⚠️Warnings: Profanity, Blood, hallucinations, detailed⚠️
Information: It's a Friday, and Izuku doesn't know that things were about to change. I'm not sure how many Kobe fans are out there but he sadly died today 1/26/2020 and so did his daughter. He died in a helicopter accident and it was truly heartbreaking. So Rest In Peace to both of them, because they didn't deserve to go out so cruelly.

Waking up with a pounding headache was the first sign that this day was going to be complete shit. He sits up squeezing his eyes shut as his head throbs with anticipation. He almost groans because of the pain, this was painful. He takes a few deep breaths and there was a deafening ringing in his ear. He looks around feeling hot, but woke up in a cold sweat. His throat felt sore and his chest hurt. He throws his blankets off and places his feet down onto his floor and the instant they make contact, everything went away.

Izuku didn't know what to think. His eyes hurt, and his head felt much better. His chest still felt the same. Izuku stood up and walked all the way to the communal bathrooms in the dorms. He forgot to check the time and internally groans as he stops midway in the halls. He takes a deep breath and there it was again. The throbbing. The pain in his chest. His heart was racing with time. He felt panic rise. What was happening? Why was he feeling so horrible this morning?

He starts walking again, trying to ignore the pain with little patients. When the throbbing in his head became worse, the silent ringing grew and he stumbled a bit. He collided delicately with the wall, resting a palm on the beige colored cement. He breathed deeply, feeling a pressure in his chest.

He continues forward until he bluntly stops. Nausea bombards his whole being and Izuku sprints to the bathroom. He even contemplated using OFA to get there faster. Luckily, he was up so early that no one was in the bathroom, then again he didn't know the time. He was grateful though. Izuku throws open a stall door and collapsed to the floor as he surges forward, throwing up digested food and bile.

His vision blurred as tears made their way around his eyes. He threw up once again feeling nothing come up. He started coughing, feeling something in his chest. He thought it was just mucus clogging up his chest, or a small cold. Maybe a touch of the flu. But he didn't know what to think. He let the remainder of his saliva drip into the ceramic bowl and reached up to flush. He watched the disgusting greenish-brown flush down the drain.

He wobbled a bit and held his head. Now his head was perfectly clear, and his stomach felt empty. His chest felt normal to say the least. He sniffed and tasted the stomach acid in his mouth. "Ew..." he mumbled and went to the sink. Luckily, he had his toothbrush on standby, and he started brushing his teeth.

As he spit the minty substance into the sink. He turned on the water, watching the foam wash down the drain. He cupped his hands and lifted the water into his mouth. He swished around as he just watched the water form and slide down the drain once more. He saw a droplet of red and his face contorted into a confused state.

He spits the water out of his mouth and he sees blood. His eyes widened in shock and when he looked up to check his mouth in the mirror, he gasped sharply and fell to the ground onto his ass.

He saw himself in the mirror but there were green and pink flowers covering the side and bottom half of his face. Tiny flowers bloomed onto his lips and blood covered his white shirt. Whatever he saw wasn't something he wanted to see again. He gulped audibly and looked down at his hands to see he dropped his toothbrush. But he also watched his hand shake. He brought his hand up and turned his hand over, watching as his hand shook with fight or flight.

He looked back at his toothbrush and felt disgusted. He picks it up and throws it into the trash can. He looks back up into the mirror seeing him. He didn't see any traces of blood and no flowers. All he saw was how sweaty he was and his dark bags under his eyes.

He walks all the way to the showers with his towel and his school uniform. He sets his clothes to the side and hung his towel. Izuku takes a step into the shower and turns the handle. He steps out of range and watches the cold water drop down. He once again sees red forming and his eyes widened. He looks up towards the shower head and sees no blood but he looks down and sees red once again.

He cups his hands under the shower and clear transparent water forms into the cup he made with his palms. He looks at the ground and closes his eyes, heavily sighing as no blood was there. He smiles thinking he was going crazy. Maybe watching that horror movie with everyone last night wasn't the best idea.

He steps into the now hot shower. He feels his skin burn a little, but he basked in it. Especially after this morning. Maybe all that sweat can fall down his skin as he grabs his mountain rainforest soap and lathers his body in it. He moves along his skin, wanting to be-rid of his filth. He then shampooed his hair and conditioned it.

