Winter's POV.....

"Let's go to the cafeteria." Jake said as we started walking.
Just when we are about to turn where the staircase are I saw her coming.

"Oh no she's coming towards us." I said a little loudly cause everyone is looking at me now.

"Who" Perry asked confusingly.

I pointed my finger straight, they all followed my finger, "There she is in that green dress." I said and told them what she did to make me this nervous.

"She gave me flowers out of nowhere.

"WHAT" Sky and Jake said shockingly and in sync.

"Yeah she just gave me a bunch of blue lilies and said, Let's be friends. We didn't even introduce ourselves personally or even said hey. I don't even know her name. And when I asked her why she's giving me flowers when we can be friends by just saying Hey, she said 'you smiled at me." I told them what happened skipping most parts.

Remembering what actually happened in maths class.

*8:15am Math class*

She came late in math class as she entered after convincing Mrs Smith, our math teacher that she's late because of her brother's again. She straight up came and without looking at me, sat in front of me.
She had dark waist length black hairs, has flowers in them. Wearing a warm green dress.

Okay I'm staring at her now and that's very rude. I looked up in the front focusing on Mrs Smith as she starts the class.

"So, we have a good news for our girls here in our boring math class, as you all say behind my back." She said loudly and a little annoyingly. While Looking at me, she smiled a little before saying,

"Hello young man or may I say, third young man in our very boring math class." I look around and I was indeed, the third boy in this class, the only two beside me, were sitting in the front chairs both wearing glasses looking absolute nerds and turned around to look at me not just them, the whole class is looking at me specifically all the girls, except the one sitting in front of me.

She's busy making a bracelet out of flowers this girl sure loves flowers a lot. I guessed because everything around her is green and flowery.

I stood up greeting, "Good Morning Ma'am." smiling a little.

"Oh My you're so polite young man, would you like to introduce yourself to the class." Mrs Smith said this time genuinely smiling.

I nodded while walking straight in the front standing beside her. I looked at the front before starting.

"Hello everyone, My name is Winter Wood and I shifted here last week with my mom and sister from italy. I'm really looking forward to seeing this beautiful place more and yes to make friends and complete my education."

Everyone clapped, I heard some girls hooting and looking at me strangely raising eyebrows and winking. Mrs Smith told me to go back to my seat as I was going back the girl in the green dress raised her hand a little to look at her flower bracelet that she was making. She really is talented I thought, looking at her bracelet that looks so beautiful in her hand.

She looked up straight at me catching me smiling at her. I looked at her scarlet green eyes before looking down and walked over to my desk. She turned around swiftly. I looked at her she looked a little confused and I guess taken aback by my reaction, I smiled at her again she tilt her head to the right I did the same, still smiling and finally she smiled back at me, and turned around as Mrs Smith started explaining something.

When the bell rang, I stood up placing my books and stuff in my bag. She stood up and raised her hand towards me holding bright blue lilies, where did she get these flowers? Did she had them in her bag? I had so many questions. I looked at her raising my eyebrows questioningly.

"Let's be friends" she said in her angelic voice.

I'm shocked because of her action.
I took the flowers from her because it's ill-mannered to embarrass someone in public. But I did ask her slowly not making a fuss because few students are still in the class and looking at us.

"We can be friends by just saying Hey' to each other, why are you giving me flowers?"

"Because you smiled at me." She replied smiling showing her Pearl white teeth's.

Okay now she's making me nervous or something that I never felt before.

"Umm I'm going to be late for my class, I'll see you around bye "I just blurted out before speeding off to my locker.

Gently putting the flowers in my locker, breathing in and out, relaxing my jumping heart. I thought about what happened one more time before heading to the music room.

"Winter you should've introduced her to me like I introduced Kiran and you. I think that girl just wanted to make you comfortable here and really wanted to be your friend." Perry objected getting me out of my thoughts.

"I,I ,I just wanted some time to think  it's not like that, she didn't made me uncomfortable but, giving flowers and saying that lets be friends was totally new and unique for me Perry I got confused that's all." I answered my sister.

"I totally understand you Win, but sometimes you need to get a hold of your emotions for not letting people around you sad or hurt by your actions or words." Perry said making me understand what I did was wrong.

"You should go to her and officially introduce yourself to her and start your friendship." She added.

Sometimes Perry really behaves like a mature adult or a elder sister although we are the same age but I'm glad she guide's me well.

"You're right, what I did was wrong, and now I'm going to fix everything."I said looking at my sister who's already smiling at me.

"Look she's coming towards us" Kiran said excitedly.

I looked at her direction as the distance between us is not much now. As soon as she looked at me, she started smiling ear to ear again making my heart do tricks inside my chest. I smiled back instantly.

"You guys met already while I was in my art class."She said loudly clapping her hands.

"Winter meet our cousin sister, "Azalea Flaer."Jake said while childishly laughing at me Sky is smiling too.

"Your cousin sister?" I questioned them confusingly. "Why didn't you guys told me earlier?"

"Then we wouldn't be able to see your reaction towards our weird sister although, I must say you really are a good boy. You didn't used the word 'weird' for her." Jake answered me honestly.

"Oh no, did I made you nervous or embarrassed?" Azalea asked sadly. "Actually, you smiled seeing the bracelet I made and then you smiled at me. I thought you were making fun of me like everyone else do but you were genuinely smiling at me. Thats why I gave you flowers. Your eyes weren't mocking me but sparkling like snow, honestly."

"I'm so sorry if I hurt your feelings because of my idiotic behavior." I apologized immediately.

"No no, I'm sorry for scaring or making you nervous and by the way,
I'm Azalea flaer. I was too excited for giving you flowers that I forgot to introduce myself so, would you be my friend?"She said offering me her hand.

The boyish instinct kicked in so fast as I hold her soft like flower petal hand in mine.

"Hello Azalea, I'm Winter Wood, and I'll be glad to be your friend." I answered her smilingly.

I know, I promised to double update but , I got confused between my chapters, I thought, I updated 10 chapters but no I updated 9 and this one is 10th.
And I was gonna double update chapter 11 & 12.
I will in two days, I promise that
But yes it's my mistake, so chapter 11 is gonna be Azalea's first pov and chapter 12 will be a twist to this story, finally kicking off to it's real thing.
