Sam's been a very bountiful persona according to me and I feel like, writing this is going to be a tough one. with Tia, I want to show a casual, powerful woman without exuding powers. I want to show her as someone brave, without having superpowers, or being an agent or some shit - just a girl who's dating a hero.

There was nothing Tia Bright did not love about her beau being a superhero. In fact, she had dreamed of being a hero herself since she was a little girl. Pipedreams were a pain in the ass but at least people were out there living her dream. Nevertheless, she grew up knowing there was a superhero in everyone who believed. And she had started to believe in Sam Wilson. She made a promise to herself: no matter what happens with his duties, it was her job to keep her flyboy in line.

Being an avian Avenger compatriot and a fellow sentient hero was not easy for Sam Wilson after he had earned the mantel of Captain America. The shield was crushing responsibility he fought for his country to uphold and it's devastating consequences were plenty. He loved his times with the girl he wanted forever with but he knew. With this liability, he would never experience the dream he wanted as a partner.

In the midst of obligations and past burdens, he stumbles upon a neighbourhood small-time hero who went by the moniker 'Patriot'. Like Sam, Rayshaun Lucas was a winged warrior eager to tread in the steps of his mentor's former-alias, Falcon. 

By this time, Sam and Tia had evidently started to understand one thing: in life, you get what you put in. That everything comes back around.