He stands in the shower and as his eyes were closed, he faces up and let's the water wash down his face. It felt nice, and calming. The scent of rain and nature playing a part in his content feeling. His soap really did wonders for him.

After five more minutes he turns the shower off and grabs his towel. He wraps it around his waist and he dries himself off. Still shaken up about what he saw, he decides to make himself a nice warm cup of tea later. After he got dressed in his uniform he heads into the kitchen. Some people were up already. He was lucky he woke up when he did or someone would know he threw up.

"Good morning, Midoriya!" Iida exclaims as he waves to Izuku. Izuku smiles and waves back happily. He walks into the kitchen and sees that Yaoyorozu had already made tea.

"Would you like some? I made it for everyone and anyone who wanted some!" Yaomomo questions. Izuku nods, agreeing to have some. God knew he needed it.

Izuku finished his cup and ate cereal that morning. He didn't feel like eating, just in case he would throw up again. But if he didn't eat, his stomach would hurt later and he would be exhausted the whole day. So, he just settled for something light and easy.

He decided to head to school early. He slipped on his shoes and grabbed his backpack, and as he was just about to start walking someone interrupted him. "Deku-kun!"

Uraraka

One of his best friends. "Hey Uraraka!" Izuku greats her.

"Heading to class early?" she questioned.

"Yes! I need a walk anyway, and it's nice and quiet. Kind of been having a rough morning..." Izuku admits sheepishly. Uraraka gives him a concerned look.

"Are you okay? Do you want to talk about it?" she asks genuinely concerned for her friend. She places a hand on his shoulder, showing him that she really cares.

"Thanks, but I think I just need some time to break away from my thoughts. But, whenever I need to talk about it, I'll come find you."

Uraraka smiled happily, getting the message that he wanted to be alone. Also, the fact that he didn't want to talk about what was bothering him. She couldn't help but be bothered by not knowing, and the fact that she really wanted to walk with him. But she respected him, and if he needed space, she would comply. "Okay! I'll see you at school."

🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺

Izuku makes it to the school, looking up to see the clouds were a bit gray. It was definitely raining at some time today. Izuku walks in and greets some teachers as he walks to class. He was tired, and he was a bit jumpy. He didn't want to feel as horrible as he did this morning. If he started feeling the same way at school, he would need to push through, or just go to the bathroom and remain in there for however long.

"Good morning, Mr. Aizawa," Izuku says softly.

"It's too early, problem child. Good morning..." Mr. Aizawa greets him sluggishly as he was wrapped in his yellow sleeping bag. Izuku smiles and sits down in his seat. He gets his notebook out and just starts going over his notes for today. They had a quiz, nothing major, but he still wanted to do well.

Once again, his head started throbbing. The pain was even worse now. He tried to ignore it but he dropped his pencil and placed a cold hand on his temple. His eyebrows furrowed in pain and he was staring to breath harder. Mr. Aizawa looked up with concern and was about to say something until everything got interrupted. "Mido-"

Laughter

Talking

Everyone piled up into the classroom. Class was going to start. And just like that, his headache was gone. Completely disappeared without any traces of it ever happening. Izuku began to worry, but he needed to get through the day. It was a Friday, so if he made it, he could have the whole weekend to himself.

"Alright class, settle down. Too loud on a morning like this. You all have a quiz today," the class groaned while others were slightly happy, "let's get started and you can have the rest of the class period to yourselves," Mr. Aizawa states and mostly everyone cheers. "Don't let that go to your head. No messing around, next week we will be doing exercises, so discuss about your strategies. Quiz begins now!"

Mr. Aizawa passed out the quizzes himself, which he usually — wait no, never does. He just hands the papers to one student and they pass them onto the next. Everyone found it a little abnormal, but they weren't going to pry. As he made it to the last row, he gives Izuku a "look" of concern. He raised his eyebrow and mouthed "are you okay?" as he handed him the paper. Izuku smiled and nodded his head.

