Information:

One day before Monday. One day before a week in hell. Problem was, Izuku entered the gates of flame and steam before he knew it. Once again, it was early in the morning, and Izuku stood up from his bed with a feeble demeanor. His eyes slightly bloodshot, and his mouth dry. His body aching as if he was training with All Might all over again.

Izuku glances over at his trash-can. He needed to dispose of it. And definitely see what the hell his problem was. He almost forgot about throwing up entirely. The reminder of a flower slipping past his tender lips became a distant memory and almost left him entirely. He felt dazed. He got up, feeling the cold floor beneath him send tingles up his feet. With each step he took, tiredness gracefully left his body.

He grabs his trash and ties the top securely before picking it up and slipping on some sandals. As he was walking, the memories of the past two days flooded his mind. He knew something was wrong. He need to find out. He made his way outside, the sun basking his soft skin. His face felt the heat radiating of the the stars glow, and he smiled. It was so peaceful in the morning.

He threw his trash away and looked at the wall. Izuku managed a hoarse laugh as he remembered Togata Mirio's face popping up in front of him that one day.

The day had only begun and he was already board. As he walked inside he saw nobody in the kitchen. He smiled, knowing he was alone in peace. Izuku walked to the fridge and got out some fruit. He decided to eat healthy this morning, not that he didn't eat healthy — Izuku didn't want to be sick again.

Izuku ate in silence. It was a peaceful silence, but he couldn't help but feel like loneliness was tangible, resting near his fingertips. He started thinking about how lonely he really felt.

He loved his friends. Adored them even. But that twitch of hurt lingered. He thought about how they weren't first years anymore, and how some of their classmates had even started dating. He felt lonely. Which is understandable considering how everyone else is flaunting their relationship with flamboyance.

Izuku didn't feel "worthy" of a relationship with someone he truly cared about. He never felt worthy when it came to him.

     "Shitty Deku," Katsuki suddenly says.

He sure does appear at the right moment, huh?

"Greetings Kacchan..." Izuku says, not noticing how somber his greeting really was. Katsuki stopped walking for a minute. He was surprised. Izuku seemed off. He felt it the first day on Monday, but the feeling grew even more now.

"What the hell is wrong with you?" Katsuki asks trying not to show concern.

"Oh- uh, n-nothing! I'm just tired is all..." Izuku claims. He wasn't exactly lying, he was a little tired, even if he felt energized this morning. He finished his bowl of fruit and washed his bowl. Katsuki grabbed his water bottle from the fridge. He was glad nobody touched it or someone would have been blown to bits.

"Hey, uhh... Deku," Katsuki starts. Izuku turns around as he was about to head into the bathroom to brush his teeth and maybe take a shower. "I, train with me today. Let's sprawl or some shit!" Katsuki demands more than questioning him. Izuku smiled softly.

Katsuki was being nice. Well, as nice as he could probably get. Izuku nodded his head and said he would meet Katsuki on training grounds. Izuku decided to skip the shower, knowing he would need one after his workout. He brushed his teeth and looked up in the mirror. He didn't see any weird illusions. He felt fine. Completely normal. He wasn't sure what happened.

Izuku grabs his workout clothes and changes into them. He then slips on his shoes and brings a training bag with him. With extra clothes and a first aid kit for obvious reasons. He makes his way to where Katsuki has been stretching.

Izuku sets down his stuff and starts stretching himself as Katsuki readies his hands. Izuku gulped, feeling very nervous. Izuku finished stretching and cracked his hands and rolled his shoulder. His shoulder has been feeling sore lately, and he hasn't had time to work it out yet. The two boys got into a fighting position.

"What do we work on first?" Izuku asks. Our relationship is what Izuku wanted to say to answer his own question but Katsuki beat him too it.

     "Let's work on defense,"

Izuku nodded. It was obvious Katsuki was going to attack him for their first round. Izuku was working on his defense, not the other way around. Katsuki had a running start and without using his quirk he aimed a pinch towards Izuku. Izuku lifted his arm and blocked the straight forward punch and harshly pushed Katsuki's chest. He could have punched him, but that would have been too harsh.

Katsuki then knocks Izuku off his feet. Izuku would have hit the grown but Katsuki gripped his arm before he fell. Izuku gasped as he felt his body shake a bit. "What's wrong?" Katsuki asks with a foreign tone.

     "N-nothing!" Izuku replies.

