The bus ride home was nearly silent. Everyone was exhausted after their day of fun, but it was the good kind. They leaned on the people next to them, falling into a peaceful slumber.

Lily had unbuckled herself so she could rest her head in Wooyoung's lap. He undid her braid so he could play with her hair. The gentle touch helped her to relax and she clutched her bunny to her chest.

Wooyoung felt eyes on him and he turned to see Yunho watching them. His smile faltered for a second.

"She seems happy." The taller said, tilting his head slightly while looking at Lily. "I'm glad."

Wooyoung didn't know what to say, so he waited for Yunho to continue.

"I'd be lying if I said I didn't have any feelings for her anymore. However, seeing her happy with one of my best friends eases that pain." He snapped his eyes to Wooyoung's, "But know this, if you do anything to hurt her, anything at all, I won't hesitate to try and win her over."

The younger knew the words were genuine. There was no sign of the usually playful Yunho sitting next to him.

"I could never. I promise you; I would never hurt her." He said softly, still running his hand through her hair.

Yunho nodded once, closed his eyes, and laid his head back to rest on the head of the seat.

When the bus pulled up in front of the house, the boys filed out one by one. "Lily, hey sweetie?" Wooyoung shook her shoulder gently.

She moaned and rubbed her head against his lap, trying to nestle in more. He felt himself twitch at the action and took a deep breath. "Lily, we are home."

He felt her hot breath against his stomach and swore quietly. She obviously wasn't going to get up, so he shifted so he could pick her up and carry her into the house.

He was greeted by several mocking "Awwweeee's" from his friends. He glared at them and went straight upstairs and into her room, where he fell asleep holding her close to him.

"Alright, boys. We've got a busy day ahead of us. We've got another concert in two weeks and Boss wants us to try and come up with some new material." Hongjoong said a couple days later at breakfast. "We've done a couple covers and we have a few of our own songs already."

Everyone looked at each other, trying to come up with some ideas.

"What if we expand on what we have? Youngie and I could come up with some new covers, maybe try some different genres of music?" Yunho said.

"I like that idea," Hongjoong said, writing it down. "And I've got some new songs in the works. Jongho will you help me with melodies and harmonies? Mingi you can come join us in a bit so you can get an idea of the theme of the song so you can work on your part. The rest of you, practice what you need to."

The group broke into their groups and filed out of the room, leaving Lily to clean up. She had offered to, so it was one less thing Seonghwa had to do.

She hummed quietly to herself while washing the dishes and cleaned the counters. When she finished, she combed the house trying to find something to do. She dusted, vacuumed, and even gathered up the dirty clothes from the boys' rooms to do laundry for them.

She just wanted to be useful to them.

But no matter how hard she tried, eventually she ran out of things to do, so she made her way back to the living room to find a movie. She sat on the couch, pulling her knees to her chest and wrapping her arms around her ankles, clasping her hands together and resting her chin on her knee.

She sighed, not really absorbing what she was watching. It had only been a few hours since the boys started rehearsal, but she already wished they were done. She tucked her nose in between her legs and closed her eyes.

"Lily?" She heard a soft voice next to her.

She lifted her head and blinked her eyes. I must have dozed off...

"Are you ok?" It was Jongho. He looked concerned.

She hummed in response and stretched her arms. "What's up?"

"I was just walking by when I saw you sitting here..."

Lily looked down for a slight second and tried to hide it by making a wide sweeping motion with her head to glance at the clock. It was after one. "Oh! You boys must be hungry! I'll get started on lunch." She smiled at Jongho brightly, hopping up off the couch and skipping into the kitchen, glad to have something to do again.

Jongho followed her and watched her as she pulled out the things she needed to make sandwiches. She was humming one of their songs and dancing a little as she set everything up. He bit his lip and made his way back to Hongjoong to keep working on their song.

When Lily was done, she grabbed the two plates she had made. Each piled high with sandwiches. She delivered one two the boys in the recording studio and one to the dance studio before hurrying back to grab two bags of chips and a cooler full of soda.

Joy filled her as she watched everyone inhale their food. She had set herself up in a corner of the dance studio and ate her food absent-mindedly, watching Wooyoung and Yunho play around with different songs.

They seemed to be struggling. "What if you modified the dance we did at school?" She said, tossing the idea into the open.

"That's not a bad idea..." Yunho said, running his hands through his hair. "The big group dance would work, and we could change the parts we did with you to feature some of the other members. Yeah, that just might work!" His face lit up and the two ran through the choreography of the group dances before starting to work on replacing Lily's parts.

When everyone came together later that day for dinner, Hongjoong and Jongho shared what they had been working on. Everyone loved the new songs and started tossing ideas out for music videos and the dances they would do.

Lily started cleaning the kitchen again, not wanting to intrude on their brainstorming. When they started getting ideas, it was hard to get them to stop and think of anything else.

They didn't even notice when she left the room, her shoulders sinking a little. Not knowing what else to do, she decided to go take a bath. She figured she'd be alone anyway, so she might as well do something she could only do by herself.

The warm water felt good around her skin and she felt herself relaxing a little while playing with the bubbles. She drew her knees to her chest, trying not to think about anything but her bath.

Things started to get quiet downstairs. They must be going to bed...

She heard a soft knock on the bathroom door, "Lily?" She smiled at Wooyoung's voice and told him he could come it.

He had a concerned look on his face as he slipped in and closed the door behind him. "So, this is where you went. You just disappeared." He knelt next to the tub and placed a hand on the back of her neck.

"Yeah, a bath sounded good." She leaned into his touch and closed her eyes.

"Are you ok?"

"Of course!" She said, fearing her tone was a little too bright. "Why do you ask?"

"You've just seemed... Off. Jongho said he's a little worried about you." He ran his thumb across the side of her neck.

"Don't worry about me. I'm fine." She shifted so she could kiss him lightly on the cheek.

Wooyoung didn't believe her, but she didn't seem like she wanted to talk about it. He kissed her forehead and went to wait for her in bed. He stared at the ceiling for a long time, trying to figure out what was going on.

The door to the bathroom opened and Lily came out wearing her pajamas and crawled into bed with him, wrapping her arms around him and laying her head on his chest. He, in turn, wrapped his arm around her shoulder and squeezed her to him.

"Good night," she hummed, already falling asleep.

"Good night, Love."