Everyone started the quiz and it was surprisingly easy, even for Denki Kaminari. Izuku was on the back page, and he had three questions left when something dropped onto his paper. Blood. He once again thought he was seeing things, and he started to freak out. Another drop. He rubbed his eyes. The blood was still there. He reached up to his nose and rubbed. There was no blood. He looked down and no blood. He rolled his eyes and finished off the three questions in five minutes.

He turned in his paper and Mr. Aizawa discreetly asked him to stay after class. Izuku nodded nervously and headed back to his seat. Was he in trouble? Did he do something wrong? The bell rang and everyone got up to go to their next class. Izuku was about to when he suddenly remembered to stay behind. "Aren't you coming Deku-kun?" Uraraka asks curiously. Iida also stops and stands next to Uraraka waiting for Izuku to answer.

"Y-yeah, umm, I'll catch up in a bit. Mr. Aizawa wanted to see me after class," Izuku says and Iida nods his head while Uraraka glances up to Iida. She then looks back at Izuku smiling happily.

"Okay! Catch ya' later Deku!" and the two were off out the door. Everyone left and Izuku got up, picked up his backpack, and walked over to Aizawa's desk.

"You wanted to see me?" Izuku says.

"Yes, yes I did. Please take a seat," Izuku takes a seat. "Now," Aizawa starts, "are you feeling okay?"

"Yes, I-I think so," Izuku stated.

"This morning. What was that? You looked like you were frustrated or in pain?"

Izuku was quiet for a moment before answering. "I didn't feel well when I woke up this morning. And I had a headache before everyone walked in..." Izuku admits. Aizawa nods his head understanding.

"Did you need to see recovery girl?" Mr. Aizawa asks and Izuku shakes his head humming.

"N-no thank you. I've already given her enough trouble as it is," Izuku laughs nervously.

"Yes, yes you have. But... If this is serious, I want you to go to her okay? I wouldn't want you feeling under the weather on Monday."

"Yessir."

Izuku thanks Aizawa and leaves with a pass, getting ready to go to his next class.

"Baku-Bro!"

"What the hell do you want dumb hair?" Katsuki questions Eijiro Kirishima.

"I was just wondering if you were ready for today's quiz?" Kirishima asks finishing off his glass of milk and setting the glass cup into the sink.

"I'm always ready, dammit!" Katsuki exclaims as he cards a hand through his hair, getting ready to walk to school. Katsuki had woken up about ten minutes after Izuku. He walked all the way to the bathroom and brushed his teeth. He had already ate breakfast and just wanted to get everything done and over with.

He watches Izuku walk out the door and shut it. His gaze lingers as he watched the tuff of green hair bounce in the wind as he walks to the school. Something was off. And Katsuki knew it. It wasn't like he was going to make it obvious though.

Katsuki started walking towards the school and Kirishima caught up with him. So did Mina Ashido. So did Denki Kaminari. And so did Hanta Sero. Katsuki groaned and was more than annoyed. If he wasn't controlling himself he would send a blast their way and keep walking. But these were his friends, whether he would admit that or not.

They all made it to the school and Katsuki was the first to walk in as everyone else behind him followed. He saw Izuku was already in the classroom, and he rolled his eyes. Everyone walked to their seats and Katsuki sat in his, loathing that Izuku sat right behind him.

Just like when they were kids. Izuku would always be right behind him. Katsuki waited for Aizawa to be done talking before he was handed his quiz. He had to admit, it was odd that he was passing them out. He would usually just have the students do so because it was "too much work" for him.

Katsuki was already done with the first page in under five minutes. He knew all the answers and more than half of them he barely needed to read the questions. He finished first, no surprise there. Katsuki sits up and places his quiz on Aizawa's desk. Then some other students follow his actions after a few minutes.

By the time Kaminari turned his in, everyone was done. The bell rang and Katsuki packed his stuff up and grabbed his pencil that fell to the floor. He almost blew sparks because he was so irritated with everyone this morning, and now his dumb pencil fell.

"Aren't you coming Deku-kun?" Uraraka says in her high pitched bubbly voice. Katsuki's face turns blank as he doesn't hate hearing her voice, it was just a little too happy and go-lucky for his taste. He picks up his pencil and walks behind everyone that started to crowd the door. He could have pushed past them but he decided to let his ears listen to what was said next.

