Rolling over, Violet opens her eyes to see Cal still lying soundly asleep beside her. She lifts her fingers to her lips, remembering last night. She'd never been with someone so intimately before.

The feeling of his lips on her skin felt fresh and new that night as if a darkness had been lifted off them and now they were free to fall in love deeply. The way he'd held her wasn't rough or quick like they were so used to. No, it was tender and loving.

She didn't think there was an inch of her skin that he hadn't kissed, but she was far from complaining. In fact, she was more than ready to do it all over again.

It was safe to say that the sheer love that he'd shown her surprised her, even after their confessions at The Shard. It made her heart soar to even think about it. If he could hear her heart, she would've blushed.

Violet was lost in thought when his eyes flicker open, revealing their amazing blue hues that looked into her heart and soul all at once.

"Morning," He grumbles, shuffling closer to her and draping an arm around her. She presses herself into his chest, breathing in his scent.

"Morning," Violet replies, her lips bursting into a wide smile as she looks at him. "It's surreal that you're actually my boyfriend now. I haven't had one of those for years, but I'm glad that of all people it's you."

"I'm glad that after all we've been through I get to call you my girlfriend now."

Violet cranes her neck to look up at him. She swiftly presses a kiss to his jaw. "Want to go out and get breakfast?"

"Of course I do," He responds, letting her go as she rolls out of the bed and pulls on her clothes from last night. "See you in a bit?"

"I'll be fifteen minutes tops," She tells him as she strides out of his bedroom. Watching her go, Cal just knew that she was the girl he wanted to spend the rest of his life with.

He loved her too much to ever let her go.
