Chapter 7
You woke up feeling extremely dizzy. Your breathing was uneven as you looked around you slowly, not wanting to increase the dizziness. It seemed to you that you were in a small room that had a wooden table placed in the corner with a chair pushed in. Struggling to get up, you walked to the table, almost tripping on a randomly placed tool box on the floor.
On the table was a note.
By now most of the dizziness had faded, causing your eyesight to stop blurring. 'Return to the cave from last night.' The note said. Sighing, you complied.
Wash's POV:
"Oh shit."
That's the first thing I had said when Tucker told me (y/n) ran away somewhere. It wasn't that big of a canyon, right? Tucker offered to help me but he quickly took bit back when he saw the look on my face. I reassured myself one last time before starting my search for her.
Two hours later, I had checked everything in the canyon except two cave entrances and a tool shed that was built by the Reds. I knew it was more reasonable to check the cave entrances first but I went to the tool shed any way. I had a weird feeling about it.
When I opened the door to the shed, I saw... a pillow? I assumed that Grif had left it there, since he most likely slept on duty. On the opposite side of the room was a table and a chair. On the table was a note. When I read it, I almost ripped off the door on the way, running to the cave as fast as I could.
"(y/n)!" I called out. When I reached deeper into the cave, I heard crying. It's definitely her. Why didn't she answer me?
I gasped at the sight. She was hugging a man in grey and-
Locus.
She wasn't crying out of sadness, she was crying out of happiness. Somehow feeling my presence, she lifted her face and turned her head towards me. I smiled sadly at her, and she returned the same smile back. Even when she was crying, she still looked beautiful.
I had never seen Locus out of his armor. I never expected to, really. Locus always seemed like a cold hearted bastard and sometimes he acted like it too but by the way he was holding (y/n), I knew it wasn't one of those times. You could see how much he adored her. I wondered why though. I never even knew they knew each other but again, I don't know much about (y/n) in the first place.
When she opened her mouth to speak, she had answered my question.
"He's my brother."
