"The Colossal Titan!" I gasped, my eyes wide. Oh no!

Then, there was some kind of hot gust of steam and we were blown off the wall, but we had time to shoot our wires and latch them onto it.

What?! I looked down, seeing a hole in the wall. It broke the wall!

The Colossal Titan was back.
And it had literally JUST KICKED A HOLE OPEN IN THE FRICKIN' WALL!

"The gate is gone!" I yelled. Everyone was frozen, horrified with the sight of a gone gate.

We need to fight it!

Samuel had fallen, he hadn't had time to latch onto the wall. Sasha was running down the wall, trying to catch him. She shoot one of her wires to his leg, the other one still on the wall.

"Samuel! Don't move!" Sasha yelled to him. Samuel mumbled, his leg was pierced by the wire.

Eren was frozen, recalling his mother's death.

"Oh no..! The Titans will come inside the walls again!" Connie muttered.

I growled and took out my swords. "Move guys!"

I shoot my 3DMG up, just to come face to face with Colossal's skinless face.

"Oi bastard....it has been a while.."

Third P.O.V.

"Move guys!" (Y/N) yelled, reacting faster than the others, going straight for the Colossal.

Eren then snapped back into reality and quickly took action, taking out his swords.
"Maintenance team! Take action! Our target is the Colossal Titan before us! Don't let it get away!"

Eren jetted up the wall, following (Y/N)'s lead. "Hey....it's been five years...."

Your P.O.V.

Eren and I launched ourselves up as the Titan swung his arm across the top of the wall. The cannons! Its arm broke the cannons, sending the pieces flying!

W-whaat..? It knew we would dodge its arm! ....It was after the cannons..!

I shot one of my wires into its shoulder and used my gas to propel myself to its neck.

This thing really is...intelligent!

Eren did the same, aiming for its weak spot. Then, an incredibly hot steam was released from the titan's body. I have to strike its neck! I used as much fuel as I could, to launch myself to its neck. I landed quickly on the neck, and quickly brought down my swords.

But they struck nothing.

Dammit! It disappeared again!  I gave myself a boost, and jumped back on the Wall.

"What happened? Did you kill it?" Thomas asked us, running to us.

"No! It's gone! Just like five years ago!" Eren exclaimed with panic. Oh right! The wall!

"I'm sorry..." I muttered, clenching my swords. I felt guilty. But more disappointed than guilty.

Connie raised his eyebrows. "You're sorry? We couldn't even move!"

"Cadets! The ones who contacted with the Colossal Titan report to HQ!"

Our team stood still and saluted, as a soldier landed on the wall.

"I pray for the Vanguard's success!" Connie said to the soldier, as we took off to HQ to refuel our gas tanks.

I walked in circles hands in my pockets. Ok, ok, calm down! I feel so excited to start killing those beasts! Although....I have a bad feeling....I have a feeling that....many won't come back.

Armin was shaking uncontrollably, so much that he couldn't connect the tube to his gas container to refuel it. All of us trainees-and soldiers-were moving around crazily im the HQ, all trying to get ready, compose themselves, and refill their tanks.

"Armin, are you alright?!" Eren asked Armin. My brother was shaking and his face showed extreme panic.

"I-I'm fine! I'll calm down soon enough! Still, this is bad! We currently don't have the means to quickly patch an 8 meter hole! We never even managed to dig up that big rock near the front gate!" Armin said in panic. I frowned and walked over to him slowly. That may be true...but...  "Unless we seal that hole, we'll have to abandon this city! It's only a matter of time before Wall Rose is breached! In fact, they can wipe out humanity whenever they want!

There's still hope! I crouched down behind Armin and hugged him hard, putting my face in the crook of his neck. "Armin! Calm down! It isn't like that anymore; humanity won't give in to the Titans anymore!" I yelled. Armin froze dropping the canister. '(Y/N)...'
"Everything will be fine...Armin, I'll protect you." I promised.

"I'm sorry...I'm alright." Armin said, regaining his composture. He refueled his gas tanks and stood up, pulling me with him. "(Y/N) I....Thank you."

I smiled, understanding why he said it. "I'll always be there for you, Armin."