"Liar." Katsuki simply says as he harshly helps Izuku stand up. Izuku stands there as Katsuki walks over to his bag and drinks his water. He glanced at Izuku and feels sudden rage. He hated seeing Izuku so upset. It made him mad. He wanted to hit Izuku. But he technically already did.

"I'm-I'm not..." Izuku starts and then the sickness. He feels dizzy and stumbles a bit. Katsuki's voice seemed to distance itself from Izuku's eardrums as the last thing Izuku saw was Katsuki running towards him.

He hit the ground.

🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺

Izuku opened his eyes and he saw blurred figures standing in front of him. He tries to sit up but he felt a warm hand gently touch his shoulder. "Stay still Midoriya," Mr. Aizawa...

Izuku lays back down and realized he was laying in a bed. He looked around and squinted his eyes as the sunlight bursts through the windows. "What... what happened?" Izuku asks his throat feeling unbearably dry.

"Bakugo told us you fainted." Recovery Girl states. Izuku looks to the side as she sees her take out the I.V in his arm. He flinched slightly when the needle was pulled out.

"He's been acting weird all week," Katsuki suddenly says and Izuku whips his head around to stare at the blonde. His face was unreadable, except for the scowl that always painted his face.

"I have to agree... Midoriya, what's been bothering you?" Aizawa asks with clear concern.

"I'm not..." Izuku starts and suddenly nausea overtakes him and he slaps a hand over his mouth. Katsuki grabs the trash and Izuku immediately vomits into the trash. He didn't want it to be blood. He was praying it wasn't. And to his luck it wasn't. But the process wasn't far behind.

His body started to shake and Recovery Girl felt his forehead. Her face goes perplexed and glanced at the boys to see they were curious. "I don't feel a fever... Bakugo, take him back to the dorms. Midoriya, you are to stay there for two days. If this gets worse come back to me please." Recovery Girl concludes before handing Izuku a water and helps him stand.

Katsuki groaned lowly and Aizawa glared at him fiercely. "C'mon Deku... I'll take you back," not like he had any other choice.

The two walk back to the dorms. Izuku was guessing he was brought to the Recovery room. The walk was quiet and awkward and Izuku felt that familiar itch to cough as his chest hurt slightly.

They made it back and Izuku started to head straight for his room but Katsuki instinctively grabbed his hand. Izuku stopped abruptly and turned around with tears in his eyes.

     "Deku..."

"How long was I out for?"

"An hour. I don't want you dying or some shit, so I'm going to make you some soup,"

Izuku smiled sadly. Katsuki still held onto Izuku's hand absently. Izuku loved how warm his hands felt in his. They were slightly bigger and even though Katsuki was harsh, his hands felt so delicate. Katsuki rips his hand away suddenly and walks into the kitchen while Izuku walks up to his room. He passes some worries glances and closes his door softly. His eyes shake as he holds back tears.

He was scared.

Katsuki walks into the kitchen and watched as everyone glances at him. He groans before starting the soup. "Ask your questions now or please for we hold your damn peace!"

     "What happened?"

     "Is Midoriya okay?!"

     "Where were you two?"

     "Isn't he sick?"

     "Are you two okay?!"

"SHUT UP!" Katsuki shouts as a series of questions were thrown his way. "He fainted while we were sprawling. And I think he's fine! He's just not feeling well. And even though it's none of your DAMN business, we were with Recovery girl so shut your traps," Katsuki explains.

"Are you okay?" Uraraka asks. Katsuki rolled his eyes and replied with a simple 'yes' before continuing with the soup. Some people commented on Katsuki's reaction. He seemed worried but now he was back to his usual self.

Katsuki finishes the soup and takes it to Izuku's room. He knocks on it lightly and shouted out to him. It was a minute before Izuku opened the door. He seemed more happy to see Katsuki. The soup took longer than expected to brew, but it was finally finished. He handed it to Izuku and the two walked into his room.

"Thank you..." Izuku thanks him. He takes a spoonful of the soup and hums. The soup was so tasty he almost scarfed it all down.

"Are you going to tell me what's wrong?"

     "No." Izuku bluntly states.

"Why not?" Katsuki asks feeling more aggressive.

"Because, nothing is wrong. Why are you even worried? You never worried about me,"

"I never said I was worried!" Katsuki exclaims.

"Then you can stop asking me ridiculous questions," Izuku says. And Katsuki stood up feeling attacked.

"I'm not the one worried. The extras are! So why don't you tell them nothing's wrong because I know sure as hell your little acting skills aren't going to fool anyone. Because they sure as hell aren't fooling me!" Katsuki says and Izuku freezes.

