Blueberries for Breakfast
It was a hot day at the zoo. Lan Zhan unlocked the gates and parked his car, returning to lock the gates again. Then he sighed, because there was loud music playing out of the open window of a very familiar Volkswagon Beetle.
The car itself was a lime green monstrosity, with orange and white teeth painted all along the edge.
Loud and ostentatious, exactly like its owner.
"Lan Zhan??" Wei Ying jumped out of his car and ran towards him.
Lan Zhan turned to face him, waiting patiently because they both knew there was no point in him trying to walk away by pretending that he hadn't heard him, because Wei Ying's persistence was legendary.
Once again, Lan Zhan was blown away by how amazing Wei Ying looked. How one man could manage to look simultaneously hot and dishevelled at the same time was beyond him.
Today, Wei Ying’s t-shirt was half tucked in and half hanging out, the top two buttons open and his deliciously tempting collarbone on display. And today, Wei Ying was wearing shorts.
Everything about that was...so wrong...and...so right...and Lan Zhan wanted to go and bury himself in the men's bathroom to avoid having to look at him...and not push him up against the nearest available flat surface.
It really wasn't fair!
Lan Zhan clenched his fists as Wei Ying came right up close to him.
He breathed in through his teeth because that tantalising, wonderful floral scent of lotus flowers was drifting towards him and Lan Zhan thought he might last no more than two minutes at this rate.
"Wait for me!" Wei Ying shouted, coming to a standstill right in front of him.
As though Lan Zhan could control his feet in any way? Ha! As if thoughts were possible at all...
"Correct dress code is imperative for a professional zookeeper." Lan Zhan said, instead of, please marry me.
"Oh...um...haha...you're right, Lan Zhan!" Wei Ying hastily tucked his t-shirt in, accidentally lifting it up so that Lan Zhan got a flash of those superbly lean abs, cut to perfection.
What would they taste like?
He hoped Wei Ying wouldn't notice his ears, which felt as hot as a flaming torch.
"I rushed out of the house today." He reached deep into the pockets of his shorts and pulled out a handful of blueberries. "Would you like to share my breakfast?" He held it towards Lan Zhan hopefully, looking disappointed when Lan Zhan shook his head in alarm.
"Wei Ying has not had breakfast?" Lan Zhan asked him, eyes wide in disapproval. "Again?"
"Ah...Lan Zhaaaan! Don't look at me like that! You know how Madam Yu gets and besides, I overslept this morning so there wasn't any time. Man, that exam is busting my balls, I kid you not." He sighed.
"Are you really going for it?" Lan Zhan asked.
He wanted Wei Ying to succeed...but if he passed, then that certainly meant Wei Ying would no longer be working at this zoo.
"Yeah..." Wei Ying poured the remaining blueberries into his mouth, chewing quickly. "I figure, if I go into the welfare aspect of looking after animals, I can make a real difference, right? Plus I have all these ideas swimming around in my head about research and how to improve their lives in captivity, you know?" Wei Ying continued chatting as they walked into the facility. "I wouldn't even mind going into the education aspect of it."
Lan Zhan could listen to him talking all day.
He had a mellow voice that made stars explode in Lan Zhan’s chest. It was both cheery and melodious, and Lan Zhan couldn't ever imagine not hearing it when he came in to work. Wei Ying was to Lan Zhan the equivalent of ordinary people's caffeine fix first thing in the morning.
Only, way better.
"Wei Ying would make a great teacher." Lan Zhan said, loving the rosy blush dusting across his cheeks.
Wei Ying let out a small noise in between a gasp and a whine. He got the door for both of them.
"Thank you, Lan Zhan. That...means a lot to me...especially coming from you." He admitted.
They had different duties in separate parts of the zoo and probably wouldn't see each other until lunchtime, so Lan Zhan prepared to say goodbye to him for now.
They had become fast friends a long time ago, when Lan Zhan had to feed the wolves every morning, but he had a problem because he couldn't bring himself to touch the meatballs enriched with nutrients especially for the animals, since he was a vegetarian.
Wei Ying had been walking past the wolf enclosure at the time and had stopped to watch him...and soon realised that there was...a situation.
Lan Zhan was staring at the clear plastic bag containing the wolf treats and trying to work up the courage to actually take them out...but they were so red...
He jumped when an arm stole around his shoulders, and when he looked at the culprit, his heart had simply flown away like dandelion fluff.