Eren and Mikasa smiled at the sight. "Yeah. (Y/N)'s  right Armin. Humanity won't lose anymore."

"As practiced, you'll split into your squads and perform resupply, message relay, and Titan clearing duties under the Garrison Regiment's command!"  The Garrison captain who was assigned to explain everything to us yelled. "The Garrison Regiment's intercept squad will be the vanguard! The cadets, led by the support squad will be the middle guard!"

Man, this dude's worse than Shadis. He looks like he's scared shitless though,and has a reeeeaally high-pitched voice.

"And the Garrison Regiment's elite squads will take the rearguard! I've heard that the Advanced Team has been wiped out! The outer gate has been breached and the Titans are coming in!"

Everyone available had been gathered in HQ, to receive a speech and orders from a squad leader from the Garrison. The Survey Corps were, unluckily, currently out on an expedition outside the walls, so humanity would have to hold on without them.

I gasped. Oh no! This could get ugly....

"In other words, the Armored Titan could very well appear again and demolish the inner gate!"

"You can't be serious..!"

"You gotta be kidding me..! If we loose Rose too..!"

"Quiet! The vanguard is currently engaged with the enemy! This defense operation has but one objective: to defend Wall Rose with your lives until all the citizens have been evacuated! Also, as I'm sure you are aware, desertion is punishable by death! Be prepared to lay down your lives! Dismissed!" The Captain yelled out, before running to his squad.

"Sir!" Everyone shouted and saluted. Yosh....it's time....for us to devour the Titans!

Looking at Eren, Mikasa, and Armin. "We better head to our groups." I said.

Mikasa and I had been called to the rearguard, Mika accepted with a little bit of arguing, but I refused. "I'm sorry sir. But there's just no way I'm gonna leave my brother alone." I stated sternly.

The squad leader stood shocked that I spoke up to a higher ranking officer. "Uh...."

Before he could say anything, I grabbed Eren and Armin's arms and left with them. I gave Mika a look and mouthed 'Sorry Mika. Don't worry. I'll protect them both.'

Mikasa nodded as she saw us three go. "Just please....don't die." she whispered. Eren and I heard her, slightly turned around and shook our heads.

'We won't die...We can't die here!'

We walked by some people hiding in a corner, talking to themselves or puking fron nervousness. I followed Eren, Armin had already reunited with our team, and we were on our way. Oh great.... We ran into Jean, who shoved Eren away. Here comes horseface...

"Move!"

Eren grabbed his arm. "What is wrong Jean?!"

I facepalmed. It's obvious oblivious.

"What's wrong?! Unlike you two, I don't have a suicidial wish!" Jean yelled back.

Ugh....enough of this... We don't have time. "We don't have time for this." I stepped in betweeen the two.  "Look horseface, we don't have a suicidial wish. We don't wanna die...but we don't wanna live doing nothing either. "

"You want to join the Scouts! You're ready to be Titan chow anytime!" Jean said in our faces.Ugh...horseface is ticking me off!  I growled and made my move.

*SMACK*

Eren stared at me shocked, Jean had fallen to the ground due to the force of my punch. Yes, I just punched Jean. "Calm down horseface! If you don't want to fight, then stay here and wait for the Titans to come for you! After all the training we went through...after we endured all that pain...You wanna be a coward and just give up?!" I yelled down at him, I yanked Eren's arm and left Jean there.
Unknown to me, many there had been inspired by my words.

I stood beside Eren on a roof, our squad waiting for orders to advance. It was Armin, Eren, Mina, Thomas, Nack, Millius, and I against those things.

Armin was trembling nervously, and he showed slight panic. If I get nervous too, Armin will definitely break... I put a hand on his shoulder reassuringly. He looked at me with a scared look in his blue eyes, and I only smiled at him.

"Hey guys, this is the perfect chance, don't you think?" Eren asked Armin and I watching the Titans walk around, a smile on his face.  "If we do things well here before we've even joined the scouts, we'll shoot up the ranks for sure!"

I grinned. Quite a way to put it Eren.

Armin stopped shaking and instead grinned excitedly. "Yeah."

I smirked at the both of them. Oh it's on! "Fine but you'll lose to me!"

