. His knuckles was busted up and his legs were a little swollen.

"What happened to you?"

"Sam"

He simply said. That happened over a month ago and he's still beaten up. Sam's bruises healed in about 2 days.

We stood there in silence for about 2 minutes. He stared at me and I stared at him. We didn't say anything. We just looked at each other.

"Can I come in?"

"Why should I let you in after what you did to me? I know we aren't as close as we used to be but, I would never do that to you. You threw away years of friendship like it was nothing"

He stood in front of me with his head hung low. He knows he did me dirty. I wouldn't even dream about throwing him under the bus like that.

"Please Diamond"

"You're standing outside my house and saying whatever you came here to say"

I don't trust him inside of my house. What if he makes a move on me and it was also apart of Britney's dare.

"Diamond I'm sorry for what I did to you. I didn't mean to hurt you. It was apart of a dare that Britney put out. It was for the whole football and basketball team expect for Sam and Noah."

"You didn't have to do the dare Chris. It was your choice to go through with the dare."

"Diamond I HAD to do it. The other guys on the team were planning on raping you. I know about your past with Jason so I took the dare. I just took the date as a oppurntiy to hang out with you. I miss you as my bestfriend"

"Chris I don't know if I can forgive you. You took my secret and you told it to Britney. I didn't want anyone to know about my dad being in the military."

"What? I didn't tell Britney that. I would never. I promised you I wouldn't"

"Then who told her Chris. Because I know it wasn't me, Sam,Noah, or Ruby. I told them after Britney pulled that stunt."

"I swear on my mom it wasn't me"

That's when I knew it wasn't Chris. His mom died when we were in 9th grade. I don't think he's that cruel to use his mom's death just to please Britney and her stupid dare.

"Do you forgive me?"

"Chris I'll have to think about it"

"Fair enoug..."

Before he could even finish his statement I heard a car door slam loudly. Chris and I followed the noise only to be frightened.

Sam was walking towards us with his fist balled and his face red as hell. He took about three steps and before I knew it he was all up in Chris's face.

"You came back for another ass whooping"

He laughed evilly as he cracked his knuckles. He was about to punch Chris until I stepped in front of him.

"Sam stop it now"

"Why won't you let me fuck him up?"

He whined. He took one glance at Chris and tried to charge at him. I had to hold him back.

That still wasn't enough though. He reached behind me and clawed Chris's face.

I then started to lay kissed on neck. and cheeks. His fist started to unclench as I laid more kisses on him.

After a few minutes he completely calmed down. His face went back to normal and his fist was fully unclenched.

"What is he doing here?"

"He came to apologize"

"You shouldn't accept his apologize. He played you"

"Sam you didn't talk to me for one month after our first date. I said I wasn't going to forgive you but did I? Yes I did"

"I have a good reason for not talking to you for a month. He betrayed you for a stupid dare just to please  Britney's mental head ass"

"Tell me your reason then"

I said as I crossed my arms. He was about to talk until he looked behind me.

"I'll tell you later"

I nodded my head and turned back around to Chris. I was about to talk but Sam pulled me back on a very excited Sam jr.

My breathe hitched for a moment. I had to take a couple of deep breathes before I started talking.

"Chris let me sleep on it"

Chris walked up to me to give me a hug but Sam pushed him away. He growled and squeezed my ass.

"Don't touch my princess"

Chris put his hands up in surrender and walked to his car. Sam watched him back out of my driveway. Once he speed away from my house Sam turned me around  and pulled me in for a hug.

"Hello baby girl. You look beautiful"

I said a meek thank you and pulled away from the hug. I reached up to his face and kissed his cheek.

"What are we doing today baby?"

"It's a surprise. I'm driving"

He nodded his head and walked towards my car. I opened the doors for us then we sat down in our seats.

I thought Sam was over the whole surprise thing but I was wrong. He kept on bugging me and poking my sides.

I almost swerved into the other cars because Sam decided to put his hands up my skirt.

"Will you tell me now?"

He said in a deep voice. I swear I became a lake in less than 2 seconds. I played it off like my ovaries weren't exploding at the moment.

"No Sam, you have to wait"

I surpsingly said without stuttering. Shit I deserve a damn cookie. After I said that he squeezed my thighs and took his hands out from under my skirt.

I let go of a breathe I didn't know I was holding. It's a good thing he took his hand out because when I looked down at my seat I saw a wet spot.

Five mintues later I pulled up to Uncle Ben's Barber Shop. I smiled and took the key out of the ignition.

"So you trying to tell me that my hair isn't up to pare. I thought you enjoyed pulling my hair when my face is in between your legs"

I slapped the back of his head causing him to laugh. He knows damn well be hasn't tasted me yet. He had to go to his Grandma's funeral.

We walked into the barber shop and a smile immediately spread across my face. Sam on the other hand wasn't having it.

"Diamond too much guys are staring at you. Here take my jacket."

He took off his windbreaker and wrapped it draped it over my chest. I rolled my eyes and handed him back his jacket.

"Is that Diamond?"

I heard someone say. I looked in front of me and squealed as I saw it was my uncle Ben. He's my dad's brother.

I ran up to him and pulled him in for a hug. I haven't seen him in a while. We finally pulled away after a few seconds.

He looked over my shoulder and looked at Sam up and down. His eyebrows furrowed and his eyes darkened.

"Who's this boy?"

Here we go again.

Sam's POV

"Who's this boy?"

Oh no. It's time for round two of making Sam uncomfortable.

"This is my boyfriend Sam"

He walked up to me and circled around me. This guy looks like he's about 6'9. He's bulit too.

Why is the guys in Diamond family so huge and intimidating. They all seem to have one thing in common too. They hate me.

"He's here to meet me or for a hair cut"

"Both. And a line up"

"Oh don't worry, I'll take good care of him. I might milly rock his shit but, he'll be okay"

Milly rock my shit? What the hell does that even mean?

"Uncle don't do that. He's a nice guy"

He hummed in response. He put a fake smile on his face and lead me to a an open seat.

"Imma milly rock his shit. Imma milly rock this bitch. If this nigga messing with my niece, imma throw him in a ditch"

Ben started singing as he cleaned his sharpest razor. I'm a bit scared right now.

The law consider this premeditated murder. I'm scared for my life right now.

"Let's get started shall we"

He said with a evil grin on his face.

Momma I love you.

40 minutes later

I made it out alive guys. I get to go home after this.

He handed me the mirror and I must admit I look crispy.

My mom has been bothering me about my hair being too long for months now. Now she has the satisfaction of seeing my hair at a 'decent' length.

I looked behind me and I saw Diamond handing Ben money for my haircut.

"No leave it, I'll pay"

I said as I started to take out my wallet. Diamond quickly shoved the money in his hand and pushed him away from us.

"Why did you do that for? I could've paid"

She knows I don't like her spending money on me. I like to spoil her and she knows it.

"Today Sammy boy is going down differently. I will be spoiling you instead of you spoiling me."

I already took Miracle shopping yesterday and got her everything she needed and what she wants.

"I rebuke that. Drive us home now"

"Sure I will. After I take you out to eat, get icecream, and buy clothes and shoes"

Before I could reply she dragged me out of the barber shop screaming bye to her uncle on the way out.

Today is going to be a dreadful day.
