[ BACKSTORY ]

Roseana Damien was a psychologist working in Ryker's psychiatric ward until a patient, James Green managed to convince her that she was this Ace of Hearts character. She grew up in an orphanage until she was adopted by Rachel and George Damien. They were very rich and got her anything she ever wanted.

Rose went to college at Empire State University for psychology and when her parents moved to France, they left their large house and estate to her. She began working out of her living room until she was approached by a Ryker's Asylum representative. She accepted the job where she would be consoling only the patient, James Green.

James flirted with her and she only wanted to pay attention to helping his mental instability. But as their sessions go on, she finds herself enthralled by him. She goes as far as helping him escape and taking on the alias "Ace of Hearts". They become "Ace and Jack", a dynamic duo with a love for mischief and chaos.

He trained her to fight and she used her ballet and gymnastic classes from when she was young to her advantage. For a year, they wreck the city of New York. That is until James died. Rose doesn't believe it, she knew then that she must face her consequences but Rose is scared. So she ran to their usual hideout, a plant where they make toxic liquids and jumped in.

Rose expected herself to die, but when she wakes up, choking on the thick milky liquid she isn't Rose anymore. She's surrounded by blue and red and the first thing she sees is her notebook. And Ace is born.

For over a year, she's Ace with no questions but when she meets Natasha Romanoff she begins to question everything she thought she knew. With no memories of her past life, she tries to find out what she was while also trying to not fall for the Black Widow.
