(37) The Start Of December
'Sirius, you have to check this out. Blitz, it's this new club in hogsmeade. Want to hang out there tonight?' Remus asked.
'That sounds cool but I will pass.' Sirius chuckled.
'What about you James? Peter?'
'Nah, I have plans.' James said.
'I don't really feel like it.' shrugged Peter.
'You guys are so mean bailing on me like this.' Remus said.
'Remus. Just because your life stopped when Dorcas formed a platonic friends deal with you, doesn't really mean ours did too.' Sirius said.
'You don't have to be so rude. And platonic seems harsh. Platonish maybe?'

'Hey, suits. Going somewhere?'
It was Oliver. The slytherin creep Marlene had been seeing when she cut him out of her life.
'Hey goyle, why don't you mind your own damn business sometime.'
'Listen, when you stunned me I never really forgave you. But Marlene, made me leave you alone. Guess, deals closing since she has decided to change her loyalties.'
'I don't need to listen to your crap. Get out of my way.' Sirius said.
'Guess, someone needs to learn their manners.' Oliver slowly walked up to him.
Then brought his fist to his face just as Sirius ducked the punch and aimed a blow at his chest.
Then one at his head.
He grabbed his neck and dragged him to the wall.
'You know what it maybe just because I have got a lot going on right now but I am not in the mood for stupid idiots like you stopping my path.' Sirius spat on him.
Oliver struggled to gain control but failed.
Sirius gave another blow at his head and Oliver fell down, his lip bleeding.
Sirius smirked and started to leave.
'You really are the son of a murderer aren't you?' Oliver croaked.
Sirius stopped in his tracks.
'I could report you, you know that?' Oliver cackled, not caring about the blood drooling from his mouth.
'Go on, stun me like last time - you coward.' He shouted with a strained voice.
'Or maybe even kill me, huh? Fleamont potter died of dragon pox, huh?' Oliver laughed.
'I don't know what you are talking about.'
'Give it a rest. I was there at the bar when you had your little run in with your dearest father. I could get you expelled.'
'I didn't do anything. I wasn't involved in anything.'
'Not yet. But what makes you think you won't end up behind bars in a few years?'
'What makes you think you won't?' Sirius asked.
'Finally, talking back. Everything is politics, man. I could really help you if you behaved yourself.'
'What are you talking about?'
'I could cut you a deal to never bother you again.'
'Oh grow up. I don't need this shit.'
'Black, you are rich aren't you?'
'Oh, so you gonna charge money for leaving me alone? And you even think I am gonna do that?'
'Its not for leaving you alone.'
'Black, just pay off my debts and I can feed you inside matters.'
'Inside matters?'
'You know, like who they are gonna kill next.' Goyle smirked then got up.
'Think about it will, ya?' Goyle called out, walking away.

'So, what are you guys doing tonight?' Remus asked Dorcas.
'Homework.' said Dorcas.
'What about you?' Remus asked Mary.
'The same I guess.'
'No. Listen, We need to check out this new club in hogsmeade. It's called blitz. Please everyone is bailing on me. You two, need to say yes.'
'Need is a strong word, Remus.' Dorcas said.
'I am up for it if Dorcas is.' Mary said.
'Nah, you two should go. I really have a lot of homework to do.'
'Are you sure?' Remus asked.
'Positive.' She said. 'Oh, lily said to tell you to remind James not to disturb her tonight.'
'I don't think he will. He said he has plans for tonight.' Remus said.
'Maybe disturbing her is his plan. You never know what James potter means.' Dorcas said.
'Anyway, you guys have a good time.' Dorcas smiled.
'Meet me in an hour here.' Remus said before leaving.
'You sure you are okay with this?' Mary asked. 'Listen you need to know that our friendship is what matters to me the most.'
'Yeah, I am sure. Just don't get too drunk. Try to stay sober. Just in case.' Dorcas said.

'Sirius listen, I have had plenty of flirting from you since last year. What is this about?' Marlene said as the waiter served the trays.
'Its a romantic night in a great restaurant.'
'Yeah but I need something more concrete than that.'
'If you need something hard, I got that covered.' Sirius smirked.
'You are sick.' She said.
'Somebody's gotta lighten the mood.'
***
'Does my hair look okay?' James asked.
'Whatever.' Peter said.
'Dude, just tell me how it is. This is important to me.'
'Ask Sirius. He's the expert. Listen, did you see mark anywhere?'
'Who's mark?'
'Nevermind.' Peter shrugged leaving the common room.
James shrugged and combed his hair one last time.
'Enough with the makeup, what are you upto anyways?' Dorcas looked up from her couch.
'I was combing my hair. And nothing, just hanging out.'
'Come on. It's more than that.' Dorcas smiled. 'James potter, you dog.'
'Why are you alone?' James asked. 'Dont you have somewhere to be?'
'Remus invited me to check out this club blitz but I wasn't into it.' Dorcas said.
James sat down.
'Listen, Dorcas if you are upset, you can talk to me.'
'I am fine. You better get going. Don't keep your date waiting.'
'Its not a date.' James argued.
'Whatever you say.' She smiled.
James shook his head hiding a smile then walked out, getting comfortable in his coat.