Wei Ying had simply stared into his eyes, those silver diamonds shimmering like the waters of a stormy sea.
Lan Zhan forgot how to speak.
"You know, Gege...those wolves aren't going to feed themselves...if that's a buffet, no one told those guys..." Wei Ying jerked a thumb towards the wolves behind the wire fence behind them.
Lan Zhan held the bag towards him.
Wei Ying laughed gleefully.
And Lan Zhan fell in love.
He knew he would remember this moment forever, no matter what happened to him or Wei Ying, no matter how much time passed since it happened.
One minute, he was boring Lan Zhan, too afraid to toss meatballs over a stupid fence, and then the next minute, he was Lan Zhan, like a flash of lightning, deeply in love with his co-worker. The bigger problem was, how could he tell Wei Ying that?
Beautiful, vivacious Wei Ying who shone like the moon up in the sky. He was a rocket soaring up into the heavens leaving a trail of sparks to show the way...and Lan Zhan was a dull, ordinary spectator watching him go.
The contrast was a mile wide.
That first encounter had occurred precisely six months, twelve days and four hours ago.
And ever since then, Lan Zhan had a spring in his step for this one man.
Every day became an adventure.
Lan Zhan wouldn't say that he waited around for Wei Ying anywhere specifically...because he had, like, a job, but there would be times they would meet during a day and it could be random because no way would Lan Zhan be loitering outside the mountain lion cages just waiting for a certain someone to arrive, right?
Absolutely not!
Perhaps Wei Ying was also anxious to meet him, though Lan Zhan knew that was just wishful thinking on his part, because how could Wei Ying think of him as anything other than a really good friend?
Lan Zhan had seen the way Wei Ying could flirt with all and sundry and how he loved to tease MianMian about silly things...what if Wei Ying liked MianMian? MianMian was a friendly person, more tolerant of Wei Ying's antics than most others...and Lan Zhan really wasn't sure.
He thought he had more time to sort out his feelings.
Lan Zhan - wrongly - assumed that Wei Ying would be there for a long time...and he would be able to sort through his feelings and find a way to be brave.
He would gather all his courage and tell Wei Ying how he felt about him.
But then....there was a disaster.
And Lan WangJi ran out of time.
**********
It started out as an ordinary day in the middle of summer.
This day was strange because everything started out being normal.
The sun was shining brightly, just like Wei Ying, colouring all the mundane things with a splash of vibrancy.
Lan Zhan being the conscientious worker that he was, began his day picking up rubbish in the parking lot, just because he was early, not waiting around for anyone in particular, though his ears were attuned to the sound of heavy metal playing loudly out of a certain lime green Volkswagon Beetle.
Once again, Wei Ying, love of his life TM, was late because he had to fight sleep and lethargy, traffic and life in general to get to work on time. And again, he hadn’t had time for breakfast, so he was sharing his blueberries with Lan Zhan as they strolled in to work.
One time Wei Ying had offered blueberries to Lan Zhan and he had been so surprised, he'd actually taken one out of politeness and Wei Ying had looked up at him in a certain way.
Lan Zhan would do anything for Wei Ying to look at him like that again, so he made it into a daily habit. He also bought more blueberries for Wei Ying, putting them in the refrigerator in the common staff room and then glaring at anyone who wasn't Wei Ying, daring them to touch even one berry.
They chatted about this and that...well, Wei Ying chatted and Lan Zhan listened attentively, trying not to make heart eyes at the gorgeous man. And all the while, his heart was pounding out a rhythm: loveWeiYing, loveWeiYing, loveWeiYing...
"It's a school day today, and Elaine was saying we have more than usual. Three buses. That's a lot of kids...so she wants us to be extra vigilant..." He rolled his eyes. "Let me tell you, Lan Zhan, if the bigwigs got off their asses and actually funded this place better, her job would be a heck of a lot easier. That's why I wanna bring awareness to this place. It's such a rich source of learning, you know what I mean?"
Lan Zhan did know what he meant.
There was something fabulously enriching about explaining to a kid that scorpions shone a luminous green under black light, but looked perfectly dull in sandy colours under a normal torch, or showing them the inside of a turtle's shell and discovering that their spines were attached to their outer shell...that look of pure, innocent wonder in their eyes as each fact was processed...it was unbeatable.
