"HELLO BHABHI" an excited Meher blustered out seeing Nandini in front of her.

"Excuse me!!!" Nandini was shocked by hearing the unknown person standing there with a full-blown smile with a big bouquet of her favourite flowers, Orchids, and Roses.

A few moments earlier.

"Vihan, you locked Meher's room door right?" Manik asked folding the sleeves of his shirt while descending the stairs.

"Yes bhai, I did, but Bhai are you sure? I mean locking Meher will only..."

"Enrage her more, I know." Manik completed Vihan's sentence, not before cutting him off.

He continued "But its better, I'll take her anger than making her meet Nandini and risking things!"

"But Manik Meher...." Cabir started but Manik stopped him.

"I'll handle her, but for now we should get going, it's not good to leave the ladies in the hospital alone for such a long time, one of us always needed there in the hospital. I can't take the risk now, I think till now, Nishant might have got to know the truth and he will be enraged for sure. And I know he'll try to do something to get Nandini back, he can't let his golden fish go so easily!" Manik sighed in irritation, had it been for him he would have directly killed him, but he not his (Manik's) culprit but Nandini's and he has to make him suffer and then kill him brutally.

"Manik?" Cabir's call made him come out of his trance.

"Shall we?" Cabir asked seeing Manik still rooted at the entrance door of the mansion thinking something deeply.

"Hmm Yes,"

Manik nodded in affirmation and moved towards his car's passenger door while Vihan towards the driving seat and Cabir at the back seat.

As soon as Vihan opened the door he got the shock of his life! He stared at the driving seat as if he has seen a Reindeer with Santa Clause on the seat, not believing his eyes he closed the door with thud startling both the men and then gain opened it to see the same view and again closed the door with much greater force than previous but this time it instigated Manik.

"VIHAN, WHAT THE HELL? STOP HURTING MY BABY" Manik yelled furiously and the shouting voice of Manik brought him back to his senses and Cabir did what he was best at, that is rolling his eyes and royaly ignoring the duo while removing the rapper of his favourite snickers chocolate.

Vihan gulped at Manik's Azrail avtaar but got the grip soon, wiping off the sweat from his forehead he decided to speak up.

"Bhai, open the door, You'll see the real hell!" Vihan commented

Manik made a confused face but opened the passenger seat door nevertheless only to get the same shock as Vihan got a few moments back.

"What the hell?!" Manik paused between each word, still not believing what he saw.

Manik looked at the driver's seat then again at the Vihan who making puppy eyes and giving him 'I don't know anything' look and Manik glared at him.

He again looked at the passenger seat not belive how the hell this magic happened.How did her sister was sitting on the driver's seat of his favourite car, while waving at him and giving him a mocking smile which also feels like victory smile she was giving him.

"You said you locked her in the room?" Manik gritted his teeth in sheer annoyance.

"I did, I swear I did lock her room I even heard a running water voice from her bathroom so I thought she might be inside and I locked the door and came to you to give the keys," Vihan explained.

"Then how did she come out? I don't think my sister has some supernatural power or she has some magical wand, that she'll say 'Abra ka Dabra' and woosh she'll magically appear wherever she wants." Manik glared and then looked at Cabir who was still munching his chocolate watching the drama unfolding in front of him.

'Where does he carry all the food, every time I see him he is munching some or the other thing' Manik thought. Shaking away his thoughts he came back to the main issue.

He looked at Meher who was grinning like a Cherise cat at him. Manik rolled his eyes and controlled his anger.

"How. did. you.come.here?" He asked each word with a pause and also stressing on it.

"Simple big bear, like how everyone does, by walking!" Meher shrugged her shoulders and grinned again much to Manik's annoyance.

Manik banged his fist on the car's roof startling Vihan and Cabir, poor Cabir nearly dropped his Chocolate, but our Miss Malhotra was sitting there unflappable.

"Meher start speaking." Manik warned seeing her behaviour.

Meher sighed but decided to speak nonetheless. "This is just because I'm want to reach the hospital as soon as possible so don't even think for a minute that I'm scared of you," She clarified and continued further,

"I know you very well that you might have planned something to avoid me coming to meet bhabhi and I was right when I was coming back from Appu Bhabhi's room I heard you and Vihan talking about me locking in the room, them from there I went to your room straight, took your car's spare keys and here I'm!" Meher smirked.

