Warning: kind of smutty but not too bad... ish

Dean sat there, trying to ignore the pain in his heart everytime he thought of the fact that he hurt Cas. Finally it got to be too much so he got up and walked to Cas' room, he knocked and waited for an answer but none came.

"Cas please let me in" his voice came out broken and quiet, there was still no answer so he just opened the door and walked in. He saw Cas sitting on his bed, his eyes red and puffy no doubt from crying.

The sight before him broke Deans heart, he couldn't believe he had hurt him so bad "god i can't believe i already screwed this up, i mean i knew i would eventually screw it up like i do with every good thing in my life but i literally just got you and i already lost you, i already hurt you"

He shook his head and turned around to leave "i came in here to fix things but you're probably better off without me, all I'm good at is hurting the people i love the most" he grabbed the doorknob and turned it but before he could open the door he felt someone grab his hand "don't leave"

He turned around, tears in his eyes "i'm sorry" he finally broke and started crying, Cas put his hand on his cheek and Dean cupped his face in both hands, leaning their foreheads together and closing their eyes "i'm so sorry, i never meant to hurt you"

"then why?" "I'm not ashamed of you, its not like that. I love you so much and I'm so happy to be with you but I'm just scared to tell Sam" "why would you be scared to tell him, he's your brother" "that's exactly why I'm scared, hes the only family i have left and if i tell him then i risk losing him."

He sighed and continued "truth is I lost my dad long before he died, i lost him the second i told him that i was gay. After that i never acted on my feelings towards a guy i just ignored them and buried myself in women. Until i met you, as much as i tried to suppress my feelings towards you i never could and trust me i tried. I know that Sam isn't my dad and that he's probably more understanding, but i just can't take the risk, I'm sorry"

Cas did something Dean never expected, he kissed him. It was so full of love and care, Dean melted into the kiss. He was so happy, but still scared that this was their last kiss. They broke away for air but kept their foreheads together and their eyes closed

"please tell me that wasn't the last time i ever get to kiss you, i can't lose you Cas i just got you" "you can't get rid of me that easily Dean" Dean let out a breath he didn't know he was holding "i love you so much" "i love you too and don't worry i understand now, we can wait until you're ready to tell your brother"

Dean chuckled a little "what?" "Nothing it's just, in the last two days my 'no chick flick moments' rule has really gone down the drain" instead of responding Cas just smiled and kissed Dean again, Dean pulled away after a few seconds and smirked

"well you know there are actually some moments in chick flicks that i don't mind" "really, like wh-" Cas was cut off by a moan escaping his lips, Dean had started kissing down his neck.

He got a little more aggressive with every moan of approval coming from Cas' mouth, leaving hickeys all down his neck. Only to return back to kissing his lips, almost craving them.

The kiss was aggressive yet still passionate and full of love, Dean brought them to the bed and layed Cas on it, hovering over him without separating their lips. They only broke the kiss for air when Cas opened his eyes he found Dean's staring right back at him, a devilish smirk on his lips

"what?" He leaned down to whisper in his ear "you know i never got pay back for the hickey you gave me this morning" and with that he started slowly kissing down his neck, Cas tilted his head giving Dean a better angle and moaning at the feeling

"this is gonna be a fun couple of days" Dean said before going back to kiss Cas' lips, rough and messily.

(And that's as far as I'll go with writing this smut scene but theres a small one at the end of the chapter too. Also its a little dom/sub 😂) (update on that small one its about a month later and I've decided to be bold and make these a little more 😉 so scratch the fact that i said small scene. And little dom/sub it's extremely dom/sub and alot of smut.)

The next two days were full of movie nights, cuddling and a few other activities. Currently they were just cuddled up on the couch watching a movie when Dean's phone rang, he smiled and answered it "hey Sammy"

"hey Dean i was just calling to check in on you guys, how have things been, has Cas been resting?" "thing's have been great and yeah Cas has been resting, he spends almost the entire day in bed. I think he's healing fine no screaming in pain which is good"

he smirked to himself as he leaned down and whispered so that only Cas could hear him "but he does scream in pleasure" Cas smirked and looked up at him, it was his turn to get pay back.

He started kissing Dean's neck, exactly where he knew was the most sensitive. Dean shot him a 'what are you doing' look but he only smirked and brought his leg over Dean's lap so that he was straddling him.

He continued kissing Dean's neck while Dean was desperately trying to hold back moans "so Sammy are you coming back today or tomorrow?" He needed to know how much time they had left and he needed to end this conversation quickly

"um i think I'm gonna come back tomorrow morning" Cas took this chance to grind against Dean "fuck" "what?" "Nothing sorry i just stubbed my toe on the counter" he lied

"so I'll see you tomorrow then?" "Yeah, see you" with that he hung up the phone and Cas looked back at him "you are so gonna regret that"

Dean kissed him roughly, holding the back of his neck to deepen the kiss. He licked Cas' bottom lip begging for entrance, but Cas was being stubborn so he grinded upwards making Cas moan.

He took the opportunity and slid his tongue in, fighting for dominance which he easily won. He picked Cas up with ease and took them back towards his room, when he got there he closed the door and slammed Cas into it all while still kissing him. Cas wrapped his legs around Dean's waist.