Lan Zhan liked to think he and Wei Ying were responsible for spreading that same joy onto the next generation and who knew? Maybe even if one child decided that zookeeping and making a living out of caring for animals was the way to go, then that made everything else worthwhile.
They parted ways at the reptile house.
But Lan Zhan stared after him long after his shadow had disappeared, just thinking...
************
Around midday when the zoo was teeming with children and adults alike, that's when it happened.
Lan Zhan was walking past the snow leopards sunning themselves lazily, watching him pick his way through the sea of short people, when there was a cry from up ahead.
There were more shouts and someone screamed with a "save him! Someone save him, please!"
The crowd of children and their guardians surged forward, preventing Lan Zhan from being able to move faster than he would have liked, but he was swept along in the right direction.
There was more screaming and just as he got to the bear sanctuary, he saw a sight that stopped his heart.
Wei Ying.
He was standing on the ledge of the tall wall that guarded the spectators from their two grizzly bears, looking down into the bear pit.
And then he jumped in.
*******
Wei Ying had been whistling along, minding his own business when he happened to look up and see a woman holding a child over the wall that separated the grizzly bears from the crowd.
It was such an incredibly stupid thing to do.
Wei Ying couldn’t believe it.
There were signs up all over the place, explaining exactly why that sorry excuse for a parent should not be doing that.
People yelled at her and the woman panicked.
Wei Ying watched as if everything was happening in slow motion, because she lost her grip on her kid and he watched it fall in.
Screams erupted all around him as the crowd pushed him forward.
Wei Ying sprang into action, worried that another child would fall in at this rate. He reached the edge of the wall and turned around.
"Call 911 right now." He said to the mother, giving her something to do besides screaming. To the others, he said, "please, calm down. You're making the bears agitated with the extra noise. Help is coming. Stand back please." He pulled out his radio and called for help.
He looked around and saw Lan Zhan making his way to him, but the amount of little kids swarming around his feet made it seem like Lan Zhan was wading through quicksand.
"The bears are coming!" A kid yelled, making Wei Ying’s blood freeze.
He leaned over the edge of the wall and saw the secondary wall that provided another barrier...and he seriously considered whether or not he could make it...because that kid had been right, the bears were coming.
They had two grizzlies in this sanctuary, one male and one female. The zoo had a great reputation for breeding programs with a good success rate, and they were hoping for baby bears to be born sometime in the future...but the bad parent had just endangered three lives.
Wei Ying knew that the bears would be shot if he did not do something right now.
He remembered with sudden clarity that he still had a fistful of blueberries in his pocket...it was a wild idea...
He knew, even as the plan formed, that it was crazy. He was crazy for even thinking it...but he could see the red sneakers of the kid that had fallen in, and a quick calculation in his head created the most outrageous solution he had ever thought of.
He was running out of time: the bears, alerted by the smell of something new and different in their lair, were advancing. Their silky brown fur glistened in the sunlight as Wei Ying made his decision.
He pulled out some of his blueberries and threw them as far away from the kid as possible...knowing the bears would not be able to resist.
And then he jumped inside the bear pit.
There were more screams as the crowd went wild, yet one voice stood out in its anguished cry.
"WEI YING!!!"
But Wei Ying had no time to dwell on anything other than his mission. It was just stupid enough to work, he thought wryly, landing on the second wall.
The bears had sniffed out the berries and finished them off, and now their inquisitive noses were leading them back towards the kid, who was now standing up and crying loudly. He looked to be around five years old.
Wei Ying had a flash of sympathy for him.
It wasn't his fault that his mother was an idiot.
Wei Ying pulled out the rest of his blueberries, knowing full well that if this failed, he and the kid were as good as dead. The bears too, would be killed.
In all this mess, Wei Ying couldn’t help but think they were the innocent victims here.
They never asked for a kid to fall into their sanctuary...but they would undoubtedly be the collateral damage.
He threw the berries and prayed, leaping into the bear pit and grabbing the kid.
"Here, kid, climb up." He coaxed quickly, helping him stand on the second ledge.
Wei Ying didn’t risk a second glance at the bears; he had no more blueberries left anyway and there was no time to think.
Up ahead, Lan Zhan’s face came into view and he leaned out over the edge to grab the child that Wei Ying lifted out.
Sirens could be heard all around them as the crowd of kids, teachers and parents cheered. The rest of the security team and other zookeepers arrived, shooing them back.