"I'm fine, Kacchan. Nothing is wrong! I'm just not feeling well and I'm upset because I can't do anything when I'm sick!"

Katsuki was quiet. He stood up and was about to leave. He opened the door and turned towards Izuku. "Don't worry so much nerd. You'll be back on your feet before you can scream All Might," he smirks at Izuku. "And besides, how will I surpass you when your not at your best?" Katsuki asks and Izuku smiles. He walks out and closes the door.

Izuku sits down and eats his soup. Katsuki could do so many things, including holding the heart of Izuku Midoriya.

Nightfall came and Izuku was in his room sweating up a storm. His body was hot and sensitive. His skin tender and burning. His skin honestly felt cold but he felt so hot. His insides were burning as the exterior icy to the touch. Izuku felt the need to rip his skin to stop the pain. He scratched his chest and gasp when a sharp pain overtook it. He barley even laid  a finger on his skin and the pain was already unbearable.

Everyone was asleep at this point. Izuku did his best to be quiet. He was glad the bathrooms were far enough away from the bedrooms or someone would hear him. He agonizingly made his way to the bathroom.

Izuku fell to his knees and couldn't help but gag. Nothing came out except saliva and drops of blood. It all landed on his hand and he knew how disgusting the scene must have looked, but to his luck no one was around to witness.

Izuku crawled his way to the bathroom and stood up. The bathrooms were recently cleaned, and the smell was nice. That's a first.

Izuku stumbled into a stall and locked it. He fell to the floor as his chest shook and his lungs felt teased with something sharp. He then felt a squeeze. His organs felt like they were being gripped and squeezed with an unforeseen force. Izuku threw up.

His vision went dark with how much force he used. The feeling of liquid didn't come from his stomach. It came from his chest. He threw up again. And there it was... A petal. It appeared so fresh and it wasn't ripped. It was delicately plucked from a freshly bloomed flower. It was tainted in blood though, but it looked more alive than ever.

Izuku threw up again. The feeling of blood coated the insides of his lungs as they flew up through his throat and down into the toilet. The feeling was horrible. Almost like drowning and having water in your lungs, but this substance had a thicker substance, a more potent smell and metallic taste. The taste was disgusting. Izuku wanted to puke again. He hated the taste of blood, it was too thick.

He despises it actually. But he would later learn to love it as it's his only reminder of how alive he is. And how he's dying. Then something came into Izuku's mind.

     He was dying.

Izuku didn't know what was wrong with him, but he knew he was done. He was going to die. Izuku had a gut feeling, he jus knew. The thought was there but it hadn't settled in yet.

Izuku watched how the blood stained the water red and the petals float atop. They swam and collided. Izuku felt a tear roll down his face. The pain was next level, he might even have a new record on the pain scale.

Izuku stood up and his vision goes black for a second. All the blood rushes around his body, and he lost a lot of blood in the process. He flushed the toilet and watched as the red swirled down with the petals. Izuku walks all the way to his room and grabs his towel. Then he grabs a new pair of clothes and makes his way to the showers.

Izuku turned on the shower and let the water get hot. He stripped himself of his clothes and set them to the side. He steps into the shower, he lucky kept his soaps in a secure place so no one would use them. Izuku lets the hot water trickle down his frame. It was hot and he felt the burn, but he couldn't bring himself to turn the water to a lower setting, even if it was a smidge.

As he lathered the calming forest-like soap scent in his hair he stopped. He stood there before hyperventilating. He let the tears fall, as they didn't matter in the shower. He cries. He sobs. He didn't know what was wrong with him, and he was scared. He wasn't ready yet. The idea of death finally sank in as he almost stumbled to the floor. He wanted to throw up again, but not because of the pain, but because of the sheer terror he was soon to face.

Izuku breathes in and out but it felt staggered. His head swam with thoughts and he didn't know what to think. He thought he was going to die. He didn't know how long. How many people was he going to say goodbye to?

Izuku then got soap in his eye and he washed the rest of his hair out. He then lathered his body in soap and scrubbed. And scrubbed. And scrubbed.

After his shower Izuku looked in the mirror. His face covered in flowers. Izuku gasped and then he moved away from the mirror swiftly. He slipped on the floor and landed on his ass. At least his head was okay... physically.

Izuku stood up and walked back to his room wearing his clothes. He closed the door and shut his door. His room lights were off and he was so tired. He just walked over to his bed and shut his eyes. He let blackness take over and he fell asleep.