He pulled back to whisper in his ear "so you think it's funny to tease me while I'm on the phone" Cas nodded and reached for the bottom of Dean's shirt to pull it off, only to be stopped by Dean grabbing both his hands and pinning them behind him on the door.

Dean looked him in the eyes, their faces centimeters apart and smirked "let's see how funny you think it is when I'm done with you" Cas couldn't bring himself to respond, he just moaned at Dean's words and leaned back in to smash their lips together.

Even though they had only been together a few days, they were so comfortable with eachother and it just felt so right. Maybe it was because it was a long time coming, they both hid their feelings for so long it's just a relief to finally be together.

Dean pulls away for a second "is your wound healed?" He asked quickly and goes to start kissing Cas' neck "mostly" he almost moans "does it still hurt?" "No, i can barely feel it why?" Dean pulls away from his neck, smirking at the mark he just made and going to whisper in Cas' ear "good, because i wasn't planning on being gentle"

Cas almost falls apart at those words, suddenly alot happier that Dean is holding him against the door, fearing he might fall, but then he smirks "promise?" Instead of responding Dean let's go of Cas' hands to get a better grip and not let him fall, only to basically throw him onto the bed when they get close enough.

He took off his shirt and walked closer to the edge of the bed where Cas was waiting for him. He walked up to him and forcefully pulled his legs apart to stand between them and leaned down kissing him, rough but still passionate.

He broke away to pull Cas' shirt over his head and throw it god knows where in the room, to be found later. They quickly finish undressing eachother, making out with eachother completely naked and that's when Dean gets an idea. He pulls away and looks at Cas with a smile before asking a very important question.

"Cas do i have your full consent?" Cas nodded "yes you have my consent to do anything, wait why?" His smile quickly turned to a smirk "because I think i just figured out your punishment" Cas raised an eyebrow "oh really and what would that be?" Dean leaned down and whispered seductively in Cas' ear "you'll see" and went to get something from his nightstand right next to them, he came back with a bottle of lube.

He went back in to kiss Cas, wanting to distract him from what Dean was about to do. It worked exactly how Dean planned, Cas pulling back with a loud gasp when he felt Dean inside of him with no prep beforehand. Although it was a punishment Dean waited for Cas to adjust and tell him he could move.

He didn't want to actually hurt him, he wanted to wait until the pain slowly turned into pleasure and it did. Cas nodded letting Dean know he could move, he went slow at first still waiting for Cas to fully adjust but all of that changed when Cas smirked up at him "i thought you said you weren't planning on being gentle?"

That was the last straw for Dean, without warning he picked up his pace slamming into Cas as fast and as hard as he could. Cas yelped at the sudden change, pain quickly turning into pleasure. He was a moaning mess under Dean's touch and Dean loved it, cherishing every sound coming out of his angels mouth. He never wanted to stop hearing those amazing noises.

After a while they changed positions so that Dean was on top of Cas but they were both laying completely on the bed, Cas' head on the pillows. Instead of Cas being the only one on the bed, because they wanted to be more comfortable. Cas felt the familiar feeling build up inside of him "Dean I'm gonna-"

"I know baby, it's okay go ahead" Dean's voice was soft and soothing, completely contradictory to his actions. He was still going at an unforgiving pace and speed and now he was also stroking Cas, the overstimulation sent him over the edge moaning Dean's name as he reached his high.

They rode out their highs together, Dean kissing Cas passionately as he did so, it was completely different to their entire time together. It wasn't a rough or messy kiss, it was one full of love and adoration for the man under him.

After getting up and cleaning up Cas' mess, Dean put on his boxers and pajama pants and helped Cas with his, since he needed a moment to calm down. Dean crawled into bed next to him and put the covers on top of them, they layed on their sides looking into eachothers eyes. Dean leaned in for a small kiss and pulled away with a smile. "Cas i-"

He was interrupted before he could finish "please don't Dean" he immediately started to worry and overthink "what's wrong? Did i do something wrong? Did i go too far? Did i hurt you? Shit, i should've asked if you were okay, i just thought-" he cut himself off and looked at Cas "i'm sorry" Cas just shook his head

"No Dean that's not what i meant, you did nothing wrong and i enjoyed it alot" he sighed in relief, he didn't know what he'd do if he hurt Cas "then what?" Cas looked down, not being able to look him in the eyes "i meant please don't say anything, i heard you and Sam on the phone and i know he's coming back tomorrow morning. Look i understand if you want to end this before he gets here but I'm just asking you not to say anything tonight, i want to spend one more night with you so whatever you were going to say please don't. Just please leave it for tomorrow"

Dean just leaned in and kissed Cas one more time, before pulling away and smiling "i'm not ending anything Cas, all Sam coming back changes between us is that we have to be a little more secretive. Cas i love you okay? You can't get rid of me that easily" Cas smiled at his own words from just a few days prior.

They cuddled up together and drifted off to sleep, Cas mumbling "i love you too" before they fell asleep in the safety and warmth of eachothers arms.

Authors note: AH IM SO SORRY!!! I have no idea how to write smut and this is the best i could do. But in other news i updated twice in one day that's progress 😂
