R O L E S / P O S I T I O N S

🌹- They need to manage the Aeris Community. They must be sure that everything is put in its place, and everyone manages to do their work without problems.

🌹- They need to be patient, trustworthy, responsible, and have leadership skills, to communicate well with all members of the community.

🌹- They will replace the founder and co-founder when they are on hiatus, they will also work together to maintain the community.

🌹- They will write the introduction, description, help write promotions and other things for our community books.

🌹- They need to be creative, good in English and experience.

🌹- They must pay attention to the smallest details for project planning.

🌹- They have to be creative to come up with new ideas for the community, planning skills, very organized.

🌹- They will do promotions for the promotions shops and also for the community.

🌹- They must have at least 100+ followers

🌹- They will take care of the bio shops, and they will also do the bio of the community, and of the books, making sure that everything looks aesthetic.

🌹- They will ensure that those in the Text Designer team have respected the theme of the book, they also choose the theme of the community. They will also make icons and backgrounds for the theme shop.

🌹- They will judge the books that their are assigned the community awards. They will judge the books by leaving comments and remarks.

🌹- They will present the winners and the prizes and together with the founder and co-founder will create the awards theme.

🌹- They need to be kind and have experience in hosting awards.

🌹- They will be our aces, they must know how to work with most positions, so that, when a member is on hiatus, they can take their place.

🌹- They must be decent in all positions, creative and flexible

🌹- They will interview new members added to the community they will also interview writers or award winners.

🌹- They must be active on Discord, kind and must have experience in interviewing.

🌹- They will check if new forms will appear for the community. He must also know how to answer practical questions.
