Lily moaned slightly as she shifted, feeling something tighten around her. She smiled when she felt soft kisses trace her shoulder.
Wooyoung.
"Good morning, Beautiful." His voice was still husky from sleep.
God that's sexy. She thought, blushing.
She hummed in response and rolled over to look at him.
"What do you want to do today?"
"Anything, as long as it's with you." She leaned forward and kissed him before he had a chance to say anything else. He pulled her closer to him in response.
When they left her bedroom, they glanced down the hallway in both directions, hoping to not run into anyone.
They whispered to each other as they crept down the stairs and into the kitchen, suddenly ravenous.
"Should we make food for everyone?" Lily asked, staring at the packed pantry.
She jumped a little when Wooyoung placed something over her head and then tied it behind her back. She glanced down at the apron and turned around to see him wearing one as well. Then he bowed, swinging his arm in big circles in front of him and then placing his hand on his chest at the same time.
Wooyoung beamed when she started laughing. The sound was music to his ears.
They decided to make pancakes, but it was not as easy as they thought it would be.
Seonghwa yawned as he shuffled down the stairs, rubbing his eyes. He paused when he heard banging and a little squeal come from the kitchen and rushed over, eyes wide.
Wooyoung had grabbed Lily from behind and was nibbling her ear. They were both laughing uncontrollably. His heart dropped when he saw her grab a handful of flour and throw it behind her at Wooyoung, covering his face and hair.
Seonghwa blinked, then tried to hide his laugh as his friend let go of the girl and started coughing, his face completely white.
"What in the world are you two doing?"
They both froze and looked at the eldest, eyes wide.
"Shit. Run!" Wooyoung yelled, picking Lily up and throwing her over his shoulder and bolting from the room.
Seonghwa heard her laughing as they ran down the hall and he couldn't help but smile, shaking his head. "You better get back here and clean this up!" He yelled as he pulled on his own apron to finish making the pancakes.
After a few minutes, they came back, panting and apologizing. The eldest waved them off and watched as they started cleaning up the flour that had managed to get everywhere. He took note of the fact that when Wooyoung moved, she moved with him, as if they were in sync.
Wooyoung placed soft kisses on her head every time he knelt next to her. She smiled at him and grabbed his chin, holding him in place as she gently rubbed his face with a towel. She only managed to make it worse, however.
The kitchen was almost clean when the others started to file in, drawn to the amazing smells.
Mingi walked over and wrapped his arms around Seonghwa, humming in a quiet greeting.
Soon, the room fell into a bit of an awkward silence. Wooyoung and Lily had separated when greeting the others and now they didn't know what to do, so they glanced anywhere but at each other.
The other members smirked at each other, watching as the couple shifted back and forth.
"Oh my goodness!" Jongho said, finally breaking the tension. He threw his arms up and sighed. "Just tell us how it went already!"
They laughed as the couple turned bright red, laughing harder at Wooyoung because they could see it through the white powder covering him.
Yunho pulled Wooyoung to him and rubbed his knuckles into his head, "Come on, spill it!"
The look that crossed Lily's face said it all before she hid behind her hands.
"Ok, ok." Seonghwa said, "that's enough kids. Leave them alone." He placed a large plate of pancakes on the center island.
"Go clean up, flour boy. I don't want any more of that ruining my kitchen." He smacked Wooyoung's hand when he reached for some food.
"But Hwaaaa," He whined, his stomach grumbling.
"Out." The eldest pointed a sharp finger at the exit. Wooyoung let his head fall forward in a pout and shuffled out of the kitchen, sighing dramatically.
He returned less than ten minutes later; hair still wet from taking a shower. He made a beeline to Lily and wrapped his arms around her from behind.
Without even thinking, she picked up a piece of toast and raised it to his mouth, not looking away from the conversation she was having with San.
Wooyoung hummed happily as he too turned to his friend, not letting go. His thumb rubbed her side.
