1. Lee Taemin
"Come on... Baby, wake up!"
I shift my body, feeling the cotton covers around me. Everything was nice and warm.
"Tae... Baby, come on. I made breakfast, get up. I have to go to work."
"Mng.." i groan half-asleep.
I feel hands shaking me. I flutter my eyes open to be faced with Eunbi's frown.
"Why are you waking me up so early?" I groan peeking at the sunlight behind the curtains.
"What do you mean? You have school today, remember?"
I sigh and sit up slowly looking at my surroundings. The curtains were slightly open, letting some of the sun rays enter the room. The fact that the room's walls were painted white made it bright in here and hard for me to open my eyes. I ruffle my hair and look at the digital clock set on the side table, trying hard to focus on the numbers since i felt sleepy still. It was almost eleven o'clock.
"Eunbi. What's today?" i sigh looking back at her.
"Monday of course." She says smiling and kissing my lips.
I slept at Eunbi's again last night. I'll have to find an excuse to tell to Maki now.
"Now hurry and go get dressed. It's almost eleven o'clock." she nags.
I sigh and wrap my arms around her waist. I let myself fall backwards, dragging her down with me on the bed so that she is lying on top of me.
"I don't want to go, let me stay here. I already missed class anyways. Please?" I beg, wrapping my arms tightly around her and rubbing my face on her chest.
"Yah," she chuckles. "You've been here since Friday. Come on, stop being a baby. Plus you're married and I don't need your wife or parents coming at my neck because I'm turning their child into a hooligan."
I pout and let go of the older woman I always ran to when I was bored of being at home.
"It's not like you're the only one I've slept with." i mumble pouting.
"What?"
"Nothing." i smile innocently.
"Now hurry up and go to school alright?" she kisses me once more and leaves me alone in the room.
Lee Taemin. That's me. 22 years old, son of the CEO of one of the biggest shopping malls here in Korea. I attend a high ranked university, even though I'm not the smartest, and...I am married.
I got married last year. To Makise Horrikita. Maki, as I call her, is the daughter of another big company family in Japan. We've been together for a year now, and I can't truly say we are in love since this was an arranged marriage. She knows about many of the affairs I have with other girls, and when I say affairs I mean the flirting. She doesn't know about the sleeping with girls now and then or the girlfriends. A prime example, is my girlfriend Hwang Eunbi. My 10 years older, fashion designer, ex-dancer, beautiful, C cup, girlfriend. But when I say girlfriend of course it isn't legit. Just a way to call each other.
Because of me and Maki's parents arrangement, we have no choice but to stay together for at least 2 years. And she, obviously, has just been turning the other cheek to all my adventures.
I sigh and slowly head to the shower. Eunbi's apartment wasn't that big, but it was pretty cute and unexpectedly tidy. The carpet and wooden floors in each different room made it pretty comfortable to walk around barefoot.
I brush my teeth, using the toothbrush she bought just for me for every time I came here, and went to take a quick shower. When I head out, I found some clothes on the bed and smile. Thank God she had great fashion sense and liked to buy me clothes. I would've hated going back to school with the same clothes I wore yesterday.
I dress up and head to the kitchen where my breakfast stood on the table. Next to it, a note.
'Left for work baby. XOXO
PS: I put your phone and car keys in your pants'
I grin and slowly eat my breakfast, humming a little song to myself. When I finish, i put the empty plate in the dish washer before grabbing my bookbag and heading out the door, finding my beautiful navy blue Jaguar F-Type perfectly parked in front of me.
I smile to myself and grab my keys out of my pocket. I enter my beautiful baby Mint and start driving to school. Halfway there, my phone starts ringing. I take it out my pocket and grin when i see the caller ID, pressing the green button right after.
"LEE TAEMIN, WHERE ARE YOU?!"
I frown at the loud nagging voice and sigh. I turn on the Bluetooth so my phone is basically on speaker and throw my phone on the passenger sit.
"Yo, shouldn't you be in class?"
"I could ask you the same you bastard! Why aren't you here?!"
I laugh and make sure I pay attention to the road before I get into an accident. It did happen before.
"Taemin?!"
I can hear echoing. I'm guessing his in the bathroom.
"I woke up late Key, chill."
"Chill my ass! Get your ass over here before I come get you. Who's house were you at this time?! Maki called and asked if I was with your disrespectful ass, I didn't even know what to say. Stuttered for a good ten minutes..."
I listen to Key's blabbing on and on about how I should start acting more responsible now that I was married. Stuff I hear everyday from my mom basically. Well, when's she's home.
I stop at a red light and look around briefly. On my rear view I notice a nice black motorcycle. Maybe I should get one for my birthday. The light switches green, and I step on the gas petal.
Nothing.
Huh?
I frown and try again. to my discontent i see a certain little icon blinking. I look at the car's gas light. The red needle was past the 'E'.
Well isn't that great? I'm out of gas right in front of a street light. I turn off the ignition and try again but nothing apart from a weird repetitive and annoying sound telling me 'Ha, you're out of gas sucka.'
"Fuck."
"Hey Taemin, what's happening ? You there?" I hear Key ask me remembering I was even on the phone with him.
"Ugh. Nothing Key. Out of gas."