"Y-yeah, umm, I'll catch up in a bit. Mr. Aizawa wanted to see me after class," Izuku states. Katsuki looked back discreetly, trying not to be too obvious that he "cared" about the nerd.

Then just like that, he was in his next class.

🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺

Lunch came rolling around and Izuku was in line getting his lunch when he heard a voice. Kacchan. Izuku takes a step forward looking at his options on what to eat, but he couldn't help but glance in the blondes direction.

"No, you annoying piece of shit, stop talking to me!"

"C'mon man! It's not harmful or anything! Plus, I thought you liked video games!" Kirishima...

"Whatever, if I say yes will you shut the fu-" Katsuki was cut off.

"Hey gang! How's it going today?" Mina...

Izuku looked up and saw that the line started moving ahead. To avoid being yelled at for stalling, he moved forward and grabbed a bowl of soba. Thanks Todoroki.

Izuku brings the bowl over to the table he sits at with his friends and greets them all with his famous smile. He picks up his chop sticks and loops them through the wiggly noodles. He takes a bite and instantly feels the goodness of how delectable soba was. He goes in for another bite but looks down and he almost fell out of his seat.

The noodles now looked like guts and innards. He places his chopsticks down not wanting to look at the bloody buffet so graphically and beautifully presented in front of him. He slightly pushes his bowl back and the sudden urge to not eat overcame him entirely.

"Midoriya, what's wrong?" Todoroki asks taking a bite of his soba. Izuku looks up towards Todoroki who sat across from him. He saw Todoroki slurp up the noodles, only, they weren't noodles anymore. The slurp sound was surprisingly loud to Izuku and the juice of the noodle was replaced by blood. Izuku clenched his teeth and looked to the side folding his arms.

"Nothing, I'm fine..." Izuku says, almost unsure of himself. Everyone at the table glanced at him.

"Are you sure? You aren't eating," Iida replies finishing half of his food.

Izuku didn't know what to say. In all honestly, what the hell was he supposed to say. 'Hey guys! I see Todoroki eating intestines and organs!'

"I just uhh... I'm not feeling well." Izuku admits. He couldn't really give them an explanation, especially when he didn't know himself.

"You should go to Recovery Girl if it's that bad," Todoroki suggests as he takes another slurp of his noodles.

Izuku could now smell the blood and he covers his nose. His friends look at him with concern and Iida places a hand on his shoulder. "Midoriya, would you like me to walk you. You look pale."

"No, no it's fine! I promise, I just... I don't think I can eat right now. The days almost over anyway, it would be a shame to miss out on anything important. And you all know I've bothered Recovery Girl enough..."

The two boys glance at each other before agreeing to Izuku's terms. They were worried for their friend, but if Izuku believe he could push through, then they believed in him.

The day goes by quickly and finally everyone had their last class of the day. Even though today was a Friday, it was more or less exhausting. They had ten more minutes until being released.

The pain came crawling back. Even worse than before. Izuku's vision spiked and he almost gasped but kept his cry of pain in. He did jerk in his seat a little and only prayed that nobody noticed his reflex. His chest started to hurt and he felt like he couldn't breathe. Izuku didn't want to make a scene but he felt the urge to cough. This would be embarrassing if he coughed. He could feel the pressure of the cough. He wasn't going to cough.

Izuku just needed a distraction. He opened to a blank page in his notebook and started taking notes. It's not like he needed to, he already understood what they were learning, but this had to be one of the only things he could really bury his nose in without anything of the outside world creeping in.

And it worked. Maybe a little too well...

The bell rang and everyone got up and out of their seats. Izuku still taking notes resisting the urge to cough. "Deku-kun! C'mon, the days already over!" Uraraka says and Izuku looks up. He smiles, completely leaving behind his cough and grabbing his stuff. He joined Iida and Uraraka back to the dorms as they all walked together. The sun was nice and the sky wasn't as dark. But the clouds were soon forming overhead, making the sound of rain in the distance.

It was calming in a way, and there was no doubt, that a storm was brewing up there in the clouds.

🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺

Peers already dressed in pajamas, ready to relax for the weekend before a day in hell on Monday. Some people were in the common room while others in their dorm room. Izuku sat on the couch scrolling through his phone. He was looking at the news and saw some villain has been burning people left and right. "Damn... talk about cremation," Izuku mumbles and Sero looks over his shoulder and agrees.

