Roadtrip Day 15
Location: Cagsawa, Albay

Alice Flonne's POV:

"Oh! Over there! Over there! I saw something lovely! Hehehe!"

I drag Lexi and take him to every store that I want! Hehehe! Don't worry, I got a firm grip on my crutches so I won't fall. Hehehe!

"Let's see here...hmm...ooh! Here it is!" I pull a random necklace and bracelet. "Umm...mam! How much can I pay you for this?

"It's 200 pesos all in all."

"Here you go, mam!" I turned over the exact amount of money to the kind lady vendor.

"Thanks, young lady!"

We go on to buy so many souvenir stuff...like random bracelets for my friends Claire and Danica, local food delicacies that could save money and ingredients while we're on the roadtrip, and more importantly, a couple of t-shirts fitting for a couple like us! Hehehe! I like what the T-shirt says: "My love brought me this T-shirt in Cagsawa Ruins." Kyaaa!!! So cute! Hehehe!!!

Well, the good thing about having limpy legs is I have an exemption...I mean I'm exempted from carrying all that I've buy...Lexi did! Hehehe! But when we returned to the hut to give them the necklaces, Claire and Danica are busy talking about something...

"That's right, Danica! That's ri-oooh. Hi, Alice! You're just in time!" Claire interrupted her conversation to Danica when we arrived.

"Huh? Time for what?"

"Well...our next plans for the roadtrip!" Danica answers for her.

"Oh sure! Carry on!" I sat down beside my friends and let them continue the discussion.

"Okay...as I was saying, we've have already gone to so many places so far and now...we are finished trekking through Luzon." Claire oriented us with the situation. "Now Alice, tell us about our next plans. Will you stop the roadtrip so that you could heal your legs...or pursue on...and sail through the rough seas and into Samar and Leyte isles?"

"Huh? Me?!"

"Of course, silly!" Claire grins at me. "You're the one who forces us to have a roadtrip across the country!"

"Hehehe!!! My bad!" I scratched my head in embarrassment. "Well, of course! We're gonna push through!"

"But...umm...Alice...we're seasick." A simple complain from Danica.

"Well...that's the perfect opportunity to fight it! Hehehe...ooh, my bad!" Then I make some suggestions to them. "Okay...how about you take a nap while we're on the sea?"

"Umm...Alice...it will just make it worse." Danica refutes. "I'm already sick if the world around me is shaking and messing my head..."

...sigh...what should I gonna do now?

"Umm...Lexi...can you have some ideas to cope our friends from being seasick?"

"Huh? Me?"

"Mmm..." I moaned and pouted my face instead of answering his question.

"Alright! Alright! I'll do it!" Lexi is forced to make his own ideas for me. "Hmm...how about...umm...have you tried listening to music while sailing?"

"Hmm...I never thought of that..." Danica commented on the his idea.

"Well, you could have your earphones plugged and play some alluring songs while on sailing...but just in case, you should bring some medicines to cure your seasickness."

"I know that, Alex!" Claire pouts on my boyfriend. "Remember, if this idea of your will not work, I'm gonna pound you once I get over with seasickness."

"Oh, by the way...I almost forgot these..."

To save my boyfriend's skin from being scrutinized by my friends, I gave out the bracelets that we have brought for them.

"Wow! This is so cool!" Danica inspected and was amazed by what the bracelet was crafted. "Thanks, Alice!"

"Your welcome! Hehehe!"

We spend the rest of the day together...talking, have fun...and laughing together...oh, yeah...we also take pictures of ourselves into the backdrop of the world-famous perfect cone volcano. That was so fun...and such an unforgettable experience!

We decided to head out to the nearby Sorsogon City and check into a nearby hotel as we prepare for the voyage tomorrow. At the end of this...very long day, everybody of us is exhausted...that Danica and Claire already gone to bed right after finding their respective rooms...while Lexi and I decided to stay on one room...though we have our separate beds. And that's when Lexi confesses to me...

"Umm...Flonne...I'm gonna tell you something..." Based on the look of his face, he might tell me something bad...

"Oh, sure." But I smile at him so he could tell it with ease. "If that's a problem you'll telling me...don't worry, I can help."

"Thanks, Flonne. It's just...umm...I'm seasick too..."

"Oooh..." I just scratched my head when I heard that news. "But how about the truck? You're too sick to drive when we arrive in Samar!"

"That's why I need your help." Lexi pleas to me. "I know that your legs are yet to heal but...it is okay for you to drive the truck?"

"I'll do it!!!" I simply grin at him.

"Bu-but how?"

"Well...I'm using my crutches to push the brakes for me...hmm...I wonder how do I do it...huh?"

Then I just noticed that Lexi is laughing at me...and my idea...

"HE-HEY!!! WHY ARE YOU LAUGHING AT ME?!" I scolded my boyfriend. "I'M TRYING TO THINK HERE! I-IT'S NOT FUNNY!!!"

"No...I'm sorry...hehehe...it's just I'm so amaze by how you think such ideas like that..."

"Oooh...I see...pffft...hehehehe!!!!" Understanding what my boyfriend is really meant to tell me, I gave in to my laughter. "Now, you know that I'm handy and all...so don't ever underestimate me, alright?"

"Sure, Flonne. I won't." Lexi replies to my wink. "Come on, Flonne. Let's go to bed now. It's another long day's ahead tomorrow."

"It'll sure be. Have some rest too." I limped my way to my bed and lie down. "Good night, Lexi."

"Yeah...good night, Flonne."

The lights were then turned off and silence fills the atmosphere. Wondering how my legs fare right now...I try to move it. I gave all of my remaining energy for the day just for this...until I feel some sense to my legs...and moved a little. I smiled...telling myself...this is already enough...to push the pedals and drive the truck just in case Lexi indeed is seasick. Wait...if Lexi will be seasick...

Hmm...how about I sell my cooking while there's chance? Huehehe!!!!
