9/10 - Neatness
The design is very neat, but there's a lot going on within the cover (mainly decals) which makes it slightly crowded. Also, happy new year isn't placed perfectly - it's good, just for example, year is really close to the lantern. These things are minor though and I still love it!!

9.5/10 - Spelling & Fonts
Your username is blended and doesn't take away from the quality of your design (this often isn't the case, so great job!!), but the happy new year's colouring doesn't blend well.

20/20 - Creativity
Very creative! I love the graphic so much, everything blends and what you chose to include within the design matches the general theme of the banner so well!

19/20 - Colour Scheme
The coloring is not as flawless as it could be - the previously mentioned new year's colouring and the colouring of the image underneath doesn't blend with everything you placed on the design as well as it could. Mind you, it's very minor and the design itself is still really great!
