Oliver Lancaster was the twin brother of Andrea Lancaster. They shared many common features: ginger hair, brilliant, intelligent blue eyes, and a dash of faint freckles on their cheeks. They were both scientists, with specialities in mutant sciences.

Beyond that, they hated each other.

The rumor was that their parents claimed Andrea as their favorite, and Oliver was always left scrambling to prove himself.

Last year his desperation reached it's peak when he was possessed by a hive mind alien by the name of Xerxes. Xerxes had been planning on using Oliver to get close to Andrea for her budding mutant ability to locate other mutants.

As luck would have it, Oliver refused to let Xerxes leave his body. Petty hatred of his sister was the main reason the world even stood a chance at defeating the alien. When Andrea escaped, she set out to find mutants that could stop Oliver with the help of Zara Woods and Chance LaMay.

Those same mutants now stood over Oliver Lancaster again, and he was-- horribly-- alive.

His blue eyes focused behind his glasses recognizing the tiny girl next to him almost immediately, "Squirt?" His voice was dry, and raspy, muttled with the same confusion that someone would have when waking up after being knocked unconscious for a while.

He was undoubtedly the man that Squirt had kept mentioning. The one that had named her, took care of her, and for some reason given her the mission to bring them from the past to help with the future. And that, in itself, was grounds for millions of questions.
