Jade's POV

I woke up on a hospital bed completely in pain.... everything hurts..... I tried to move but I couldn't even lift up my arm..... I saw a figure come towards me, it was the doctor..... he started talking to me but I could only hear a few words.....

I herd him say something about my parents..... As he talked about them I could hear the sadness in his voice..... I heard him say the two words that no kid should hear.... "They're gone....."

I let the words sink in and cried.... it was the only thing I could do..... they were gone and were never coming back.....

*A week later*

Jade's POV

A week had passed and I eventually healed..... I was taken out of the hospital and put into an orphanage until they knew what to do with me..... They knew I had an aunt and a uncle who didn't live too far away so they were going to talk to them in the morning.....

As for me I had to sleep in the orphanage overnight.....