"Just so you know, you aren't the only ones who want to join the Survey Corps this time around." Mina said with a grin from behind us. Oh.

"You got the best of us earlier, but not anymore!" Nack said. I smirked at both of them.
"Sounds like a challenge!"

"Whoever kills more Titans wins!" Thomas exclaimed.

"Don't mess with the scores!" Eren yelled at him. We all smirked at each other. Well this'll be interesting....

"Squad 34, move out! Support the vanguard!" A Captain ordered us from another roof.

Ok! It's time!  We looked at each other and let out battle cries.
The team zoomed past the buildings of Trost, getting nervous when seeing the amount of Titans.

"Stop!" Eren's voice yelled, making everyone land on a building, as we almost crashed against an abnormal. Eh?! I got away in time, hanging from one of my wires. The Abnormal crashed against a tower instead of us.

But...when the Abnormal turned to us....

We saw that Thomas was inside its mouth.
NOOO!!!!

"Wha..?" That was the last thing Thomas said, before the blonde Titan swallowed him.

And that's when I lost it.
Thomas!!!!    "Nooooo!!! Get back HEERE!" I screamed my eyes had become dark and murderous, as I zoomed past everyone, towards the Titan, which was already walking away. Eren was behind me, yelling about revenge.

"AARGH! I'LL KILL YOU YOU BASTARD!"

We zoomed to the Titan but..

"Eren!"

"(Y/N)!"

"Come back!"

In the process, we didn't notice the other two Titans nearby.
One took Eren's leg.
The other took my right leg. Thankfully, my cloak wasn't harmed.

But that's not the point.

Aghhhh! My leg...!!!!

Eren and I crashed onto a roof, after losing balance and lost half our consciousness.

The rest was kind of a blur....

We lost all our teammates...
Mina was eaten hy a three meter class...
Nack and Millius too..

But a scream brought us back to reality.

"AAAHHHHHHH!!!"

Armin!  I snapped my eyes open and looked around; Armin had fallen in a Titan's mouth! My brother! I tried to stand up, but I couldn't. Because my leg was missing. I yelled out in pain, when the bleeding and the pain of it finally reached my shocked brain.

"A-Armin.." I heard Eren mumble. Oh no! I then, suddenly, regained some of my strength, and hooked my wires to the building in front of ours, where a Titan had my brother in its mouth, ignoring the gruesome pain in my leg.

Armin! I'm not going to let you die!

"Get away...from my BROTHER!!" I screamed, and landed in front of the Titan's face. I then, forced its mouth to stay open with one of my blades, and crawled in.

My blonde brother was crying, he kept screaming. Desperate to get out and live. He was trying to climb up the Titan's slimy tongue, his whole body covered in saliva. Is...this how my parents died?... No matter.I'll save him!
Armin saw me and stared at me, tears spilling uncontrollably. "(Y-Y/N)!"

I'll save you!
I screamed and grabbed Armin's hand with one arm, pulling him out of the thing's mouth, throwing him onto the roof.

I began to cry myself. I don't wanna die here! I wanna live and slaughter all the Titans!  I reached to Armin, trying to get out before the Titan swallowed me.

"Armin! I wanna see the world! I wanna be free! So I won't die here!" I screamed crying, trying to reach out to Armin.

But then, another's hand pulled me out.

Eren's.

"Eren?!" I sobbed. He threw me onto the roof, and forced the Titan's mouth to stay open. Eren..! Don't die! Get out of there! GET OUT!!

"Armin...(Y/N)..." Eren called, looking down, struggling to keep the Titan's mouth open.  "You told me all about the outside world. So I wanna see it too! I wanna get out there!"

Armin and I sobbed and tried to reach for him.  "Eren! Hurry!"

"Get out of-!"

The Titan's mouth closed. Eren's arm flew away.

And the one I Ioved was swallowed.

"EREN!!!!!!!!"

After Eren was swallowed, Armin and I froze, in an extreme state of shock.

Why...? Why does this always happen to me.?!?! I end up losing everything to the Titans! I was crying without noticing. Tears were just flowing without control.

"Armin! Wake the hell up!!"

Eh..? Wake..up..?
I blinked, as my sight returned. Eh..? What..?

