Dedicated to SavageDniyah. Sorry for the long wait. I decided to write a fanfic for Hakuryuu since I've been working for this for so many months already. And when I'm rolling over the messages I had with my friends and readers, I stumbled upon yours and decided to publish this. I hope you like it. ^~^ This fic will be taking about ten or 15 to 20 chapters and is set after the Galaxy series.

Enjoy minna-san~

..~*~..

(Name) is a very friendly girl. With a youthful smile plastered on her face, a caring personality and of a golden heart - everyone loves her. Everyone, except for one guy.

Hakuryuu. Yes, that guy. That harsh and very crude football star who has done nothing but gives her a cold shoulder and call her names. But that's fine for her. After all, she also despised him just as he despised her.

They are both polar opposites. An opposite that was not allowed to be locked inside a room exceeding for .0001 milliseconds, unless if someone wants a new World War to happen.

But there's a problem. A very huge problem. (Name) has a huge crush on Hakuryuu. And if it means a huge crush then it means, she's madly in love with the boy. It's a love-hate thing that she can't hide away. And she hates it. Who wouldn't anyways? The boy you hate and yet love at the same time, hates you - but does not love you. It's just that infuriating and painful to say at least.

But what's more painful is that watching the boy she loves hating her very own existence is really heart-breaking. Just one cold look from him writhes something inside her - the clutches of fear in the depth of her stomach that she has no choice but to bottle up her feelings and pretend to hate him in order for him to not know and hurt her.

It's been destined, she always say. That if she confessed, he's just going to mock laugh at her and throw her heart away - as if it's just a mere toy, nothing of importance. And it cuts her deeply just at the thought of it. But then again, she's really good at hiding her feelings and emotions, that not a single person confronted anything about it.

At least, that's what she thought.

Now today morning, (name) decided to take a walk outside to have some fresh air. She locked the door behind her before turning around to face the day with a large smile on her face. She breathed in the morning air and exhaled, eyes lighting up in glee. She stepped away from her house, saying a brief greeting to everyone she come to meet.

Every week has been hellish for her. School works these, school works that, teachers bragging everyday about their home works, annoying classmates and stressful quizzes and tests - and especially her enemy, Hakuryuu.

They're not classmates nor neither they are schoolmates. They just coincidentally see each other a few times outside the school around dismissal time since the fields - Hakuryuu and his team was using - is near the school compounds.

It's not that simple. Whenever they meet each other, Hakuryuu always sends a low look at her as if she's some sort of a waste of space or something and yet, she returns a glare at him as well. Though, she has to admit, it completely hurts her, but in this world filled with unfair destiny, she just has to face the harsh truth of reality in front of her if she want to keep up with the flow of her story.

After passing by the sidewalks and throwing greets-by-greets to everyone and slipping past from her school, she quickly strode towards the destination she's approaching for - the park.

Now, (Name) is a very active girl. Easygoing and very cheerful. It's one of her main aspects of being a very friendly person. But why is she on the park, you ask? It's because she wants to watch the Resistance Japan play. Sure, she hates Hakuryuu for being a jerk but his team's harmonic plays puts her at ease and sheer amazement that she can't avert her eyes at their intricate yet majestic moves. Not to mention, Hakuryuu - she hates to admit - has a pretty nice momentum and would play heatedly as if it was destined for him.

Walking down the path in moderate speed, she shoved her hands inside her red hoody, eyes trailing around the area. The vicinity itself is refreshing and somehow brings a sense of familiarity to her. There were families enjoying, children playing tags or soccer - the day sure is nice.

Until...

A force hit her head too hard which almost made her stumble and almost fall. But since she's pretty good in reflexes, she quickly composed her feet and stood perfectly balanced. She saw the soccer ball rolling near her feet and came to the conclusion that this ball was the one that hit her head. When she heard a snicker, she quickly whipped around at the imbecile, eyes burning in such ferocity.

"HAKURYUU?!" She screamed at the top of her lungs. The said-boy (who seems to be the one who had hit her) just gave her a smug expression, his figure radiating a cool aura with his hands shoved inside his pockets.

"Next time, pay attention to your surroundings." He said casually. (F/n) couldn't help the anger boiling inside of her. "You were about to get hit on the head by a soccer ball too," he bobbed his head at a direction. She followed it. And indeed there was. A kid - with an age no more than 8 years old - went at her to pick up the ball (which rolled near her feet after bouncing at the nearby tree). He quickly bowed and apologized.

"I'm so sorry!"

His eyes seemed to be watery of a mere assumption of (f/n) being angry at him. (F/n), who doesn't want kids to be upset, immediately has her anger at the captain of Resistance Japan well-covered and knelt down in front of the kid, eyes leveled at his. She patted his head softly as the kid looked up at her, tears finally rolling down his cheeks. She shook her head and plucked out her (f/c) handkerchief and wiped his tears.

"Don't cry. It's alright. You did not hit me anyway." She smiled and ruffled his hair. She handed her handkerchief at the child. "Here, you can have this. Don't cry anymore, okay?" The kid just stared at it for a moment, and his small hand reacted, closing around hers. He looked back at her.

"A-are you sure? Maybe nee-chan needed it more than I do." The female laughed at this. Oh, the cuteness of kids. They just never fail to amaze her.

"I don't need it anymore. You need it more than I do." She gave a smile and winked, "And when that one girl needs it, give it to them. Who knows, maybe she's 'the one'." The boy flushed at this.

