Warning, I wrote all of this as I thought of it, so these paragraphs are messy and out of order. I apologize if it's confusing.

Hello everyone! It's me, the author. So, we've reached the climax of the story. Well, "Never Say Never" was supposed to be the last one, but I just couldn't resist writing "Breaking Down".

What I wanted to say was this. Since we're at the halfway point, why not answer some questions, like a little midpoint QnA? You guys can ask me anything you want about Fly Away and I'll answer it! You could even ask the characters specific question (them answering those wouldn't be cannon, of course)

Just know that these kind of chapters where It's just me will be deleted. I want Fly Away for be an actual story, not just a bunch of updates and authors notes.

I'm only suggesting this. If you have any questions, ask away! If I end up not getting any questions, then that's fine. I only have, like, 10 or less readers anyways (oof). If I don't get any questions I'll simply delete this chapter and continue the story.

But I will say this: Fly Away is on a midpoint hiatus. I'm still contemplating what happens after this point. I usually figure out what I'm doing as I write this story, but I want from here on to be more organized. I only have small notes like "name the chapter where this happens [name]" or "[character] does [action]".

So I wanted to ask YOU, the reader a question. This story if for YOU to read, so I want to know what you think I should do next!

The next part of the story happens 13 years after "Breaking Down". How do you think I should write that? I've gotten a suggested of doing it a year or two per chapter, like summing it up. Maybe in a sort of diary-entry way from Ollie. Or maybe I should sum up all 13 years in one chapter (because they aren't TOO eventful). What do you think I should do?

If you have read this far, I want to thank you for enjoying and reading Fly Away. It's been so fun to write and I'm so glad I could share it! I came up with this story maybe 2 or 3 years ago, and it's come so far. I've fleshed our the story more and more the farther I went along, so during this midpoint hiatus I may be rewriting some parts of the chapters.

There are some parts of Fly Away and t's characters we will never know about. Like, how did Ollie and Alicia meet? How did they fall in love? What were their parents and/or siblings like? And maybe some parts that are important to the story that you guys are wondering. Why did Rallo burn down Winterbrook? What was that gang about? Why did it form?

All these questions can be answered in their own stories. So, I'm going to make another book for "Fly Away Shorts". There will be some backstories, AUs, drawings, that QnA, and more! Anything that isn't said in the story that I would like to dive into, I'll add there! So go check that out, it'll be up and out soon!
