Lydia's P.O.V.

"Knock, knock," Mom sang coming inside my room, chuckling I shook my head fixing my dress, 

"Mom, you need to stop singing all the time."

Mom smiled grabbing my hand gently, "You look beautiful Dia," She said, "Like a princess."

Smiling I pull her into a tight hug, "Thank you, Mom," Mom had brought me a light blue dress with a low-cut neckline.

"Come on let's head downstairs now," Mom said, "You two should decide on the name today too. Have you talked to Flynn about the name?"

Rolling my eyes I take care hand for support, "You know Flynn and I don't talk to each other that much."

"Dia, you have to stop being so stubborn. I know that accepting Flynn and his lifestyle is hard but your Dad put all that to the side to accept him for YOU and now you are the one that is trying to push him away."

"Mom I don't want to talk about it." I sighed letting go of her hand and smile as I saw the beautiful decorations. "Wow,"

"Dia!" Cassie said running over to me, "You look so pretty!"

Giggling I say, "You look pretty too,"

Arya, Allie, and Echo walk over to us, "You are glowing Dia," Echo smiled,

"Thank you, Echo,"

"Come on we have to show you around the house! There is so much you haven't seen yet."

Confused I followed the group around the house, there were decorations everywhere, it was beautiful..."Guys...I can't thank you enough, this looks amazing."

"I'm glad you like it," Flora said coming down the stairs along with Zane, 

Keeping my distance respectfully I smile at them, "Thank you, seriously for everything."

Zane chuckled stepping down the last step and came close to me, "Well it is our responsibility to keep you and our grandson safe."

The Heir of the Knights

Swallowing harshly I force a smile before taking a step back but I accidentally bump into someone, "I'm sorry," I say quickly turning around to see Flynn standing there raising an eyebrow at me.

Every Alpha needs an heir,  his voice echoed in my ears.

"Aww just in time," Flora sighed pulling him forward so we were standing beside each other, "The guests are about to come so you two have to stay together. Not everyone knows about the situation between you two so for us, and the reputation of the Cloud Family can you please act like grown-ups for tonight?"

Flynn glared at her, "Mom-"

"Dia, I know you aren't fond of Flynn but for tonight can you two please act like a couple?" Flora cut off Flynn taking my hand in hers. "That way there will be no danger for you and the baby."

My smile fell as I looked over at Flynn, "If it means that the baby and I stay safe, for tonight and ONLY tonight, fine. We will act like a couple."

Flynn rolled his eyes, "Fine,"

Flora's face lit up, "Thank you, now go on over to your seats the guest will be here in no time."

Taking my hand out of Flynn's I walked over to the chairs they had set up for us, Flynn followed close behind, "You seemed eager to be my girlfriend."

"Buzz off Flynn, I only said yes because your mom wanted us to be civil for tonight. I have no interest in being your girlfriend."

Chuckling he settled in the chair beside me, "Please everyone wants me."

How can he be so full of himself? Groaning I decided not to say anything because if I did there would be a fight and if we fought Flora would feel bad. 

"So you agree?"

"Shut up Flynn," I snapped

Forty minutes later guests started to pile in the house Flynn and I greeted all of them politely, smiling and saying thank you for their lovely blessings.  "Hey man," A guy said patting Flynn roughly.

Flynn chuckled, "Hey Harlow,"

Harlow looked over at me, "Lydia right?"

Smiling I nodd, "That's me,"

Harlow smiled at me before pulling me into a hug, "Nice to meet you, I would have met you earlier but the last time I was here you were in the medical room."

Pulling away from the hug comfortably I say, "It's fine."

"Don't mind him, Lydia, he's just an idiot."

Harlow rolled his eyes, "Ignore him, Lydia, he's just an ass." A giggle slipped from my mouth earning a pointed look from Flynn, "You can call me Harry, I'm the leader of the Cobra Gang." Great another Gang leader is entering my life, what else could I expect from them anyway..."Echo, Flynn, and I trained together our families are very close."

Nodding I say, "Well you seem like you are a lot more fun than Flynn,"

"That I am," Harry agreed, "Anyways I'm going to say hi to everyone else, see you later."

Harry left the two of us alone, Flynn sighed, "Mom wants us to figure out a name for the kid, do you have any ideas?"

I look over at Flynn wondering if he remembers the name he suggested before he knew that Pineapple was his baby. 

"I like the name, Hunter," 

"Lydia," Flynn said shaking me a little, "The name?"

"Um...Hunter," I whisper, "I like the name, Hunter."

Flynn smirked, "Isn't that the name I suggested to you a while ago?"

Lifting my chin a little, "No, I was looking at the name before you had said anything anyway, I guess you could say we have a similar choice in names."

Shaking his head, "What about the middle name?"

"I don't know...do we have to decide his name right now?" I say sighing, "What do you like?"

"Aziz, maybe... Mom said that she wanted to name me Aziz because it means Power but much like you she didn't want me to be in this world, but there were some circumstances that pushed me into it. Aziz was her father's name."

Not knowing what to say I bit my lip, "I like Aziz," I say quietly, "Hunter Aziz Jackson has a nice flow to it."

Flynn looked over at me raising his eyebrow, "You mean Cloud right?"

"No, I mean Jackson. You said yourself you don't want anything to do with Hunter so why do you care if he has your last name or not."

"Lydia, it doesn't matter what I want, it won't change the fact that he has Cloud blood running through his veins."

Frustrated I stomp my feet a little, "And my blood!" I snap, "It takes two to make a kid and both of our blood is in him." I take a deep breath trying to calm myself down, "We are not together Flynn, so the baby is going to have my last name."

He glared at me, "Fine, let's meet in the middle,"

"What?"

"Hunter Aziz Jackson-Cloud."

Clenching my jaw I huff turning around, "Fine,"

"I want to thank everyone for coming to Lydia's baby shower, this has been a big rollercoaster getting her to our home but for now we will enjoy the two dancing together and then we will play some games." Allie said smiling at Flynn and me, "Flynn, bring the lovely lady down here and dance."

Flynn shook his head grabbing my hand, "She is so annoying," Leading me over to the middle of the dance floor, "I never knew that the mom and dad had to dance at the stupid baby shower."

"Shut up Flynn," I whispered to him, "People are watching us,"

He pulled me closer to him as Allie played the music, "I don't care about what people think," Flynn whispered back, "I thought you knew that."

Leaning against him a little, "I don't know anything about you other than that you are a Gangleader and you're dangerous."

"Well, that is the main thing you should always remember but tell me what else you want to know about me."

Surprised I look up at him, "Really?"

"Yeah,"

"Um...how old are you?"

Flynn chuckled, "Seriously out of all the questions you ask how old I am?"

Glaring at him I try to pull back but he pulls me closer, "24, what about you?"

"22,"

"Where did we meet Lydia?" He asked seriously,

"What? I told you we met-"

"You told me how we met not where,"

I sighed trying to remember, "Um...it was at the year-ending party, all the college students had gone to it after graduating,"

"Where?"

"I don't know...Cassie heard of it so she dragged me along with her as always. I don't remember the exact place but why are you asking?"

"Do you think she'll remember?"

"Maybe," I say concerned, "But Flynn why are you asking?"

"I think Arlo was the one who through the party, we think that's where he is hiding, along with the Hades Gang."