Armin was beside me, horrified expression, tears on his face. Connie and others were on the roof too, looking worried, nervous or afraid.

"Connie..?" Armin answered confused.

"Are you guys hurt?! Where's your team?!" Connie asked frantically.

Team..?

Team!
Eren! Mina! Thomas! I gulped.

"And what the hell happened to (Y/N)?! She's losing a lot of blood! Her leg!" Connie exclaimed worried and freaked out.
Blood? Oh..right. I lost my leg... I looked at the roof, seeing the puddle of blood coming from my leg. Well, missing leg.
I couldn't save Eren..

"Get a grip guys! Where's your team?! You are dampish all over..! What the hell's going on?!" Connie yelled panicking, as he saw our clothes were slimy.
Titan saliva.

I gulped, my eyes widened before a shadow was cast over my face. I tried to at least stand up on one leg, but failed miserably falling on my face. I couldn't save Eren...

"Oi oi! Take it easy!" Connie pulled me up, assisting me.  "What happened?!"

Then, Armin screamed bloody murder. I'm so useless!

"You're worthless! Just die already!" Armin screamed, holding his head.

"Armin calm down! What happen-?" Connie started but I interrupted him harshly.

"What do you think idiot?!We... lost everyone... I... I couldn't save him!" I screamed, starting to cry again, as I glared at the ground, clenching my fists.

"Just shut up Connie. They're all dead. They're the last ones." Ymir said, with a not a care in the world. Her eyes narrowed, her hands in her pockets.
Dammit AAALL!!!

"Y-Ymir!" Krista turned to her with a scolding look.

"Shut your trap!" Connie yelled back.

"Look around block-head! They're the only ones left from their team! Shame they left the most useless one. Better be grateful we still have (Y/N).." Ymir said.
That little..! Don't you call him useless! She then turned to Keista and glomped her. "Ne, Krista!~ Let's get married after this!"

"You bitch!" Connie and I yelled. Then, I let go of Connie's arm, which had been helping me stand up, and hooked myself to another roof, making myself hang from the edge. I have to go! I have to kill more and see if I can save anyone!

"What are you doing?!"

"Don't you say that about him!" I yelled. Then, I took out both my blades, and exchanged them for some that weren't broken. Then, I held them in my hands, a very dangerous and fierce look in my eyes. "Now if you excuse me, I need to go kill some Titan ass!" I spat. Then, I zoomed past the building, hearing faint voices calling for me.

I soon spotted a Titan close, and as soon as I got near its face, I spun around and slashed at its nape with both of my blades. "Die!"

Die.Die.Die.Die.Die.Die.Die.DIE.DIE!!!!

I kept it up for a while, killing every single one around me.

But then I didn't spot one.

And I got swallowed in one single bite.

Eh....?  My eyes fluttered open slowly, feeling very hot...and wet..?!

I opened my eyes completely, as I panicked realizing where I was.
I glanced around the Titan's stomach, seeing...

"AAAAAHHHHHH!!!"

I screamed horrified with the sight: human bodies. Heads, arms, every single piece of a human body was floating around in the Titan's stomach's liquid. It was really hot in there. Really really really really reeeeeaaaaally hot in there. I felt like I was going to melt. The flesh walls of the stomach were all slimy and red. My cloak...mom's cloak...I have lost it... Half of it has been bitten off.

I got swallowed by a Titan because I didn't pay attention! I'm such an idiot..! Oh god.....

"Mom...? Please...Mom..?" I heard one of the bodies mutter. I turned to her with a horrified look.
Eh..?! I shivered, horrified.

Oh my...

This is so frustrating...! I..I...I couldn't even...!

"I... I swore I would kill 'em all myself! That I'd see the day in which humanity finally leaved in peace, outside the walls!" I yelled, looking up, seeing the throat of the Titan. I...I...I'm not gonna be defeated...!

'Bite yourself.'

Eh..? What was that..?

Then.

Something happened.
What it was, I don't remember exactly.

All I remember, was the feeling of a rush of adrenaline... And being alive and out of the Titan, with a raging fury and hatred.

Third P.O.V.

"Where's (Y/N)?"

Mikasa was with Armin and the others on the same roof. And she was asking around where were Eren and (Y/N).
Because they were nowhere to be found.  "Where's Eren?"