Wei Ying saw Lan Zhan put the child down somewhere and he was back, holding out his hand.
"Come on! HURRY!" He yelled.
Wei Ying had never heard the quiet man yell before.
But there was another problem.
One he hadn’t thought of when he'd jumped in.
"Lan Zhan...I'm too short..." He called out.
"NO! YOU CAN JUMP!" Lan Zhan shouted back, desperation and hope warring in his golden eyes.
His fierce gaze burned with intensity and Wei Ying made himself a promise there and then.
If he got out alive, he would finally pick up the courage to tell Lan Zhan how he felt.
It couldn't be harder than jumping into a pit full of predators, right?
He closed his eyes and prayed to everything holy that this would work.
And then he leaped up into the air.
There was a split second where he thought he had failed and he was going to fall back in...but then, he felt the warmest hand clasp his own and with superhuman strength, Lan Zhan pulled him up and out of there.
The cheers and screaming were deafening.
Lan Zhan wrapped his other arm around him and hugged Wei Ying's body tightly, both of them trembling and shaking.
Paramedics split them up and took Wei Ying away to be checked out.
Elaine came running towards Lan Zhan, fear on her face.
She managed to get to him too as the zookeepers and security began shepherding the people and children out of there.
"I need a report. ASAP." She told him immediately, standing by his side. "This is a shit storm."
Lan Zhan agreed.
**********
Someone had called the press.
It was a circus outside.
Lan Zhan was still shaking from the adrenaline rush, sitting in the locker room staring at the metal lockers, his mind blank save for the image of Wei Ying jumping into the bear pit.
After the initial shock had worn off, Lan Zhan had realised that both Wei Ying and the terrible parent had been whisked off to the supervisor's office, where police had been called. The child was being looked after by social services right now, and Elaine was having to provide an account of what had happened, along with Wei Ying’s eye witness account.
The very real truth was, they could all be fired and the bears could also die.
But Lan Zhan wasn't thinking about any of that.
All he could think about was the fact that he could have lost Wei Ying today.
How fragile was life?
How was it that in a split second, someone's entire existence would boil down to life or death?
Two sides of the same coin.
Lan Zhan was probably still in shock.
He had been unable to take the mess of confusion outside Elaine's office. The noise made his head hurt while his heart pounded painfully in his chest and he knew he had to find somewhere quiet where he could be alone.
The locker room.
It was late now, nearly ten o'clock at night.
Normally, Lan Zhan would be asleep by now but the excitement of the day still thrummed in his veins and he couldn’t bring himself to go home. Not until he knew what was going to happen to Wei Ying now.
Everyone else had left.
Lan Zhan sat on the cold, hard wooden bench, eyes unseeing as his mind replayed the same scene in his head, over and over again.
The door slammed behind him, making him jump.
It was followed by the familiar whistling only one man could do.
Lan Zhan turned just as Wei Ying said, "oh! Lan Zhan! I didn't think you'd still be here." Wei Ying came and stood before him.
Lan Zhan looked up.
Wei Ying was staring back at him, an enigmatic look on his face. His silver eyes were swirling with unspoken emotions.
Lan Zhan hadn't realised he was holding his breath anxiously.
There was uncertainty lurking in those mercurial orbs now.
Lan Zhan stood up to his full height, only a few inches towering over the other.
Wei Ying licked his lips...nervously?
"Just what were you thinking?" It came out as a low growl, a warning.
Lan Zhan stepped forward.
"Er...Lan Zhan-"
"Do you have any idea what was going through my mind when you jumped in there?" Lan Zhan had no inkling why he was so angry, but rage spread through his veins like poison, making him advance on Wei Ying like a predator stalking his prey.
"Come on, Lan Zhan! You know as well as me, if I hadn't done that, there'd be three dead and a lawsuit around our necks. I had to do it!" Wei Ying defended himself, stepping back.
His eyes were wild, like thunderstorm clouds waiting to strike.
"You had to do it?" Lan Zhan repeated, in disbelief.
Wei Ying nodded.
The tension was thick here, static electricity humming in between them.
He would have said something else but suddenly Lan Zhan was slamming him into the lockers, grabbing his hips even as his hot mouth came down onto Wei Ying’s lips.
This kiss was brutal in its severity, bruising with the force of his emotions. Wei Ying was swept away in a hurricane of need and want and desire, and everything in between as his hands gripped Lan Zhan’s shoulders, kissing him back with an urgency that defied reason.