"Oh God, no you didn't!" Manik muttered frustratingly and looked at Cabir who was still enjoying his chocolate as well as Manik's situation.

"Cabir you idiot, stop eating and say something!" Manik seethed at his best friend.

Cabir looked at frustrated Manik and nodded his head. Manik sighed in relief and thought now at least Cabir would do something and stop his sister tagging along with them.

Cabir got inside the car, and patted Meher's back, Meher looked at him with a pretty please pout.

"I'm so proud of you. You fooled The Manik Malhotra. You surely deserve a treat baby sister, will go on a dinner in the evening, my treat, but for now, take this chocolate as your treat," Cabir handed her a big bar of Cadbury Silk fruit and nuts edition, making Manik grit his teeth in anger.

"Are you serious right now Cabir?"

Manik asked, his jaw was tightly clutched showing his oh so perfect jawline.

"As serious as I'll ever be, boss." Cabir winked at him showing his perfectly white teeth, which Manik was urging to break.

Seeing her brother Meher sighed, "Big bear you have two options, either you come with us or we three are going without you. Now choose," Meher declared and pointed Cabir and Vihan who passed Mnaik sheepish smiles.

"As if I have an option!" Manik muttered under his breath but it was audible to his little sister who grinned at him victoriously.

"What are you waiting for then, get in quickly!" Meher exclaimed the excitement of meeting Nandini was clearly written on her face.

"Woah... wait there, you are not driving at any cost, get out I'm driving and you take the shotgun," Manik ordered

"Bhai!!!" Meher whined but Manik didn't budge.

"Fine then, I'm not coming with you..." Meher started but was cut off by an excited Manik.

"Really?! Oh, thank god! Okay then move side let us go, Nandini might be up by now." Manik mirrored the same expression as his sister was few seconds back.

"Let me complete Mr. Malhotra! I was saying, fine I won't come with you and I'll go inside right now and tell you oh so love story to everyone. How about that now?!" Meher asked in a sugar-coated voice.

"You won't?" Manik challenged

"Oh, trust me Big bear I will!" she challenged back

Manik glared at her for few seconds, sensing that she'll seriously do what she said he without muttering anything sat quietly on the passenger seat and closed the door with a bang.

"Geeeezzz" Cabir stretched the word, Manik glared at him from the front mirror causing cair to shut up instantly

"One more word and I'll throw you out the moving car, I promise," Manik threatened and Cabir did the action of zipping his mouth locking it and throwing the key out of the window.

After a few minutes of silence in the car with Meher's humming voices here and there, Vihan asked something which both Manik and Cabir's undivided attention.

"Chud..." He didn't complete the word looking at irritated Manik, he didn't wanna be dead meat so soon you know.

"I mean Meher if you weren't there in the bathroom then who was??"

And the three of them were looking at them in anticipation and Meher did her favourite job just like her brother- smirking.

"Take a wild guess" Meher suggested after few seconds.

"Men Or women?" Manik countered back.

"Women of course Bhai!" Meher gave him 'are you serious' look while Manik just shrugged his shoulders.

"Umm... Alia?" Vihan asked.

"Nope!" Meher answered giggling

Manik rolled his eyes in annoyance, he fished out his phone from his jean pocket and dialled a number.

While others were looking confused with his act.

"Ansh" as soon as Manik said this word Meher was stunned at her brother's presence of mind.

"Appu Bhabhi is locked in Meher's room get her out," Manik said while Cabir snatched his phone and switched on the speaker mode.

"What, how?!" Ansh asked while moving towards Meher's room.

"That I'll explain to you later when I come home. Bye for now!" Manik was about to cut the call but he snd everyone present in the car heard the yelling from the phone.

"Manik Malhotra, I have given you a very apt nickname, Sautan Ji suits you very well! You are so jealous of me Malhotra. How dare you lock me in the room?!" Aparna screamed while the boys were clueless, how was Manik to be blamed for this.

But there doubt got cleared soon,

"Woh toh bhala ho Meher ka, ki she messaged my saying that 'I should be careful Big Bear is planning something against you' but unfortunately I didn't see the message and you got successful in your plan. You just come home, I swear i'll chop your hairs off with your knife." Aprna huffed while Manik was busy glaring at Meher who now was driving with her shades on and the other two were busy laughing their asses off!