"E-Ehhhh?!" He shrieked. (F/n) laughed a bit at this.

"I'm just kidding. But seriously, just have it." She beckoned. The kid pursed his lips for a moment, then nodded and took the handkerchief. (F/n) smiled, "Now, that wasn't hard, was it?"

"Y-yeah.." The boy finally laughed which brought a huge smile at her lips. Just the mere laughter of this kid made her heart flutter and soar in happiness.

"Now, go on there! Show'em what you got!" She cheered and the boy grinned widely and gave an 'Un!' as he nodded.

"Thank you nee-chan! Ah, my name is Xavi!" The kid laid out his small hand and (f/n) closed her petite hand at the smaller boy as they shook hands.

"Nice to meet you, Xavi. You have a cool name there kiddo." She says, smiling. Xavi nodded brightly and removed his hand.

"Thank you, (f/n)-nee-chan! Will I see you again?"

The female laughed. "Of course."

"Yay!" Xavi cheered.

"Go on." She gave a small pat on his shoulders, "Play. Your friends are waiting."

"Ah! You're right!" Before leaving, he bowed down and ran, a big smile on his lips. (F/n) smiled, then her eyes narrowed upon remembering the previous dilemma. She stood up, and clutched her hands into fists. She twirled around to give Hakuryuu the best punch she could muster when suddenly-

"Good thing I hit you just before that kid does."

"You son of a- I would have chosen Xavi's shoot from you!"

Hakuryuu gave a sigh, and walked near her - quite grandiosely if she may add -and scooped the soccer ball he used to hit her with the use of his toes. He grunted as he lifted his foot, the ball floated in mid-air and he quickly took it before his eyes landed on hers. "You should be thankful I hit you rather than him. You don't want him to become more upset than he was. And judging by your actions, I see you have a soft spot for kids. It would be a shame if he'll be the one to land a blow on you." He shook his head and walked away from her. (F/n) was more - even MORE furious than she was. She doesn't care if everyone in this entire park were looking at her and him (which is, in truth and literally, watching them at a couple of distance), she's gonna punch this guy to death. She stormed over his retreated figure, eyes burning in such ferocity that not even the death gaze of a lion can outrun it.

She gripped the white haired captain's arm and twirled him around to face her wrath. She already has all her spiteful words at the tip of her tongue, wanting to strangle him for all their worth, when suddenly; Hakuryuu placed his slim fingers under her chin. The single touch itself made her breath hitch, and the once confident words she had quickly dissipated into dust which seemed to obstruct her throat.

"At least, I was the one who hit you because you're worth it." And right after he said that, he gave a boyish smirk at her and quickly turned around and walked away, not even giving her a chance to process everything of what just happened.

She only watched his retreating form in the distance, and the only sound she's hearing is the banging of her heart.

"At least, I was the one who hit you because you're worth it."

"He said... what..?" Her words are jumbled, unable to form a sentence. Wait, she's still thinking. Her mind's still processing. It's not like Hakuryuu will say that to her, right? Right? And if he does, she'll definitely scream at the top of her lungs. In sheer anger and annoyance or giddiness, she doesn't know. And she doesn't want to find it out.

"At least, I was the one who hit you because you're worth it."

Yep. He did. And thus, the female screamed in a bloodcurdling voice, slapping herself at the same time.

"What is about him saying I'm worth it when he hit me?!" She screamed, not even bothered at people giving her looks. "Even a kid doesn't want to get hit by their parents! And not a soccer ball too!" She muttered under her breath. It's official. (F/n) hates his guts a thousand more than her enemies in her school.

She began to walk away from the park. Nope, her day is not getting better, especially of the ruckus she insinuated. And Hakuryuu. That baka. Ugh, the nerve of that guy. She gritted her teeth. Her mind is scheming million ways on how to kill the captain of Resistance Japan. Either in a painful way or not, she doesn't care. She'll definitely hate him for the rest of her life. And no one will be changing that.

..~*~..

Yukimura: *blinks* Okay..? What's with the ending?

Hakuryuu: I don't know, and I definitely don't care. *throws away the paper*

Kishibe: Told you. *sits down on the chair*

Yukimura: *blinks owlishly* *coughs* Well, this is nice I have to admit.

Kishibe: There's nothing nice on that fic.

Makoto: Kishibe, you don't just judge the book by its cover. Who knows, maybe this fic will get even better on the later chapters.

Hakuryuu: I don't give a damn at all. Let her do her fun. *scoffs*

Namikawa: *smirks* Even when she writes a lemon or two?

Yukimura: *flushes a deep red* She does that?!

Hakuryuu: *glares daggers at Namikawa* You begin there, I won't hesitate to give you a piece of my mind.

Namikawa: *ignores Hakuryuu's threat* *smirks even more* Aye. She does. She almost made Tsurugi's chapter a lemon- *makes quotation marks in mid-air* -as what her readers said. And even ended Genda-san's chapter in the verge of lime for her readers to imagine freely of what would happen in that story. She even made Sakuma scramble away to give her readers a clue that whatever they're thinking is definitely true. *chuckles* For an innocent girl, she indeed has her own dirty ways.

Yukimura: *quiet for a while* *blush deepening* *walks away* Pretend I didn't ask.

Kishibe: Now you know the feeling. *leans in his chair*