Wei Ying could feel Lan Zhan’s huge palms pulling him ever closer, resting on his back and he shivered even as sharp teeth bit into his bottom lip. A hot tongue, contrastingly soft soothed as well as stoked the fires of passion erupting deep within Wei Ying’s chest.
Wei Ying had never been kissed like this, as if it was necessary for Lan Zhan’s existence, and to be wanted in such a hungry fashion made Wei Ying feel giddy with love.
He felt as if someone had finally smacked some sense into his brain as he made this connection: he loved Lan Zhan.
This sudden clarity was like the sun obliterating the clouds of confusion and gifting him a rainbow of love.
Wei Ying sagged finally, the events of the day finally catching up with him, and he knew that it was only the cold metal behind his back and the wall of deliciously warm muscles in front holding him up.
He opened his silver eyes, looking into lava hot golden ones, passion still simmering in those amber depths.
Wei Ying felt dazed. His fingers lifted up to his swollen, tender lips, feeling their sensuous softness.
"What was that?" He whispered.
Lan Zhan blushed...well, his ears did.
Wei Ying smiled at that.
"I want to do that again." Wei Ying said softly. He realised his fingers had clenched the front of Lan Zhan’s zookeeper t-shirt...but he didn't let go.
Lan Zhan...did not know what was happening to him.
When Wei Ying had smiled like that, so openly and innocently, the fire in his body had suddenly died, replaced by an overwhelming desire to protect this man.
So now, because Wei Ying wanted them to kiss again, his lips touched Wei Ying’s gently, once, twice and then the third time, he stayed.
The kiss was filled with relief and hope, sweeping over him like a tidal wave of love.
In that moment, Lan Zhan knew that even if Wei Ying did not feel the same way, he could be content if Wei Ying was happy, wherever he was.
It was a freeing realisation.
And the wonder of this was that Wei Ying was kissing him back...and that could only mean one thing...right?
This time, when they broke apart, Lan Zhan pulled him closer just to hug him.
"I am sorry." He said, feeling Wei Ying stiffening suddenly. "Not for kissing you." He quickly added.
It was the right thing to say because Wei Ying relaxed once more, melting into his chest.
"I am sorry because I did not ask how Wei Ying is feeling right now? Were you hurt?" Lan Zhan asked.
Wei Ying smiled giddily at him, shaking his head.
"Lan Zhan...I have to tell you something..." He began. He looked nervous again.
Lan Zhan decided that he didn't like that; Wei Ying should always look happy.
No...Wei Ying should always be happy.
Wei Ying stepped away from him then, and Lan Zhan immediately felt the loss of his warmth. He started pacing.
"I...I made myself a promise today." He was saying, lost in his thoughts.
"What kind of promise?" Lan Zhan asked him, watching the shiver run through his body.
"When...when I...couldn't come back out...I swore to myself that I was going to tell you the truth." Wei Ying knew he was shaking...but he had to get the words out.
If he didn't do it now, he was going to chicken out...he knew that. He carried on pacing, thinking about which words he should use...but wasn't it more important to be honest? Just say exactly what was in his mind?
"It was risky...what you did." Lan Zhan said, coming closer.
"I know...but I can't apologise for that." He sounded sorry though.
"I know why you did it." Lan Zhan admitted.
With those words, all the remaining tension left his body.
Lan Zhan only wanted one thing now.
And he was right here.
Wei Ying looked up into that wall of hard muscle. He raised his arms up...and then he suddenly didn't know what to do with them. He looked helplessly at his hands.
Lan Zhan stepped right into his space, his pale, elegant fingers clasping around Wei Ying’s wrists.
They both shivered.
"What truth?" Lan Zhan whispered.
"That I...that I think I love you." Wei Ying was distracted by the golden flecks shimmering in those amber eyes, molten and fiery.
"You...think?" Somehow Lan Zhan felt much bolder suddenly.
He yanked on Wei Ying’s wrists so their chests collided, and all the breath left Wei Ying’s lungs.
"I." Lan Zhan bent down and kissed his sugar lips. "Love." Another kiss. "You." One more kiss, but this one was all the more sweeter.
There was something so addictive about kissing him, Lan Zhan felt as if he could do this forever. Wei Ying was here, alive and breathing in his arms, and it was better than being with his bunnies.