Armin froze, shivered, his face dark and still crying when he heard her voice. He had been sitting there on the roof for a long time now, just crying. Oh no..! Mikasa..! How am I supposed to face her..?! I'm so useless I don't even know where's my sister..! Because of me...because of me..they both might be...!' Armin mustered enough courage and looked up, a sad, horrified look on his face.

That's when Mikasa understood what happened, and her eyes widened. 'No...It can't be..'

"The members of trainee squad 34...Mina Karolina, Nack Tias, Millius Zermusky...Eren Jaeger!! These five died valiantly in the line of duty!" Armin's eyes were dilated, as he sobbed saying this.

Mikasa's face froze and her eyes widened. 'W-what...?....What about (Y/N)....?!'

"I-I... I was so useless Mikasa! (Y/N) got me out from its mouth..! And then..! Eren got her out of there... and... he...!" Armin sobbed, clenching his hands tightly.  "I-I...I don't even know where my sister is right now! For all I know she could be dead!!!" Armin cried harder, his eyes bloodshot. Everyone stared at him with wide eyes, as he had finally had the courage to say it outloud.

Mikasa, then, managed to move and act. She gave him a comfy hug. "It wasn't your fault." She pulled away and walked to the rest, a blank look on her face, her eyes dull.

Mikasa turned to Marco. "If we eliminate the titans near HQ, we can refuel."

"But that's impossible!"

"There's too many of them!"

"We can do this! I'm strong! Stronger than all of you! Much stronger! I can kill all those titans by myself! You guys are just a bunch of whimps and spineless cowards with no skill. I feel sorry for you. Stay here and watch me." Mikasa yelled, raising one of her blades up, in a sign of leadership and call.

A call for reuniting forces to win the battle.

"What?!"

"Are you crazy?!"

"Not even you can kill all of 'em! You'll die!"

"If I can't win, I'll die. If I win I live. But I can't win unless I fight." Mikasa snapped back at the nonbelievers. She turned away from the crowd and shot off to HQ.

Everyone around them had heard her, and were either frozen, or trying to figure out what to do.

Armin wiped away his tears and went after her.

Then, more trainees started encouraging each other.

"You cowards! Fools!" Sasha encourages, dropping after Mikasa.

Then, everyone started going, with battle cries. Marco facepalmed before following everyone else.

"Quick! Follow Mikasa!" Jean yelled, as all the cadets followed Ackerman.  "We do this fast, before our gas runs out!"

Mikasa was speeding ahead, leaving everyone behind, as she went at an inhuman speed, killing Titans as she went.

"Still, Mikasa's amazing! How is she moving so fast..!" Connie exclaimed, amazed by Mikasa. But he didn't realize what was happening. Armin did.

'No! She's using too much gas! I knew she wasn't her usual calm self! She is trying to ignore her shock by killing Titans!' Armin quickly caught up, and tried to stop her before she ran out of gas. And in the way saw something he'd recognize anywhere:

His sister's Survey Corps cloak was laying around in the ground. Bloody as ever. And torn in the upper half.

Armin desperately went to pick it up. He grazed the fabric with his fingers and shivered in fear. 'Where is she?!' He wrapped it around his hips, in hope of maybe finding her later and returnig it to her.

At the same time Mikasa ran out of gas and fell harshly on a roof. "Mikasa!!"

Mikasa quickly stood up and jumped down. She walked forward a bit before falling to her knees. As she sat there, a Titan was coming from the corner. She was trapped.

Mikasa fell on her knees. Life is cruel. But so beautiful. Eren...(Y/N)... She dropped her swords.

As Mikasa had suicidial, negative thoughts a Titan came from behind her. A Titan with green eyes and brown short hair.

"ARRRRGGGGGHHH!" The Titan roared as it stepped over Mikasa, and punched the other's skull.

A miracle had just happened.

~*Meanwhile, in other part of the city*~

A Titan attempted to grab a villager who didn't evacuate. It was about to clutch its hand around the old man.

And then another miracle happened.

A female Titan with no skin on its shoulders and thighs came and shoved the other away.

"ROAAAARGHHHH!!!!!"
