Moriah watched patiently as her best friend was already in her white dress and getting her hair done. Joanna hummed softly and tapped her heel against the floor. With a song stuck in her head, she tapped her heel to the beat.

Joanna was in her own thoughts as she continued to get ready, and so did everyone else. And with her mind in the clouds, she hadn't noticed that David Smallbone, her father figure, had entered the room.

"Joanna Mercy, you look at you!" David exclaimed as she was done getting ready and she stood up.

Joanna looked down, a smile on her lips as her cheeks warmed up. "Thank you," she muttered.

"Get over here, darling!" David laughed, "You're my daughter and its a tradition that I hug each of my daughter's on their big day."

Joanna giggled, looking up to the man who had been her father for nearly four years now. She smiled and slowly walked towards him, wrapping her arms around him.

"Thank you so much," Jo whispered, "You're such a good father, David. We're all blessed to have you."

"You're welcome, love. Now, let's get you married, because Dallas is certainly lucky to have a woman like you."

Joanna hooked arms with David as Joel and Moriah headed down the aisle as Maid of Honor and Best Man. As she watched her best friends go before her, she could feel the tears coming, but swallowed them down.

"Here we go," David whispered softly as Here Comes The Bride played, and they stepped forward.

Dallas, who stood at the alter next to Joel, gasped at the sight of Joanna in white. Even he could feel tears at the sight of the beautiful woman who about to become his wife. Dallas covered his mouth which was turned up into a grin as a small tear glistened down his cheek.

"Thank you, God!" He nearly cried out, "I'm so freaking lucky!"

Joel chuckled softly, laying a hand on Dallas's shoulder as Joanna and David slowly came closer.

Dallas held his hand out for Joanna as she stepped up to the alter. David looked at him with a stern look.

"You better take of her," he warned.

"I will," Dallas smiled.

"Family and friends, we are gathered here today to join Dallas Henry and Joanna Mercy in holy matrimony." Shawn began, opening a bible. "If you have any objections, please speak now or forever hold your peace."

"Ah! Just marry the two kids already before I kick the can!" Dallas' great grandmother shouted.

She earned many scolds and giggles; even a chuckle from Dallas, himself, and from Shawn as well. Shawn shook his before continuing.

"Love is kind, love does not envy and love does not boast. Love does no harm." Shawn pulled the words from his head, "Dallas, repeat after me. I take you, Joanna, as my lawfully wedded wife."

"I take you, Joanna, as my lawfully wedded wife."

"To have and to hold, from this day forward, for better or worse." Shawn read.

Dallas grinned, "To have and to hold, from this day forward, for better or for worse."

"For richer or for poorer. In sickness and in health," Shawn stated, reading from his paper once more.

"For richer or for poorer. In sickness and in health." Dallas repeated, but meant every word.

"Until death do us part," Shawn finished off the first vow.

Dallas nodded, "Until death do us part."

Shawn turned to Joanna, whose eyes were glistening with tears that Dallas wiped away.

"Joanna, do you accept this vow?" Shawn asked her.

She nodded, "I do."

Shawn smiled, "Repeat after me."

Every person sat patiently as Joanna repeated every word that Shawn said. Sobs sounded out as Dallas said, I Do.

"By the state of Tennessee and the power invested in me, I pronounce you man and wife!" Shawn exclaimed. "You may kiss your bride."

Dallas had cupped Jo's face gently, sharing their second kiss altogether and their first kiss as a married couple. Cheers and applause erupted in the small church from all their family.

When Dallas broke the kiss, tears streamed down Joanna's face. The day she thought she'd never have after her dad died, had actually came and she was now a married woman.

"I love you," Dallas whispered.

Before dinner had started, it was time for the speeches and toast. Being the maid of honor, Moriah went first as she was handed a microphone. She stood up when everyone's eyes were on here.

Moriah smiled and looked down to her best friend.

"I have so much I can say about Jo. She's been my best friend for four years, and truly like my sister. Joanna, you're so passionate about music and Jesus, and you deserve everything that this world has to offer. I'm so happy that you are finally experiencing the married life, and I'm so happy that you found man is just as passionate about Jesus as you are. I love you so much, and I'm excited to see how your relationship with Dallas blossoms even more. I can't wait for you to have kids, and see how blessed they are. Dallas, I hope you know, you are seriously so blessed to have Joanna as your wife. I pray that you both will have a great marriage."

Moriah sat down, dabbing at her eyes as the microphone was passed down to Joel. He stood up, smiling at his own wife before looking to Dallas and Joanna.

"Dallas and Joanna, you two are going down such a wonderful and scary road together. You two are such a wonderful couple, made for each other. I can't even imagine you two marrying different souls. Joanna, you're like my little sister, and I know that I tease you endlessly on the road, but I couldn't have asked for a better bandmate than like you and the ones we've got. Dallas, you're such a great friend and I'm glad that we've grown closer and that we're brothers in Christ. Like Moriah said, you both deserve everything in this world. I pray that everything goes as you plan and that this marriage is happy for the both of you. Congrats once again, mates!"

Joanna tried to swallow down the tears that came from the words of her best friends. Dallas glanced at his wife, taking her hand and leaning over to kiss her cheek.

"I love you, forever and always."
