I stare at the ceiling. Nothing about it is interesting but what else should I do? I've watched TV for so many hours that my eyes are hurting, I've cooked and I've eaten. For normal I would be training right now but since I've tested corona positive yesterday I am neither allowed to attend the team training nor to train at home.   It's so frustrating. I mean... I'm thankful that I'm not really sick, just positive, and that I live in a big house but still it's pretty frustrating. Especially that I'm alone is hard for me. For normal my boyfriend Florian comes here when I'm feeling really bad but of course that's not allowed because of my positive test. Tears fill my eyes. I'm so lonely ans sad right now and I miss my boyfriend more than ever before. Since I have cried so much and haven't slept much last night I'm really tired and so I fall asleep.
About an hour later a loud noise wakes me. A loud car honk to be exact. I hope that whatever made that person honk will be solved in a minute and I turn around and try to sleep again. But the honking doesn't stop. I loudly sigh, get up and open the door that leads to my balcony. I enter it and walk to the railing. "Stop honking you fucking idiot. Some people want to-", I yell and as I see who was honking I open my eyes widely. "Florian, what are you doing here?", I ask. "What do you think I'm doing here? I'm visiting my boyfriend to make sure he's okay and to have a date with distance with him. So if you'd please take the rope in the corner of the balcony and pull the stuff that's connected with it to you.", my boyfriend answers and smiles bright. I look for the rope and start pulling as I find it. At the end of the rope there's a basket. In it I find a few things. A half-full bottle of wine, a quiche that's clearly cooked by following Florian's grandma's recipe, some mousse au chocolat, my favourite snacks, a little flower bouquet and the newest part of my favourite book series. "Oh my god, Florian, that's so cute of you! But... Don't you have training tomorrow?", I say and smile down at my boyfriend. "They want to rest me for the harder and more important games and so I was allowed to come here for a few days. Of course I can't enter your house and hold you the way I'd want to but those distance dates are better than nothing, right?", he says and shows me this gorgeous smile that makes my heart beat faster whenever I see it. I agree and then get some cutlery and a glass. Whilst I do that my boyfriend installs a camping chair so he can sit down to. We talk a lot while eating and I'm so very happy that Florian is here. After we've finished eating he asks: "Do you want to watch a movie?" I agree but also ask him how we can do that. He just smiles and gets a projector out of his car. He installs it so that the movie is projected onto a wall of my house that both of us can see. Also Florian refills the basket. He puts some popcorn, crisps and mini pretzels in there. He's just such a wonderful man. He even brought some of my favourite movies. I pick "We're the Millers" and we have loads of fun. As we're done watching the movie we talk again but then it's getting a little too cold for sitting on the outside. We say goodbye and Flo sends me a blow kiss. Before he leaves I say: "Thank you so much for this evening Florian. It was great, maybe even one of our best dates of all times. You're the best, for real. I love you and I can't wait to kiss you again as soon as I'm negative." My boyfriend smiles, returns the "I love you." and then gets on the car and drives away. I happily lie down in bed and fall asleep. In this night I dream of me and Florian being both mentally and physically close to each other. Like... Cuddling, kissing and even some more things if you know what I mean. Anyway, the dream is fantastic and I can't wait to have it come true again in a few weeks. I just love Florian so very much. He's perfect and I'm happy to have him by my side.
