Roadtrip Day 15
Location: Cagsawa, Albay

Alex's POV:

"I wish...that everybody will be happy with my food...and I also that I could beat Lexi in our cooking rivalry."

"Flonne!"

"Ehehehe!!!"

Flonne blows the candle on the simple birthday cake that we've brought for her. Thus begin my plan to treat my lovely and cute girlfriend Alice Flonne for her best birthday ever!

"So guys, what surprises you had in store for me?" Flonne asked us happily and curiously.

"Well...for the first surprise, I gonna show you what banquet you'll gonna eat."

In the look of her face, I guess Flonne is excited to see homemade cookings as part of the menu....but instead, she only saw...burgers, fries, roasted chicken and soft drinks...

"Umm..guys...what is this?" Alice is visibly confused on what see in the table right now.

"Well...this is fast food." I explained thoroughly. "For your birthday, I challenge you to eat it all of it."

"Hey! You know I hate fast food." Flonne pouted her face and turned away from the table. "Whether you like it or not, I'm not gonna eat it! Hmph!"

Argh! Even though I know that she has a bad experience of fast food with her father, she needs to move on with it. I'll really prove that fast food is not bad after all, it's the only thing to do! I'm gonna force Flonne to eat the banquet that I prepared for her! I'll do whatever it takes...even...the most...embarrassing way...

"Come on, Flonne! I worked very hard to do all of these! I didn't buy it, its true!"

"Hmph! I'm not gonna do it! Even if you gonna hu-whaaa!!!!"

If there's anything that I could do to convince her to eat...that would be...a kiss...to her cheek...

"KYAAAAA!!!!!!" Much to the fangirl screams of Danica and Claire.

"EEEEEEK!!!! LE-LEXI!!!! WHA-WHAT HAVE YOU DO-DONE TO ME?!?!"

But...I can't speak! I'm so stupid about what I've done! Really, I can't speak! My face is so blushing!

"...sigh...you really need to kiss me to convince me, huh?" Though her face remains blushing, Flonne smile and replied to me. "Ehehehe...very well, I will do it."

Alice Flonne's POV:

...sigh...here we go again...I'm gonna taste this fastfood...that I hated the most. Besides, it's been awhile since I have dig in into those...but because it's my birthday...and it's a personal request to my boyfriend Lexi...here we go!

"...munch...munch..."

Aaah! The good taste of fastfood...it's coming back to me now! Hehehe...ehem...what am I thinking?! Anyway, I'm amazed by his he cooked this chicken nuggets...did he really cooked it from chicken meat? I mean the last time I tasted nuggets is when I realized that those are not real...it's made from artificial flavors! Yuck!

Satisfied for the nuggets, I dig in next to the classic...ehem...burger and fries...that used to be my dad's favorite...and eventually the food that he is addicted with...sigh...might as well give it a try...

"...munch...munch..."

Mmm!!! The exquisite tangy taste of the beef patty...the crunchyness of fresh vegetables...and the juicy taste of potato fries covered with cheesy sauce...mix and explodes right into my mouth! Aaah...it's like I'm really taken into a brand new world...I don't know...but that world is so colorful and awesome! Hehehe! What I'm talking about? I'm just tasting fastfood!

"So now, Flonne. How's my cooking?"  Lexi gazefully asked me. "Does it finally change your perspective about fastfood?"

"Hmm...Nope!" I make an evil grin to him.

"Huh?! Not even a little?!"

"Ehehehe! Just kidding!" I giggled to tell him it's a joke. "Well...it does change a little...but yet again...that doesn't stop me from beating you in our cooking rivalry!"

"Hehehe! Oh well, that enough for now." Lexi concludes. "Let's move now to my next surprise!"

"Hehehe! Okay, sure! What would it be Le-whoaaa!!!"

Alex's POV:

Before Flonne finished whatever she said, I carry her hurriedly towards the scenery of the Mayon Volcano...

"He-hey! Lexi! Slow down! You might trip and fall just like earlier!"

"Hehehe! Don't worry, I know what I'm doing!"

When we arrived at the site, I put my girlfriend into a piggyback ride as my friends prepare the camera...

"Claire, set up the camera, please!"

"Yes, sir!" As fast as lightning, Claire quickly sets the tripod and installs the camera on top of it. "By the way, Alex are you sure that it's alright for you to carry Alice at your back for a long time?"

"I'm fine, don't worry. Though I must admit, Flonne is heavy to me...but I can't handle it."

"Hehehe! My bad!" Flonne scratches her head.

And that's when Claire take pictures of us in front of the famous Cagsawa church ruins...and the majestic view of the perfect-cone Mayon Volcano as the backdrop.

"Here! Come!" After our photoshoot, Claire invites us to go and see the pictures she just took...well, it's a very decent shots right there.

"Ready for the next surprise, Flonne?"

"Of course, I am! Hehehe!" Flonne giggles. "You know that I'm always ready for everything!"

"Oh really?" I grin at her as Danica gives Flonne's crutches to her.

"Yeah! Why you wouldn't believe me? Hehehe!"

"Hehehe! Flonne, I believe you...it's just the next part is really...just you and me."

"Oh really? Ehehehe!" Flonne laughs as her face begins to blush. "Alright then, let's do what we're gonna do."

Alice Flonne's POV:

Lexi is now explaining his third surprise for me for my birthday...

"Well, there are many souvenir shops around here. You can buy everything that you want. Just don't spend too much because we're still have a long way ahead of this road trip, okay?"

"Yeah! Sure! Thanks, Lexi! Hehehe!!!"

I looked around the souvenir shops around the Cagsawa ruins and I saw that there are so many things to choose: from t-shirts, bracelets and necklaces, to indigenous art works and local delicacies! Oooh! If my food truck can handle this...umm...possibly too much shopping...ehehehe...I can spend my money right now!

"Hey, Lexi! What are you staring at?" I knock some senses to my boyfriend by holding his hand...as he is staring at a random item. "You told me that I'm gonna buy something! Come on! Let's go!"

"Whoa! Careful, Flonne! You're gonna fall!"

"Hehehe!!!"