"Damn it Taemin, why didn't you check that when you left your house?!"
"I thought it was full..." I sink in my chair and take off my seat-belt. I turn on my headlights and roll my window down signaling for the cars behind me to go ahead.
"Whatever! Get your ass over here quick you hear!? Call the cops and get a ride or something... I have to go back to class. You better not leave me in this rat-hole with Jonghyun!"
I chuckle.
"Hey, it's not funny!"
"Yeah yeah, I'm hanging up now Hyung. Love you! " I hang up before hearing anything more.
"Hello?" a deep voice calls from outside my window. I quickly jolt up and look at the stranger who scared me.
"Uh..Hello?" I say confused.
"Hey. I was wondering if you needed help." his deep voice says.
I sigh and try to turn on the ignition again.
Nothing.
Ugh, I hated being in these situations.
"Yeah..I do." i smile softly.
He smiles.
"Okay, just take off the breaks. You see that empty parking spot there? Make sure to-"
"I know how it works." I nod and smile.
"Right." he walks away and I see him getting on his motorcycle.
Wow, talking about being rude Taemin. Damn it I probably made him not want to help me anymore. Whatever, I'll get someone else to help me. I would call the police but they'll probably take forever. Maybe I should call Naeun, she'll pick me up.
"Alright, go ahead now!" I hear yelling from behind.
I look at my rear-view and see the dark-brown haired guy, hands on the truck, in position to push my baby.
Oh. I guess he didn't leave.
I look to my right and see the motorcycle parked on the side walk.
I sigh and take off the breaks. I wasn't actually expecting this to work, i mean he was by himself. But it did. The coast was clear as he pushed my Mint till she was parked in a nice open spot.
"Thanks." I say once he comes next to my window.
"No problem, there's a gas station about five m-"
"It's fine. I got it."
For awhile he only blinks. Then he snorts and smiles.
"Alright, Mr.Lee Taemin, I'll leave you to it. Have a nice day."
Tch, I know how to find a Gas Station... wait.. Huh? Did he just...
"Wait," i get out the car and close the door. "Wait! How do you know my name?"
"We go to the same school, that's how." he grins and walks to his motorcycle.
We do? So he's not going to ask if I need a ride? Wow. Rude.
"Um, wait." I say getting closer to him.
He turns around and looks at me awaiting what I had to say. That guy knew what he was doing.
"Yeah?"
"Do you think you could give me a lift then?" I ask immediately feeling out of character and embarrassed.
I could've just asked Sunmi to picked me up or Naeun even. I probably should've too.
"Please...?"
His face softens and a grin appears on his face.
"Yeah...sure. Come on." he says and hands me a black helmet as I walk slowly towards him, making sure I'm still walking with style of course.
"Thanks." I say putting the helmet over my head.
He smiles and gets on. I get on behind him and try not to make this thing as awkward as it is. I secure the helmet and grab his shirt from behind.
"You should hang on. This is a motorcycle you know."
I clear my throat and put my arms around his waist slowly and I swear I heard him chuckle.
"Shouldn't you also wear a helmet." i question.
"Yeah, but i only have one."
I pout and unconsciously tighten my grip around him.
"Don't count on me to pay if you get hurt or arrested. " I mumble.
"Huh?" he says turning on the engine.
"Oh nothing, I said thank you."
He turns to look at me but doesn't say anything. He then drives on and I close my eyes. My left ear was on his back. Not exactly on his back, obviously because of the helmet, but yeah. He felt warm. My arms around his hoodie slightly felt his body warmth.
This ride was almost putting me to sleep.
When I think about it, this was my first motorcycle ride. A first time and it ends up me being with another guy. And I wasn't even the one driving. How embarrassing.
The ride took about 15 minutes. And it had been the hardest 15 minutes of my life. I'm so happy I was wearing the helmet so no one could see my face. The fact that he didn't even attempt to start a conversation made it even worse.
"Okay, here we are." he announces.
I open my eyes and can see that we've stopped and that we had in fact arrived on campus. I unwrap my arms around him and get off.
"Thanks." I say handing him his helmet with a smile.
"Mhm. It's no problem at all. " he nods grabbing his helmet.
"You should hurry off now, and fix your hair a bit." he grins looking at my hair. I feel my cheeks heat up but decide to ignore his comment.
"Whatever. If I see you again I'll pay you back if you want. And don't go around telling people you gave me a ride either, that would be weird."
He looks at me amused but soon grins.
"Whatever you wish for Mr.Lee Taemin." he winks and puts his helmet on.
I snort and give him a wave. He waves at me and turns on the motorbike's ignition. He makes the engine roar and rides away.
"Unbelievable, that guy.." i mumble to myself.
I get my phone out and go in my text message app, going in me and Key's conversation.
>"I'm here." I type before sending.
I open my camera app and use it as a mirror as I try to fix my hair. It wasn't so bad but it almost looked like I had Just gotten out a roller-coaster.
What an asshole...Bushy eyebrow frog looking dude mocking me...
"He didn't even tell me his name."

Author Note: Hehe. How's this chapter? I'm trying to make Taemin almost self centered but not too much. He just knows his good looking and uses his cuteness to get what he wants Minho is basic af, but still love you bae!
