Violet's Pov: 

I head to the office and sit down in the chair. It's 11 pm but I don't care.

"What do you want, dad?"

I heard a chuckle from behind me.

"Am I not allowed to visit my daughter on the job~?"

"Well you murdered five children and the spirits are in the humanoids so unless you want to get us both killed by visiting me."

"I just want to you to do me a favor," Vincent said.

"A favor...?"

He nods. "Just find out and tell me the weaknesses of the humanoids."

"No. I'm not like you and I never will be."

My dad just chuckled. "We'll see~. How's your boyfriend?"

I flinched. Freddy has been my first boyfriend. "How-"

"I've got my ways. Do you think he and the others would still accept you once they find out who you really are?" 

"Shut up! Get out now!"  I closed my eyes tightly, trying to keep the tears in. Once I open my eyes, he was gone.

He's right...

I doubt they would accept me if they knew the truth.