"Alright you two," Hongjoong said, smirking. "I take it last night went well?" When he was greeted with wide, embarrassed eyes, he chuckled. "Just don't let it get in the way of practice, ok?"
Lily could feel Wooyoung nodding behind her. "Don't worry, I'll make sure he does his job." She winked and patted the arms around her, leaning into him.
Hongjoong nodded, then said, "Boss gave us a couple days off, which I think we definitely deserve. What should we do with our free time?"
The members started talking at once, throwing ideas out. Lily could have sworn she heard Mingi mention something about a sauna. She smiled, watching her family argue over what they should do.
"What do you want to do?" Yeosang said, leaning over to her. The boys stopped at once and looked at her.
She paused for a long moment, thinking hard. "Well... I've always wanted to go somewhere. Maybe... Oh! Isn't there an amusement park about an hour away?"
The boys paused, and then all started scrambling to clean the kitchen and go get ready for the day.
"I think they liked that idea," She said to herself as she walked to her room to get changed.
She decided she wanted to be comfortable, but she also wanted to look cute for Wooyoung. Oh man... she thought, slapping her hands to her cheeks to cover her blush, even though no one else was around. What have you done to me?
After sifting through her clothes, she decided on a pair of jeans that hugged her thighs then flared out slightly around her ankles and a purple blouse that flowed around her but still hugged her waist. It showed off her cleavage a little more than she was used to, but she didn't mind. Her eyes fell to her bracelet and her smile brightened. She gingerly touched each one, and she felt a chill run down her spine when she clutched the 'M'.
After freshening up, she walked down the stairs, working her hair into a braid again, and waited for the boys. How did I get ready faster than them? She thought to herself and then scoffed, realizing they were 'famous' now and they cared about their image.
Luckily, they didn't keep her waiting long, and soon they were filing into a bus that seated them all comfortably. It was their new mode of transportation so they could all travel together, and it came with its own driver too.
The played games the entire car ride, mostly word games. Lily's favorite was the 'word chain' one where they had to say a word that started with the last syllable of the word the person before them gave.
It made the drive pass quickly, and soon the bus was pulling up to the entrance. They all said thank you to their driver and started walking to the gates to get tickets.
Lily looked around, marveling at the sight. "This is amazing!" she gasped.
Wooyoung wrapped his arm around her shoulder and pressed a kiss to the side of her head. His eyes sparkled as he watched the child-like wonder cross her face.
"Get ready, Lily!" San shouted, hopping up and down waving his arms. "They've got some crazy rides here!"
"Are they scary?" She asked, turning to Wooyoung.
"Um, well they scare Mingi."
"Watch it! I've never been scared since the day I was born." Mingi huffed. Seonghwa reached up and ruffled the taller's hair, laughing.
Jongho slapped his palms together and rubbed them back and forth quickly, getting an almost evil smile on his face. "Which one are we going to go on first?"
When they walked into the park, Lily couldn't believe her eyes. She was overwhelmed with the smells coming from the concession stands, the rows and rows of games, and the towering rides that peered down at her.
The group made their wait to the first roller coaster to stand in line. It looked harmless, there were no flips or loops in it, but there was a pretty steep drop right at the beginning. As they got closer, Lily felt her anxiety rising.
Wooyoung took her hand and laced their fingers together. "You don't have to go on it if you don't want to." He said, looking concerned.
"No! No way! Of course, she has to go on it!" Jongho said next to them. He placed his hands on her shoulders and squeezed, making sure she didn't go anywhere.
"Jongho..." Wooyoung said, a slight growl in his tone.
"No, I'll go. I figure I need to do it at least once, right? Besides, Jongho will protect me." She spun on her heels and kissed Jongho's cheek faster than he could blink.
The group laughed as the youngest turned bright red and started rubbing his cheek like she had burned him.
Lily clutched her stomach and bent over laughing. Her plan to fluster him had worked and she loved seeing him squirm. "Who's the tough guy now?" She said, gasping for air.
His jaw dropped as he looked at her. "I... You... No... What!" He stuttered, waving his arms back and forth.