"Yeah, whoever is doing that is 100% villain."

"Yeah, no shit dumb-ass!" Katsuki suddenly exclaims. Izuku felt his body tense. It's not that they weren't on horrible terms, it's just that they had just gotten to having a somewhat "normal" conversation from time to time. Usually when they were with All Might discussing OFA.

Izuku almost forgot he felt ill. How could he forget he threw up this morning, or the fact that he was seeing that's that he probably shouldn't be seeing? He suddenly remembers when he wasn't thinking at all. He felt completely fine now. This on and off cycle has started to get on his nerves. He came to the point where he would rather be sick than just to feel nauseous and then not. He would rather just be fine than to feel sick and then not. He would rather feel nothing at this point. He was so tired, and if he really was sick, he wouldn't know what he would contracted.

The flu maybe, or a small cold. A stomach bug, or if it was something he ate. The hallucinations were another story. He didn't realize how freaked out he was until now. He got up and started heading for his room. "Where the hell are you going nerd?" Katsuki calls out, filling a bowl with beef stew.

"To my room," Izuku replies casually. He was curious on why Katsuki was suddenly provoked.

"Without eating? You barely ate anything today..." Uraraka states holding a bowl as well. It smelled amazing. Izuku was definitely hungry, he just didn't want it to turn into something gruesome or lose his appetite.

"Yeah... I'm still not feeling well."

"Then stay the hell away from me. I don't want any of your shitty ass germs!" Katsuki remarks and Iida tried scolding him but utterly failed.

"Please eat something. Who knows, you might actually feel better after getting something to eat." Uraraka suggests and Izuku sighed softly before agreeing. He made himself a bowl and ate with everyone. They all started playing another movie, this time some romantic comedy. Some students laughed while others were grossed out. Izuku didn't give a damn. He just wanted to go to bed.

So, after he finished, he washed his bowl and made his way to the bathroom. Izuku was grateful he had an extra toothbrush. He was already planning on throwing it away after using it to brush his theory this morning, but accident dropping it on the bathroom floor was the final draw. He threw that plastic bastard away quickly. He now had a new one and used it.

He applied the minty substance onto his brush and brushed his teeth. Memories from his morning flashed him his mind and he tried to ignore it, but it was difficult. He spit the remains out and rinsed his mouth with water. He then smiles and inspects his teeth. They were good and clean, and thankfully straight — funny thing that he wasn't.

Ahh, yes. Our own Izuku Midoriya wasn't completely straight. He at first had a crush on Uraraka, due to the fact that he's never really talked to a girl until the entrance exams. Until the entrance exams, he's never had any real friends. He was lonely and picked on. He didn't let it being him down, even though there were times where he broke down and wanted to give up. He never did. Oh how that thought would change in the near future.

He finally made friends entering U.A. And Uraraka was the first girl he had talked to and was actually kind to him. The two had a little "thing" going on, but Izuku forgot about it and focused more on his hero training. Who knows, Uraraka still might like him...

Who he does like, remains a mystery, even though to some it was painfully obvious.

Izuku walked all the way to his dorm room and turned his light off. He turned off his alarm, not wanting it to wake him up anytime soon. Izuku then crawls into bed, feeling more tired then usual. He tucks himself in and closes his eyes, falling into a deep sleep, hoping that whatever he was fighting off in his immune system would go away.

It wasn't his immune system that was the issue...

🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺

Eyes flinging open and drowsiness completely flew out the window as he woke up and sprinted out of bed. He flung his door open, making it knock back into his wall as he raced down the corridor and into the bathroom. He opens a stall and starts coughing. Here it was again. But worse. How could each time be more excruciating than the last? He coughed and heaved and threw up remains of dinner due to how hard he protected. His eyes blurred and his chest hurt.

He heaved and threw up. It was a ghost-like puke. Nothing came out but he felt the urge to jerk forward. He placed his hands on the walls in the stall and surged forward as his chest slightly convulsed.

He threw up. And he finally felt the tiniest bit better. But when he looked down to see what he threw up... He was mortified. Mortified to find something that he wasn't imagining anymore. Mortified to find blood.
