Lydia's P.O.V

Snuggling closer into Flynn's embrace I keep my eyes shut, I didn't sleep at all last night, ever since the confrontation between Amora and us...I couldn't help but overthink everything. Amora said that she loved Flynn, and somewhere she still has a place in Flynn's heart. I still had no idea where I stood in his life other than the mother of his child. 

"Luna, I can hear the wheels turn in your head. Baby, you need to sleep." He whispered huskily pulling me closer, "You haven't slept all night."

Fluttering my eyes open I look up at him admiring his beauty, "How did you know?"

"How can the Alpha sleep when his Luna is restless." He said opening his eyes lazily, "What's wrong Luna?"

"Flynn, what am I to you?" I ask moving away from him a little, now that woke him up. Flynn looked down at me concerned, "Am I your girlfriend? Am I someone special in your life? Or am I just the mother of your child?" He looked at me longingly, almost as if he didn't know what to say, "Do you still love her?" Flynn didn't say anything...anxiousness began taking over my body, "Flynn?" His silence was killing me piece by piece he still loved her, I knew it. I shouldn't have let myself get so attached to him...I shouldn't have let myself begin to...love him. 

Nodding I get out of bed walking towards the door hiding my tears, I am just about to walk out of the room when suddenly Flynn yanked me back in the room slamming the door shut and pushing me up against it.  "Flynn." I whispered looking up at him with tears in my eyes, "Let me go."

"Shut up." He snapped huskily, "It's too fucking early for this right now, get back in bed."

"Flynn, I need to go to check on Hunter,"

"Lydia." He said firmly, 

"Flynn, let go." I whimpered struggling to get his grip off of my arms but he did the complete opposite yanking me closer to him so our faces were inches apart his eyes flickered down to my lips. 

"No,"

"No, what Flynn?" I ask tiredly

"No, I don't love her because I love you." He said stunning me...I looked up at him shocked, "I tried to push you away, I tried keeping you at arm's length, but you still found your way into my heart. I didn't want you to get close to me because of what happened with Amora. I was scared...that was why I kept acting like an asshole towards you but deep down I knew that if anything happened to you I wouldn't be able to survive. If you decided to leave with Hunter...if you decided to move on, it would kill me because I love you, Lydia Diane Jackson. "

I didn't know whether to cry or to be happy...stunned I looked up at him with happy tears in my eyes, "Lydia?" He shook me slightly, "Do you love me too?"

Finally breaking through I let out an emotional laugh pulling him in a tight hug, "I love you too Flynn."

Letting out a relieved sigh he hugged me back nuzzling his nose against the crook of my neck," Don't worry about Amora baby, what she did to me I know you wouldn't do anything like that. I will never ever let her come in between us, I promise."

His words sounded like heaven to me, "I believe you," 

Arlo's P.O.V. 

"Great fucking job Arlo," Landon snapped at me sitting against the wall in our cell, "This is exactly what the fuck we wanted right?"

Groaning I held my head trying to ignore him, "We wanted protection, not this shit!" Logan added, "It smells like fucking piss down here."

"Shut the fuck up," Anaya snapped, "It's not like we are happy here either. That bitch let scratches all over our body while she was beating us. Arlo, this is all your fucking fault."

Brielle looked over at me, "You guys are so stupid."

Everyone looked over at her, "What?"

"Please, this is just the beginning of our victory."

"What the fuck are you on about Brielle?" Landon asked angrily, "Did they hit you on your head?"

"God, I'm surrounded by idiots." Brushing off her clothes she smirked, "Amora, we dropped the biggest bomb in their life... do you really think that everything will be rainbows and sunshine in Flynn's life from now on? Lydia and Amora, one he loved and the other he loves, he may think that throwing us down here in this hellhole is the solution to all of his problems but the real solution is that he has to choose whether he wants Amora or Lydia."

Smirking at her I brush off my clothes as well, "And when he chooses, everything will turn upside down because we all know who he will choose."

"Exactly," Brielle said, "So why don't we enjoy the two, or three days we are here? Think of it as a vacation."

"What have you two done?" Anaya asked, "There is something more to all this isn't there?"

"Sit back and relax Anaya, our work is done now it's all up to the tragic triangle to figure out what needs to be done," I said closing my eyes...I can just taste my victory, it was nice playing this game with you Alpha, but it's time you realized who the real Alpha is... Arlo Blaze.
