The brunette boy was looking around for interesting things. He has found a keychain, an empty can and a really cool pencil. As he was digging for treasures he come across a book. He dusts the book off and sneezes due to it. He grips it tightly and goes to show his mother it, leaving all of the other stuff he has found.

He heads into the room and sees his mother sitting on the couch writing in a book while his father sits on the table writing in his book as well. He goes up to her and tugs on her shirt trying to get her attention. She looks at him, "What is it?"

"I found this book...I think you'll like it" she smiles at his kind gesture and takes the book from him. When she looks over the book title she laughs. Hearing his wife laughing, Five gets up and goes over to the duo. He leans over his wife's frame and looks at the book title.

"Oh is that Bonjour Tristesse?"

"Yes. This was the book that your father had stolen from me" Their son looked up at the two. Five gave his wife a cheeky smile.

"You should be thanking for taking the book. If I hadn't done it we wouldn't have met"

"If I start thanking you, your ego will suffocate us" The young boy watches his mother and father bicker playful at eachother.

New York City
February 25th 1998

Two weeks have passed and Five and Estelle's bond has seemed to grow. Somehow their personalities seemed compatible with each other's own.

After a week of meeting up, Estelle decided to bring Five to her house (without her parent's permission). The boy was so engrossed with her book collection that he ended up taking a few of her books home with him.

Estelle didn't completely understand her parent's reasoning for not wanting her to meet the Hargreeves family. Judging from how Five reacts to her (ignoring his snarky rude comments) he was a decent boy.

She wanted to try bringing him over when her parents were around but realised it wouldn't work. Once they hear his name they would probably ban her from seeing him permanently.

It's Wednesday, Estelle was home cleaning her room since she had no school due to a lot of students getting food poisoning from the food from the cafeteria, also because her mother couldn't stand seeing her clothes being all over the place.

As she sweeps the floor with a broom, she started singing one of her favourite French songs from her idol.

"Your voice is lovely, you should try being a singer" The sudden voice of a boy surprised Estelle making their yelp from shock and throwing the broom on the floor.

She looked at the boy and glares at him. She folds her arms, as his smirk gets bigger.

"I need to put a bell on you this is getting annoying. How did you get past my mom?"

"Your parents should really start locking their doors and I'm not a dog."

"No, if you were my dog, you'd be on a leash, following all of my commands."

"That's not very ladylike to say" The girl huffs at her annoying friend. She picks up the broom and goes back to sweeping.

Even though the duo have gotten close they aren't as close to telling each other their deepest secrets; that they have powers. Five was very careful when using his powers to teleport in front of Estelle's house. He would always lie and say he's a very fast runner and moves promptly which was funny for Estelle since she's the fastest female alive.

Five being Five, decided to annoy his friend. Estelle tried ignoring him but it seems to be getting to her.

"How can I help you Mr Hargreeves?"

"I'm bored." The girl's eyes twitch at this, "Then go find something useful to do ir better leave. Im busy and you're not supposed to be here anyway"

"I would go back home but my siblings are very annoying."

Estelle puts the broom in the corner of the room and starts fixing her bookshelf.

"That's what siblings are for. Remel can be annoying at times but I still love him"

"That's you not me. If I could get rid of Klaus I would have done so ages ago" She rolls her eyes and continues to fix her books. Once she was done she looked at it and smiled.

"Are you done? Can we go do something exciting?"

She looks behind her and sees the boy laying on her once made-up bed"

"I just made up that..." She frowns.

"I'll fix it later, now come on"He grabs her hand and drags her out of the room.

"Okay but let me tell my mom first!"

Estelle had to lie to her mother and say she was meeting up with a few friends from school. Although she doesn't like lying to her mom, she knows that she wouldn't accept the friendship she has with Five.

Now they were in their favourite place; the dinner.

Five had already placed both their orders and had paid for them. They take a seat at their regular booth.

"How come you aren't at school?" Five questions. Estelle stops

"A few kids good food poisoning on Monday and yesterday so the principal cancelled school for the week" Five only hummed when his coffee was placed on the table.

"So why aren't you at school?" Five didn't mention that he was homeschooled since he would have to explain even further as to why he was a school uniform so he made up some ridiculous lie that he goes to a really expensive private school.

"They let us out early"

"Tch, rich kids" She pouts at him. Five smirks at her and sips his coffee. The duo spoke more, and Five even find himself enjoying the conversation until he heard a familiar voice.

"Oh, Five is that your girlfriend?"