Wei Ying was kissing him back with a passion, molding himself as close as could to Lan Zhan’s body and moaning into his mouth. Lan Zhan knew that if they kept this up, he was not going to be able to control himself.
He wanted so much more than this...
They winded up sitting on the bench. Lan Zhan could not bear sitting so far from his Wei Ying, so in a single move, he lifted Wei Ying into his lap, setting him perfectly in. Wei Ying looped his arms loosely around Lan Zhan’s neck, smiling down at him.
"So...Lan Er-Gege...you love me, huh?" He said with reddened well-kissed lips.
Lan Zhan nodded eagerly.
"When...when did you know?" Wei Ying bent his hot face so it was resting against Lan Zhan’s neck.
This was so much better than anything he had imagined before. Lan Zhan loved him? It felt so surreal.
"That first day...with the wolves." Lan Zhan admitted.
"What??" Wei Ying was shocked. "Way back then?"
Lan Zhan nodded.
"Why didn't you say anything?" Wei Ying asked him gently. He kissed Lan Zhan’s cheek for encouragement, smiling when his grip on Wei Ying’s waist tightened.
"Was afraid."
"You? You were afraid?" Wei Ying asked, incredulously. "Why?"
"Wei Ying is beautiful...talented, gorgeous...outgoing, friendly...better than-"
Wei Ying stopped his next words with his hand, covering Lan Zhan’s mouth so he couldn’t speak.
"You better not say what I think you were going to, Lan Zhan." His silver eyes were a little red now, shimmering with unshed tears. "I was scared too."
"Wei Ying was scared? Why?" Lan Zhan didn't believe him. But he knew Wei Ying didn’t lie.
"When I first saw you, you were standing in the sunshine, and it was making you glow...I had never seen anyone so beautiful before." Wei Ying cupped Lan Zhan’s face now, making sure the golden-eyed beauty understood every word he was saying. "You looked so...conflicted...and I just...I wanted to make whatever was bothering you go away. There was something so...so real about you. And I couldn't understand myself back then...I had no labels for whatever I was feeling." Wei Ying kissed him again, this ice cream sweetness lingering between them.
"And Wei Ying knows now?" Lan Zhan tried not to feel so hopeful.
Wei Ying nodded enthusiastically. "I don't know when it happened, but you charmed the socks off me. I only wanted to be around you...I was constantly looking for where you might be...I wanted you to see only me...all of me." He sighed. "I didn't know that it was love. I mean, in my defence, I've never fallen in love with anyone before, so how was I supposed to know what it feels like?"
"And?" Lan Zhan knew he was pushing but he didn't want Wei Ying to be unsure.
"I love you...my Lan Zhan." Wei Ying said.
This time it was Lan Zhan who crashed their lips together in an endless kiss. Wei Ying was squirming in his lap and making all kinds of wet noises...and Lan Zhan was gripping his self control like a man hanging onto the edge of a cliff.
"I love Wei Ying." He said when they parted.
Wei Ying gave him a blinding smile.
"Well then," he purred, "I have one more question left."
"Are we still employed here?" Lan Zhan asked.
Wei Ying stared at him for a full ten seconds before clutching his sides laughing. Lan Zhan patiently waited him for him to calm down.
Wei Ying wiped his eyes, still giggling.
"Well, I have some exciting news about that. As you know, when there's a lot of uncertainty around, it could go either way, right? People in charge usually wait to see which way the wind's blowing before making up their minds...only in this case, the public is on our side. Someone did a petition for us and the zoo on Twitter and Facebook, and so far we're winning. We're not getting fired any time soon, pal."
He looked so happy that Lan Zhan had to kiss him again.
"So what did Wei Ying want to ask?" Lan Zhan said, when they couldn't breathe any more.
"Oh...that's easy. Your place or mine?"
THE END
A/N
Dear fabulous readers,
This one was inspired by the two zoos that we visited, and it's a gift for my Bestie edzooc8r because she's been the best! This holiday has really and truly been lovely. I have been so well taken care of that I know I'm going to miss her like my next breath.
I'm only here for another two days and I cannot thank her enough for her warm welcome. I appreciate every single second in her company, and it was only because of her that people in our group were able to meet and share wonderful times together.
Thank you Bestie!!
I hope you guys enjoy this one-shot...no more parts necessary.
Charlie.