"Manik you better bring ice cream for my wife." Ansh's voice was distant concluding that he was conversing from Aparna's back.

"Appu..." before Manik could speak Aparna cut the call causing Manik to blow the air of misery.

"Wese bhai, how did you guess that it was Appu Bhabhi?" Meher questioned

"You said it wasn't Alia and Mukti went wasn't home when we were leaving, you won't trouble Sahru in this state and the remaining person was Appu Bhabhi." Manik shrugged his shoulders while answering

"Waah, Mafia head!" Meher appreciated his presence of mind. 

"Stop calling me that!" Manik said and Meher pouted 

"We reached!" Meher announced with an excited voice.

Manik's head snapped ahead only to see a wide building covered with glasses standing upright with "MMMH" written on it.

"Let's go!" Cabir exclaimed and moved out of the car followed by the other three. 

Manik had a faint smile but peaceful smile on his face thinking about Nandini which didn't go unnoticed by Meher who was smiling gleefully, happy in her brother's happiness.

"Come on" Manik muttered and moved forward, eager to meet Nandini but was stopped by a shrilling voice. 

"NO WAIT" Meher yelled. 

"Now what?" Manik asked annoyed with her sister's behaviour since morning. 

"I can't go like this. I'm gonna meet Bhabhi for the first time so I should take something with me for greetings na," Meher pouted. 

Manik took a deep breath and looked at Meher "Why can't you think of this before? Now come on it doesn't matter if you take her something or not Nandini isn't fond of materialistic things!" 

"Eager much now are we?" Cabir snickered

"Yup, and you know her so well, big bear. Kya baat hai?" Meher wriggled her eyebrows. 

Manik rolled his tongue to stop the small smile threatening to come on his face and glared at both Cabir and Meher. 

"You want to come or should I go?" Manik questioned and moved forward towards the hospital's entrance.   

"No, wait! Bhai please understand I really need to take something for her. Phu-lease" Meher gave her best puppy eyes to melt her brother which it surely did but it was one more person whose heart was melting like a chocolate in the double boiler vessel. 

"Fine!" Manik said and looked across the street and saw a flower shop there, turning towards Vihan Manik ordered

"Vihan, bring a large bouquet consisting of white orchids, blue orchids, dendrobium orchids, white and red rose." And the other three were looking at him with mouth hanging open. 

"How do you know she'll like these flowers?" Involuntarily Vihan spoke. 

Manik gave him a stinky eye making him gulp, "I just know, now go and don't forget any one of them!" Vihan nodded and moved towards the flower shop. 

Manik turned and looked at his baby sister who was smiling at him cheekily. 

"What?" Manik asked, but Meher didn't say anything she just hugged him tightly taking him by surprise. 

"I'm so happy for you" saying hse came out of the hug and kissed his left cheek and hugged him again. 

Manik had a beautiful smile on his face and caressed her hair while kissing the crown of her head. 

"Baby," Manik called her with whispering yet loving voice. 

Meher hummed in response but didn't come out of the hug. 

"Please don't say anything inappropriate in front of Nandini," Manik requested. It's not like he didn't want Meher to meet Nandini, in fact, he wants them to bond really well, but he feared that Meher would say something wrong in front of Nandini which will make the situation more complicated as it already is. 

"Don't worry bhai, I'm not gonna say anything wrong with bhab..." Manik glared at her. 

"Oops... sorry I mean Nandini," Meher corrected but an unsatisfied frown etched on Manik's face. 

"Here" Vihan's panting voice rang in their eardrums. 

Meher smiled beautifully seeing the huge bouquet in Vihan's hand. 

"It looks sooo Beautiful, I'm sure bhab... I mean Nandini is gonna like it." Meher said taking actually snatching the bouquet from Vihan hands. 

"Chalo... Chalo... Chalo" An overly excited Meher dragged Manik with her while others followed shaking their head in disbelieve.

Nandini closed her eyes for a moment but opened again when she saw someone entering the room.

The person was hiding behind the biggest bouquet Nandini has ever seen but looking at the physique of the person Nandini was sure it was a girl.

"Yes?" Nandini questioned to the intruder.

The person moved little aside from the bouquet as such, she (Nandini) was able to see only her face.

She had a full-blown smile adorning her face making her look more beautiful.

