Elevators and Controlled Shocks

Sky tapped his foot anxiously. Maybe Ross was right, he thought, Maybe I shouldn't have come down here at all.

When William Afton, his old employer at Freddy Fazbear's, asked him to take care of his animatronics, Ross had warned him. "That guy is so creepy. He's asking you to look after some creepy robots he's keeping in some creepy old secret lair. What are you thinking, Sky?!" Ty had agreed.

Sky knew what he was thinking. Afton had offered him 100$ per night if he would do this, and Sky really needed the money, so he accepted. It's not like it would be hard. There was an automated system, and all he had to do was go around and push some buttons. At least, it didn't sound hard.

A robotic voice came from somewhere overhead. "Welcome to the first day of your exciting new career! Wether you were..." Sky wasn't listening. He immediately thought it boring. He thought about the anime he was in the middle of watching before receiving his old boss's phone call. He wondered if his favourite character was going to die or not.

He was snapped out of his trance by the hand-assistant, or whatever it said it was, telling him to type in his name. A broken keypad appeared in front of him.

"Seriously?! How am I supposed to type my name in this?!?" He attempted to press the flashing 'S' button. "S... Come one, I pressed S... Come on!"

The robotic voice spoke again. "It seems that you had some trouble with the keypad. I see what you were trying to type, and I will auto-correct it for you. One moment." Sky waited impatiently. "Welcome, Eggs Benedict!"

"Come on! In the name of BUDDER man! Can I use a proper keypad next time?!?" He grumbled at the retracting piece of metal garbage. He wondered if his friends were playing Do Not Laugh without him. He wondered if his friends were back from their trip yet. They had all left, except for Ross, on a camping trip deep in a northern forest with no electricity for the summer. Barney had insisted on them going. Neither Ross nor Sky had heard from them since.

A beep sounded, making Sky jump a little bit. His eyes darted around but, seeing no threat, he calmed. He was getting a little nervous.

The rest of the ride down was very unsettling.

When he reached the bottom, a couple of clink-clanks were heard. A quiet song played in the background, giving Sky an unquenchable feeling of dread. The voice told him to use the bright, red, and obvious button to open the elevator doors. They practically jumped apart.

Sky looked out. There was danger tape plastered all over the place, and the only exit was an open vent. "Oh, you've got to be kidding me, William. You did this every night? Geez..."

For the second time that night, he thought about what Ross had said. He thought about the animatronics that were in Fazbear's and the stories told about them. He thought about the Bite of 87.

He thought about why he was being paid 100$ a night for this job, but he shrugged it off.

He crawled through the vent. It was small and cramped.

"Allow me to fill this somewhat frightening silence with some light hearted banter." Sky rolled his eyes and moved forward. "Due to the massive success and even more so unfortunate closing of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, it was clear that the stage was set, no pun intended, for another contender in children's entertainment." Sky listened intently. "Unlike most entertainment venues, our robotic entertainers are rented out for private parties during the day. And it's your job, to get the robot's back in proper, working order before the following morning."

Sky clambered out of the vent, standing up in a old, dusty control room. He was right. "Where am I?" he thought aloud.

"You are now in the primary control module. It's actually a crawlspace between the two front show rooms. Now, let's get started with your daily tasks. View the window to your left." Sky looked out, but could see nothing but black. He wondered what was going on back there.

"This is the Ballormau gallery party room and dance studio, encouraging kids to get fit, and enjoy pizza." Sky noticed the two-buttoned control pad beside his right arm. He was standing right beside the glass. "Let's turn on the light, and see if Ballormau is onstage."

Sky reached and pressed the blue button with the light symbol on it. He hesitated, thinking about his options, but it eventually got the best of him. A light held for about three seconds on an empty stage, before going out again.

"Oh, no no no. Please no." Sky listened intently to the strange voice in the air. "No, she doesn't want to dance! What do I DO?!?"

"Press the red button now, to administer a controlled shock. Maybe that will put the spring back in her step" Sky, without thinking, immediately pressed it. He didn't want to get in trouble for not having working animatronics.

Sky screamed at the electric explosion that followed.

~~~~~~~~~~
Well, here's a book!
Thank you to ThatOneWerewolf for inspiring the story! I think this will be a cross of all the Fnafs that have happened, but mostly Sister Location, because that's where my brain is going.
I'm just going to follow it blindly, okey dokey? :3
Also, if you don't understand, I'm basing this off of Matpat's theories on Sister Location. Go check it out on The Game Theorists!
Questions? Comments? Concerns?
Enjoy!
