(4) Fenrir Greyback
Remus was still not used to seeing the threstals.
He just found the bony dark winged horses eerie and sinister. It seemed like a symbol of death.. and it creeped him out.
He got in the carriage with the others.
'So, another year.' James smiled. 'I am going to miss Hogwarts, guys.' James said. 'I can't believe five years passed by so quickly..'
'I know.' Sirius nodded. 'Hogwarts is the best thing that happened to me.'
'These horses are creepy.' Remus said.
'I can't wait to eat bacon, again.' Peter said.
'Change of subject, Padfoot, I think McKinnon has a thing for you.' James said.
'Really?' Sirius asked.
'Yeah. She asked Remus if you had a thing for her and—'
'What, moony? What did you say?'
'Relax. I just told that I wouldn't interfere in your business.'
'Wow. You never say that. You are supposed to be my friend. You were supposed to casually hint her that I like her.' Sirius said with an exasperated sighed.
'Exactly, what I wanted him to do with lily.' James agreed.
'Oh, shut up. You and Evans are never going to happen.' Sirius said.
'I am going to marry that girl someday.' James sighed wistfully.
'Never gonna happen.' Sirius said.
'You are supposed to support me. Not discourage me.' James said.
'Well, it's been two years. Try to move on. You can't force something that won't happen.'
'What if it happens?'
'I will do whatever you want.'
'I will decide your hairstyle.' James smirked.
'No. James. Don't bring her into this. Not my hair. Not my only love.'
'You said anything. Anyways, it's never gonna happen. So why worry?'
'Yeah, you are right.'

'James. It's way past midnight. What was so urgent that couldn't wait till the morning?' Remus asked.
'Yeah, man. You know I need my beauty sleep. This better be good. I didn't even have time to comb my hair- No. Not that smirk. NOOO. You didn't.'
'Yeah, I did it. I am engaged. Funny, how things work out.' James smiled.
'Yeah, I am happy for you. I was always hoping for this to happen.'
'No, you were not.' James said.
'I always supported you no matter what and I am happy for you. I mean you must be at your peak of happiness. You don't need to do anything, am i right, Remus?'
'You made the deal.' Remus shrugged.'
'It was not a deal. Just a sarcastic comment. Come on, James. Is this really worth ruining our friendship here?'
'I suppose, yeah.' James said.
'So.. we are doing this, huh?' Sirius said. 'Fine, let's get a drink like old times, first.'
'No. You have to be sober during the haircut. And yes, the muggle way.'
'I hate that I don't hate you.'

'I observed something. Why do the scrawny kids go to Hufflepuff. Is that like a thing or something?' James asked.
Remus didn't reply.
'Moony?' James asked.
'No, that's not a thing.' Remus said.
'What is he talking about?' Remus whispered pointing his eyes at Sirius.
Remus was distracted as Sirius was talking to Dorcas.
'I don't know. He's asking her about her summer.' James shrugged.
'Is he flirting with her? Is this to prove about that whole move nonsense?'
'I don't think so. They are just talking.' James said.

'Hey, Dorcas.' Sirius greeted.
'Hey, black.' She said.
'How was your summer?' Sirius asked.
'Okay. I went for a trip to Paris with my parents. And the rest of it was eventless.' Dorcas said. 'How was yours?'
'Gloomy. Dark. Horrifying. On the bright side, I bought a motorcycle.'
'Oh, good for you.'
'On a different topic, it's obvious.'
'What's obvious?' She asked.
'That you are into Remus.' Sirius laughed.
'No, I am not.'
'Come on. The furtive discrete glances at him when he is not noticing. The weird unattentive look at the ceiling when he is staring at you.' Sirius grinned.
'I have no idea what you are talking about, black.' she said and turned her back towards him starting a conversation with Marlene.
'Denial' he whispered just enough for her to hear.

When Sirius became having an heated argument with James regarding quidditch, Remus looked around.
Looking at the nervous first years he remembered how scared he was when he first stepped foot on Hogwarts.
How scared he was whether he would be able to fit in like the others..
Whether he would be able to mingle properly among the other students.
The horror if anyone would find out about his condition..
Looking at the innocent first year olds, he smiled. Within a second his smile turned into years of pain and agony when he realized how life was going to suck for those innocent eleven year olds.
How sooner or later, the dark side would rip their families apart. How they would grow up in a blasted world where nothing could ever go right. Where hopes would get shredded apart.
With this, the fear came up in his mind. A fear which he had locked inside a deep compartment in his brain. Sooner or later, he knew that voldemort would set out to recruit all sorts of monsters.
Over the summer he had heard about giants dissapearing. Sooner or later he knew he would have to someone he hated with a burning passion ever before in his life.
He hazily remembered the dream he had had a few nights before.
He remembered the last words quite well and they were pierced sharply on his ears.
"I am coming for you, lupin"
He had heard that voice when he was six. He had hoped never to hear it again but knew that sooner or later he would have to confide in his friends. He couldn't keep such a thing with himself or it would kill him alive.
Soon he would have to face his deadliest foe, who had bitten him and turned him into the monster he truly was.
