AN: Thank you so much for reading!!! In case you didn't know, this was a retelling of a story I've already written, "Let's Try This Again, Shall We?" Although, they're both different enough to get their own titles. Feel free to check that one out, it's got its own unique glitchy quality that this story doesn't have, and at the end of the day, I'm honestly not sure which version I like better. (Probably that one, but this was fun to write too!)

I decided to write this story because I was looking through my old notes and came across my plans for that older story, and I was thinking to myself about how the story would work without that glitchy aspect. I found myself thinking about it a lot, wondering what would happen if I took the story in a different way. I also wondered what would happen if Merlon wasn't there and it was just Pierre. I kept wondering, and thus this book was created! 

Thank you so much for reading! I apologize if the quality of my books on here has been dropping. I'm trying out something new that I'm learning about in my writing classes. I'm working on projects outside of Wattpad that require a lot of work and editing, which leads to a lot of writer's block, but the way I've learned to combat it is by working on low-pressure writing projects, like these Wattpad stories. So, while I'm still trying my best to make them as good as possible, some won't be perfect because I don't have the time or energy to edit them as intensely as I used to. Long story short, these stories are my "For fun," stories, so I'm going to try not to stress myself out as much about most them. (Sometimes I'll put one out that I really focus on, but most of them will probably be silly like this one!)

As of right now, (I'm writing this message on March 5th, 2024 after finishing the editing phase,) the next book "Silence," is either being worked on or being edited.
