Flynn's P.O.V.

I sighed throwing the papers back on my desk, I have been looking everywhere for Arlo, there isn't a slum I haven't checked in Boston, I don't know where that fucker is hiding but something is telling me that he is planning something big.

"Hey," Brazen said walking into my office space, "You look stressed," He handed me a cig, "Take a whiff,"

Taking the cig from his hand I take a couple of whiffs, "Arlo, that fucker is still missing,"

"Not anymore," Harlow said walking into the room waving an envelope,

Confused I took the paper from him, it was an invitation to a party at his house. The fucker is taunting us. Brazen took the invitation out of my hands, "What are we going to do?"

"We are going," I said firmly, "Tonight, get Allie, Arya, and Cassie ready."

"Flynn it could be a trap,"

"I have been in touch with some people," I said getting off of my chair, "I will go tell Lydia."

"Flynn," Harlow grabbed my arm, "Take a second and breathe. Arlo has been missing for the past months and now this invitation."

Shaking his grip off I pat his shoulder, "As I said, I have been in touch with some people that will blow Arlo away. Even if it is a trap, they can't hurt us. Trust me."

Harlow and Brazen look at each other suspiciously before nodding, I quickly run upstairs to Lydia's room. "Hunter, baby, you got to sit still I have to change your shirt."

Smirking I walk into the room, "He, giving you a hard time?" I ask looking over at Hunter, it was scary how fast he had grown up. I couldn't believe that he was already almost 5 months old. 

Lydia looked back at me, "Yeah...a little" She said giving me a weird look, "What are you doing here?"

"Get ready," I said taking Hunter away from her, and his clothes. Lydia sighed moving to take Hunter away from me but I took a step back, "Mom and Dad have already agreed to take care of Hunter tonight. You only have two hours to get ready, it takes an hour to get to the place we are going to."

"Flynn, I am not going anywhere."

"Yes, you are," I said firmly, "Remember what I said? I invited you into this world as soon as I named you Luna at the baby shower. Now you and I need to go somewhere, don't worry the rest of the group is coming along. Now hurry up," Lydia shook her head, "Remember what I said last night Lydia?" I cut her off, "I need you to help  change me, and now when I need to come along you're backing off already."

Exhaling sharply she looked away from me, "Fine Flynn, I'll come with you tonight."

"That's all we needed to hear," Allie said running into the room holding a dress in her hand, "Put this on and Cassie will be here any minute to help you with your makeup."

I smirked at Lydia as Allie skipped out of the room, "Two hours Luna," I said before walking out of the room with Hunter in my arms. I was going to take Hunter to my parent's room but he was looking up at me like he didn't recognize me. For some reason, it hurt. 

"Let's go into your room yeah?" I tell him as we change our direction over to his small nursery laying him down on his back I grab some toys and begin to play with him. "Sorry, I have been missing from your life for the past 5 months, little guy. I didn't want to rub off any bad habits on you already." 

Hunter looked up at me giggling as I gently tickled his stomach, he did look so much like me. The only thing he had similar to Lydia was his eyes and lips. Smiling down at him I grab a bunch of toys and play with him. "Now, since I entered your life a little late, I'm going to be by your side forever, I'm your daddy, you need to stop looking at me like that buddy."

Hunter smiled showing off his light dimples, he grabbed onto my fingers and began playing with them, I guess he liked my presence more than his toys. Sighing I picked him up laying him in my lap, as his eyes slowly fluttered shut after he got tired from playing but his grip on my finger was still tight like he didn't want me to go. Gently laying him down in his crib I slowly take my finger out of his grip being careful not to take him up. Exhaling deeply I walk out of the room leaving the door slightly open before walking  into Mom and Dad's room, "Mom?" I call out, she comes out of the closet soon after. 

"Yeah?"

"Um, Hunter is asleep in his room...so I thought I should let you know." I said hesitantly, "Lydia and I-"

"Are going to Arlo's party I know." Mom said cutting me off, "Just be careful Flynn, it's not only you now, you have Lydia and Hunter to think about."

"I know Mom," I said, "Just please watch over Hunter and the rest I got handled."

"Flynn," Mom stopped me as I stood with my back to her, "Let them in, that pain you carry within you...it'll go away."

Taking a deep breath I keep my back to her, "Check on him in a little while mom, I'll see you later."

Walking out of the room I enter my room looking down at the different suits I got an order in, quickly grabbing the black coat I change and head downstairs to wait for everyone. Playing around on my phone, I text the partners I got in contact with to help us out, they will be there, and once they come Arlo and his dogs won't be able to do anything. Someone cleared their throat catching my attention and looking up my breath Lydia was standing right in front of me. "How do I look?" She asked shyly, smirking I walked over to her grabbed her waist I pulled her close to me. "What are you doing!"

I check her out slightly, "My choice has never failed in clothing has it?"

"You chose this dress?" She asked shocked looking down at it. It was a long black dress perfectly fitting her body. 

"Yep," I said keeping my arms around her, "I thought it would be fitting that I take you on a proper date-"

"Stop lying Flynn," Cassie said stepping down from the last step, "Why do you need us with you if you are taking her on a date?"

Rolling my eyes I let Lydia go as she looked over at me, "So it's not a date," She asked, "Then why do you need to take me with you?"

"As I said, it'll be good if you get out of the house once and a while." I looked back down at my phone, "And Cassie mind your business," I sighed waiting for everyone else to come downstairs. 

Cassie huffed grabbing Lydia's hand and taking her away from me in the corner Stefan walked up to me with a pointed look, "Don't talk to Cassie like that."

I raised an eyebrow at him, "I can and will talk to whoever I want to like that, remember your place, Stefan."

Rolling his eyes the four of us wait for everyone to come down before heading out to Arlo's place. 

Hiding my phone from everyone I look down at my texts