"HELLO BHABHI" Meher exclaimed happily 

"CHABHI" Manik yelled as soon as Meher completed her sentence.

"Satyanash" Ofcourse the background dialogue was needed and how can Cabir and Vihan stay behind

"Excuse me? " and the most shocked soul, Nandini Murthy yelled. 

After a moment of silence, Nandini spoke again, 

Manik pushed Meher aside and came inside the room while Meher and the other two followed him. 

"What did you say?" Nandini asked again to confirm what she heard. 

Manik glared at Meher and she made an apologetic and pleading face. 

"Umm.. sh...she... she said chabhi Nandini," Manik chuckled nervously, silently praying to his stars to be with him. 

"Right, Meher?" Manik stressed on 'right' and glared at her silently conveying to agree with her. 

"No, Manik i heard she said 'Hello Bhabhi," Nandini argued. 

"Arey no Nandini, you.. you... I think you misheard," Manik tried to convince Nandini. 

"No Manik I..." Nandini started off but scared Manik cut her off

"Achha you don't believe me? Okay, let's ask Meher,"  Manik said and turned towards Meher

"Meher, what did you say?" Now it was Manik's turn to plead in front of Meher which made Meher smirked but she soon covered it off.  

"Yes... Yes Nandini, actually you misheard. I was greeting you when," showing the key of the car which was luckily in her hand 

"This... This key, it's sharp end accidentally pierced my hand due to this huge bouquet I was holding." 

"HAAA, Yes... Yes... Yes," Manik heaved a sigh and shouted agreeing with Meher. 

"And when she was greeting you she said 'HELLO Pause CHABHI', but you heard it Hello Bhabhi, haina Meher?" Manik asked again and Meher nodded her head in affirmation. 

Nandini was slightly convinced with their explanation but still, a frown of doubt was visible on her face. 

"But Manik..." But Manik cut her off again

"Nandini I feel you are still in the effect of those sedatives, that's why your hearing wrong words," Manik tried to convince her again. 

"Yes, Yes Nandini I feel the same because we all heard Chabhi, not Bhabhi, Right guys?"  This time it was Cabir who supported Manik and others nodded their head in affirmation.

Agreeing with their reason Nandini reluctantly nodded her head muttering an audible okay. 

She then looked at Meher who was still standing with the huge bouquet. 

"You are?" Nandini asked looking at the new face. 

"Oh, Me? I'm his sister," Meher said pointing at Manik, and Nandini made an OH face. 

"And this is for you," Meher said placing the bouquet on the side table. 

"Oh, Thank you so much, but how did you know they are my favourite?" Nandini questioned after recognizing at flowers. 

"Meher looked at Manik for answers "Um... They... They are my favourites too, so I thought you'll also like them." Manik lied smoothly. 

"Oh!" she then looked at Meher and questioned, "I'm sorry if I sound rude but we both don't know each other so, did you come to meet me especially?" 

Meher again looked at Manik for answers while glared at her. 

"Wo... Her... Her friend is admitted in this hospital too, so when we both were going in the same direction I asked her to come with me, then she inquired why am I going to the hospital so I said my friend aka you are also admitted in the same hospital, hence she came to meet you," Manik exhaled deeply after his long explanation. 

Nandini nodded in understanding, and asked Meher "How is she now?" and Meher again looked at Manik. 

"She is good. In fact, doing great." Manik answered again on behalf of her. 

"What happened to her?" 

"Accident"

"She tripped," 

Both the brother-sister duo answered simultaneously making Nandini confused as well as suspicious. 

"Huh?" Nandini looked at the brother-sister duo with the questioning gaze. 

"We meant that she accidentally tripped down from the staircase," Manik answered. 

"Oh! But Manik..." 

"Nandini no ore questions now please." Manik pleaded. 

"I'm still asking." Nandini smiled sarcastically. 

"Why are you answering the questions directed towards Meher?" 

"Margya" Cabir whispered under his breath but Vihan and Meher heard him and nodded their head agreeing with him.  

"Wo... Wo..." Manik stuttered 

"Excuse me, Shikha Murthy's family?" the nursed asked 

"The patient has gained her conscious and she is asking for Nandini," The nurse informed. 

"Bach gya," Cabir said but this time it was audible to everyone except Nandini who was in her happy bubble.  

"Sach mei bach gya!" Manik agreed with him.
