The room that we had just walked into was a large circular one. Along the walls were four doors. One was the one we had just come from. Two others were identical, with no handle. The third had a keyhole that displayed the Earth symbol.

"We're stuck," I muttered under my breath. Just then, a click sounded from the door to my left. I whirled around to see a group of 3 emerge. Pea, Lucky, and Spider ran out from the door, one of them clutching a key to their chest.

"Pea!" Nueve cried, rushing towards the little girl. They hugged like they had been separated for years. Nueve was like the collective mother of the group.

Tears of happiness slid down Pea's cheeks. "You're okay," she said.

"I am," Nueve replied.

"What was in your room?" I asked Spider. She brushed a strand of her short hair behind her ear.

"Our room was the infirmary," she said. "We found the Earth key." From her hand, she held out a silver key with the Earth symbol engraved on the handle.

"That's the key we need to get out of this room!" I exclaimed. Just then, two more people came through the third door, out of breath. Duo and Year.

"Guys, something happened," exclaimed Duo, panic rising in his voice.

"Where's Win?" Lucky asked.

"We don't know where he went!" Year yelled. "We had just finished our room, and he had the Saturn key.

"Don't let the door close," I yelled. The door they had just come through was beginning to shut.

"My brooch!" Nueve yelled. She ran over to the door and, just as it was about to close, shoved her brooch in to keep it from shutting.

"That was a close call," Spider panted. "We almost lost Win-and the Saturn key!"

"Should we split up and look for him?" I asked.

"Let's go back to the main hall and see how much time we have," Year replied. Most people seemed to agree with the idea. Spider unlocked the door and we headed back to where we had first met up.

Spider lead the way, with me following close behind. She walked with a slight sashay. Her black heels clicked against the marble floor, contrasting her creamy white pale skin. Her black hair was cut in a short bob that framed her face. She was wearing a black pleated skirt that hit the middle of her thigh. For her top she wore a dark gray sweater.

I blushed, realizing how much I was staring. She was pretty cute. From her age, Spider appeared to be around my age, give or take a year. I felt ugly in comparison, with my frizzy brown hair, purple tank top, and jeans.

While we were walking, I took in a moment to look at everyone around me. Duo had on a light blue uniform of some kind. It was a jumpsuit, and with it her wore tennis shoes. Bronze had on a leather jacket that was wide open, revealing a white t-shirt with a gray symbol on it. He was wearing gray sweatpants, making him look like a delinquent. Year was wearing a schoolboy outfit. His dusty blonde hair curled around his ears.

I looked at the rest of the girls. Pea was kind of chubby, and she wore a little pink dress. Her hair was strung up in two high pigtails. Lucky looked like a skinnier older version of Pea, except she wore an open suit jacket that revealed a bright yellow sports bra, along with light gray yoga pants. Nueve had on a gray-ish purple long dress which swished along her ankles as she ran.

"We're here," announced Spider as we arrived at the clock. I snapped out of the trance, looking up. Three hours. We had been here for three hours. I sighed. Only 6 more hours until we all die with the sinking ship.

"Let's split up to find Win," Year suggested. "We can meet back here in 15 minutes."

"Sounds good," I replied.
