Ross's Night

"I can't believe you Sky!" he angrily whispered to himself, "You know what people say about William!"

He had just gotten into his lucky squirrel pajamas, and was about to do something he was sure he was going to regret. "This is so stupid. This is very stupid. This is totally not Rossome. Not Rossome at all."

He grabbed a flashlight and ran downstairs, yelling a quick goodbye to Ty as he left. He wasn't going far, and it shouldn't take long. His sneakers shuffled loudly on the pavement in the late-night silence

He sighed. "I'm not gonna find anything. There's nothing there! Why am I doing this?!" He sighed. This was stupid.

He saw the building. Shivers ran up and down his spine.

It was Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria.

The walls were all rusted and filled with graffiti. There was mold growing on the walls, and Ross swore he saw a light flickering somewhere.

He was about to go towards the building, but a voice stopped him in his tracks.

 "There's no doubting what you've achieved on a technical level." Ross looked over in the parking lot towards the barely audible voice. There were two men standing there. He slowly crept closer, taking care to stay out of sight.

"These are clearly state of the art." Ross realized what they were talking about and his eyes widened. "There are just certain design choices that were made for these robots that were recently discovered, that we don't fully understand. We were hoping you could shed some light on those."

The other character seemed a lot more laid back then the other.

"She can dance. She can sing." His voice was familiar to Ross. "She's equipped with a built in helium tank, for enflating balloons right at her fingertips. She can take song requests."

Ross could almost see the characters. "She can even dispense ice cream."

"With all due respect..."

  When they came into view, his eyes widened.

"Those aren't the design choices we were curious about Mr. Afton."

Their voices became hushed, and Ross could no longer hear them. He pulled out his phone and opened up the notes app, putting down what he just heard. He wrote, There are things in the animatronics that are worrying people. What are they?

He looked up. The one man was getting into a car, as Afton stood and watched. He waited until he was far down the road before moving towards the building. Ross watched with the curiosity of a child.

William felt along the wall, finding a grate covered in vines and pulling the metal cover off. To Ross's surprise, he climbed in.

It was silent.

He climbed back out shortly later.

After a few moments, Ross swallowed his fear. He sent Adam a text and ran as fast as he could to the vent. "Why can't I just use the front door. Why can't I just use the front door."

It was really cramped, but Ross managed. He worked his way up with the already made hand and foot holds. He then came to a section where it leveled out, and a there was a ventilation opening.

It looked to be an old rundown office sort of thing.

He hopped down and landed on shaking knees. He texted Sky again and checked the time. It was 11:55.

On the desk was a number of things, but the thing that stood out most was the laptop. While everything else looked run down and broken, it actually looked high tech. Ross slowly walked over to it and booted it up.

There was no password, strangely enough. A file was open. Ross investigated.

They seemed to be recordings or something. On the desk top was a little note. It read, I would never let them do this. Henry was a fool. But that was a long time ago.

Somebody, he guessed Afton, had been downloading the recordings onto a CD or something. Ross was tempted to play them, but he knew he should probably get out of there.

He checked the time. It was 11:57.

Ross found another CD in the room. He placed in the proper place and started to burn the disc.

Thirty seconds passed and an alarm began to blare. "Ventilation sealing. Ventilation sealing. Please exit in the next minute and thirty second."

Ross panicked, but quickly realized what was happening. He grabbed the disc and started to climb through the vents. "Thirty seconds." His heart raced and he dropped down to the ground.

The vent shut with a loud clang.

He stared at it, his heart pounding. He texted Adam with the last of his strength, and lied there for what felt like forever. When he had finally calmed down his fears of being locked inside, his monophobia started acting up.

He stood up and left for the nearest place, which happened to be McDonalds. It was open 24 hours.

He went to a booth and sat there, breathing in and out.

In and out.

He wasn't alone. There were other people in the restaurant, but he still felt the fear from his earlier. He thought over what had happened.

William was trying to download those recordings. He didn't know what was on them, but William wanted them.

Some of the security features were still active. It was still operational, despite it's state.

Ross checked the time. It was 1:16.

Without him realizing, someone had sat down opposite of him.

"Hi, I'm Kyle. You seem a little bit tired." Ross recognized him as the man William was talking with.

"Hi, I'm Ross." He said lightly, like he was half awake. "Nice to meet you."

Kyle smiled. "Well, your night has probably been better than mine. My employer is thinking about shutting down his company." Ross replied with a no way. "I know right! He doesn't like some of the design choices that he made, so he's thinking of putting them out of order."

Ross had an idea. "I have a friend who's good in mechanics and technology and stuff like that. Do you think he could be of any use?" He wished he had ordered a hot chocolate.

"I suppose so." Kyle replied. "Here's a copy of the blueprints. I'm not supposed to give them to anyone, but you seem like a trustworthy person." Now that Ross thought about it, Kyle looked really, really nervous. He seemed relieved to see Ross.

Ross smiled. Despite all the events that had just happened, he was calm. That had been a lot of information to take in.

Their conversation continued long into the night.

~~~~~
Wow, that is actually a really stuffy chapter. It's got a lot of info in it.
Now you know where Ross was! Sister Location isn't the ONLY fnaf I'll be including by the way!
Actully, besides Fnaf 4, I don't think I'll include anymore. I don't see how they fit in.
Oh well. ;) Hope you like it so far, whoever is reading this! :D
Questions? Comments? Concerns?
Enjoy!