Wooyoung pulled Lily into him, still laughing at his friend's discomfort.
Jongho still hadn't composed himself by the time they got to board the coaster, and yet, he pushed his way past the others so he could sit in the same row as Lily and Wooyoung.
Lily inhaled sharply as the bar locked into place in her lap and she gripped it tightly. Her legs bounced up and down and she could feel her heart racing.
When the coaster started moving, she yelped, causing both boys to place their hands on her knees.
All thought left her mind except for I'm going to die. I'm going to die. I'm going to die.
The coaster traveled up the slope, getting higher and higher.
And then it happened. They plummeted toward the ground and Lily felt the air whoosh out of her when they were pulled up another slope. A scream left her lips and she closed her eyes but refused to let go of the bar in front of her.
The hands left her lap and she could hear the boys cheering on either side of her. She thought she heard Mingi behind her, his scream almost louder than hers.
She chanced opening her eyes once and glanced at Wooyoung. His mouth was open with a joyous laughter and his hands were in the air. Jongho looked exactly the same on her other side.
The coaster fell forward again, and she screamed, but kept her eyes open this time.
Then it was over. She blinked a few times as they pulled up to the loading deck, stunned at how fast the ride had been. Her heart pounded and she could feel the adrenaline coursing through her veins.
Wooyoung helped her get out of the car, supporting her on her shaky legs. She could hear the others making fun of Mingi's scream, but before she could join them, she saw Wooyoung block her vision. He placed his hands on either side of her head and scanned her, a worried look on his face.
"I'm ok." She said, smiling. The relief was visible as he dropped his hands. "What's next?" She asked, making him shake his head and pull her into him.
They went on several more rides that day, each one scarier than the last. Eventually, Seonghwa and Mingi broke off, the taller not wanting to go on anymore rides.
When lunch came around, Wooyoung had managed to pull himself and Lily away, saying they'd meet up with the others later.
They wandered the stands, fingers laced together, trying to decide what to eat. They started with corndogs, but Lily really wanted to try a funnel cake. The sweet smell enticed her, and Wooyoung laughed when she clapped after taking her first bite. The funnel cake didn't last five minutes.
Wooyoung leaned forward, chuckling under his breath, and brought his thumb to Lily's lip, wiping some powdered sugar from the corner of her mouth. She blushed when he sucked on the finger. Smirking slightly, he leaned forward again and kissed her.
"I've been dying to do that all day." He sighed after pulling away. "Where would you like to go next?"
"Can we go play some games? Those looked fun!"
He nodded eagerly and they made their way to the front of the park. Starting with ring toss, they made their way down the line, slowly discovering that neither one of them were good at aiming for things. They missed getting the rings on bottles, hitting balloons with darts, shooting baskets, but they had fun doing it.
They constantly flirted with the other, trying to get them to mess up.
When Wooyoung managed to knock down all the pins on his last throw for the ball toss game, they cheered, jumping up and down. He picked out a medium sized, blue rabbit and handed it to Lily. She clutched it to her chest and buried her nose in its soft fuzz.
He puffed out his chest a little and led them back into the park. They started looking for the others, but Lily paused when she saw the ferris wheel. "Let's go on that one!"
Wooyoung helped her climb into their own little car and closed the door. They sat across from each other and marveled at the view as they got higher and higher.
But soon he didn't care about the ground anymore. Instead he focused on the beautiful girl sitting in front of him. He followed the braid laying over her shoulder, noticing her blonde hair was coming back in her roots. He stared at her lips for a long time, then studied the way her jaw curved perfectly into her neck, and the way her neck sloped into her shoulders.
"I love you." He said, his voice barely above a whisper.
Lily looked back at him and blushed under his intense gaze, biting her lip.
He leaned forward and played with the end of her braid, then moved to sit next to her and brought his lips to hers.
She let her hand snake up to his neck so she could pull him closer for a brief moment before pulling away, kissing his nose. "I love you too."
